I wanted a professional furnace checkup and cleaning when I realized my pressure switch was not working right. I called Hoffman the next morning and Joe came out 2 days later, the Friday b4 Thanksgiving. He found 2 cracks in my 26 year old heat exchanger, so I needed a new furnace. Hoffman's estimate was fantastic, so I approved it and they installed it on Monday, the next possible business day. Dan, the installer also did a great job and got the new furnace installed in only 2.5 hours, with an apprentice. Hoffman Heating was great all around, with the gentleman that called right after I left an email requesting a service call, Joe and Dan and follow up by Lisa, the office staff that fills out the furnace registration and any rebate forms that may need to be filled out. If you have a heating need, call Hoffman Heating. I did and was very satisfied. You could be too.

Our experience with Hoffman was excellent. They were recommended by a friend and were professional, on time, friendly, and very reasonably priced. They were able to install our new furnace the day after they gave us the estimate - which ended up being exactly what we paid. We'll be recommending them to everyone.

Within 10 days from estimate for replacing old furnace Hoffman had our new one installed. Excellent service. Even went beyond by assisting w/ a minor fix we were attempting in the furnace room. Very efficient, friendly & tidy. Jay & his assistant were great. Highly recommend Hoffman. We are sticking w/ them going forward for all HCAC needs.

I had an issue with my furnace not working. I called Hoffman and they had a tech out to the house within a couple of hours. Bobby the tech diagnosed the issue and had the furnace running within a very short time. The whole experience was awesome from the time i made the call to the professionalism of Bobby. the repairs were done quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. I will definitely use Hoffman in the future!!

Appointment time was between 12 - 3:00 pm. Tech was here at 12pm sharp. He went through and cleaned all of the vents and the furnace. No BS, just work done right, without trying to find extra stuff to upcharge me for. Next time I need vent cleaning, I know who I will be going through!

Our 30+ year old A/C went out; internal water damage took out the 25 yr old furnace system as well. We were able to make an appointment with Steve from Hoffman the next day to discuss a replacement. He quickly assessed our needs and gave us a proposal on the spot. We were able to get it installed by Dan the next day; they had just had a postponement on another job. The team communicated well, was professional in every way, and did a great job with the install. We are quite happy with our new Lennox system!

Joe was a wonderful technician. Furnace went out in the coldest day of the year. Joe diagnosed the issue and thankfully he was able to get it working with a few adjustments within a few minutes. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain preventative maintenance steps for the future. Bobby Brinkley responded to an emergency issue on my furnace. Hoffman's had received superior reviews and was suggested on Angi's List. I filled out the form and received a call back almost immediately. I had tried several other companies and they were booked until Monday. Well Bobby turned up within 2 hours and had me up and running within 30 minutes. I just moved into this home this past October and knew I had an old furnace and had left monies for a furnace replacement, so I got the quote and will be getting that taken care of ASAP!
