Had a new furnace installed . The sales guy , charlie , was great . He knows his stuff , he's friendly and sold us a new Lennox furnace . The installer was here when they said he would be and put the new furnace in and had it running in a day . I felt comfortable with the installer in our house . Enough so that we had to go to town and left him there alone to work . He seemed honest and trustworthy. I would recommend Higgins heating for your needs . I believe they are a top notch company.

I have used Higgins in the past, they installed a new furnace last year, so I used them again to diagnose and fix my AC. Technician was on time, in fact early and explained what he was doing. Very happy with then. I will not go elsewhere .

My husband and I woke up on a Saturday morning to find our furnace wasn't heating. We called Higgins and within 30 minutes a polite and friendly technician arrived. He not only fixed the issue but was able to look at a few other concerns we had and offer explanations we could understand! Service was wonderful. Had an emergency and needed a part late on a Saturday afternoon. When I called I was happily surprised that a human answered not a machine. He was very helpful right away was able to help us. And he was very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone.
