He took great photos and video of the process and gave us a great overview of things. This was the second time we’ve had our ducts cleaned, and HepaVac was so superior to the company we used prior that I’d never even consider using someone else! Excellent service. The guys are very respectful of my house and wore shoe covers to keep everything clean. They started cleaning my vents and noticed that it was a newer system and didn’t need to be cleaned. They could’ve easily continued the service and I would’ve paid, but they decided to let me know that it wasn’t necessary. We ended up just cleaning the dryer vents and I was impressed from start to finish. Great company, honest guys!

Matt from HepaVac Duct Cleaning spent almost 4 hours removing about 60 pounds of dust from our home today! Our system had never been professionally cleaned. He did an excellent job letting us know the procedure, showing us before and after photos and videos, the filter we should be using, and cleaning up before he left. Matt was very careful in our cramped basement and was able to work in some delicate places without breaking anything. He was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Holly was awesome to get my appointment booked. She even contacted me when there was a cancellation earlier in case I wanted to get the service done prior to my scheduled day. Everything was up front and transparent about the process, the pricing and the appointment. Frank was my technician and he was awesome - super communicative about the process, the time it would take and that it would be a bit noisy through the process. He took great videos and showed me why I was getting so much dust in the house during the winter. The pricing is very reasonable for the service provided. Would highly recommend HepaVac for thorough duct cleaning! We finished a kitchen/living room/dining room remodel and the ducts were FILTHY. What should have been a 3 hour job took almost 5 because of the amount of debris. Rather rush to finish, Frank made sure everything was done thoroughly cleaned before completing the job. He also sent before and after pictures and videos of our filthy ducts. Can finally breath better! And will definitely use them again!

Franke was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he was going to do and showed me the before and after pictures as well as video of all the dust and construction debris being vacuumed up.

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the service that Hepavac provided. We got a quote the same day that we requested one online and the price is the most fair we’ve seen. We had previously planned to use a larger corporation who had installed our furnace, but thankfully my father told me in a phone conversation that their prices were “highway robbery.” I went back to the drawing board and am so glad I did. Reading the many, many five-star reviews online convinced us that Hepavac was the way to go. It was easy to set up a time for the service and everyone involved was pleasant, professional, and so, so kind. We were truly blown away by Matt’s expertise and down-to-earth explanations and descriptions of everything going on. My husband has been struggling with allergies ever since we had sanding and Sheetrock work done in our home—Matt took his concerns to heart and not only cleaned our ducts, he made sure all our vents were open, that we were using the right kind of filters, and he offered to come again and doublecheck things if the allergies didn’t get better. He also showed us videos of the cleaning and it blew us away. Our ducts are so clean now! We have our air conditioning running and the air feels and smells clean and fresh. I had no idea I could get so excited by clean duct work, but here I am—so beyond thrilled and thankful for the expertise, kindness, and amazing job done by the good folks at Hepavac. MATT was great! He did a great job. I had a sore throat and congestion for about 2 months (no history of allergies). I decided that maybe it was an air quality issue. They came and inspected the house, noticed we had a little asbestos that needed abating. They pointed us in the right direction for hiring someone to remove it prior to service! Once we got that completed, we rescheduled and they came and cleaned out our (very very dirty) ducts! Super professional, nice, and thorough. Will definitely use again in the future! Update - 12/7/2022: We used them again at our new house and they still were great. Had a follow up e-mail with instructions on how to maintain our new (to us) system that will keep us in tip-top shape. 10/10 recommend.

We had Cody out to clean our ducts and vents and he did an awesome job! Courteous, professional, and he took the time to explain and show me exactly *how* overdue our cleaning was! He did a great job cleaning up afterwards, and sent us videos and pictures for our records as well. Afterward, when we noticed a rattle coming from a duct that wasn’t there before, Reed came out and was able to adjust/correct what was causing it, taking care of the one thing that wasn’t ideal, but wasn’t unexpected with a heavy duty duct cleaning. Cody, Reed, and Holly (on the phones) were all phenomenal, and made our experience smooth and professional. They’re truly the best, and our only regret is not doing this sooner!!

Finally decided to have our ducts cleaned about 3 years after moving into our house. Scheduling with HepaVac was super easy - was able to do it all online/email. I also really appreciated that they list their pricing openly on their website. Matt, from HepaVac, came out on-time and spent HOURS cleaning everything (and was also extremely patient with my inquisitive 4 year old). Apparently our system probably had never been cleaned and there was a lot of construction debris from prior work. They even show you videos of the process and before/after photos so you know they did great work. The air from our vents seem so much more even now between rooms - seriously should have done this sooner. Highly recommend HepaVac! I appreciated that they didn't try to sell anything extra - just an honest company with really nice employees.

HepaVac did such a thorough job of cleaning the ducts in our new house! The technician (Matt?) initially said he thought the job would be quick, but ended up staying 3 hours to get everything squeaky clean. He showed us videos of the before and after, and even pulled a chunk of wood out of one of the ducts! The HEPA filters made me feel so safe as he was working, and our house smells great now.

Frank did a great job. He was polite and professional. He wore a mask and boot covers the whole time. He explained what he was going to do and checked in throughout the process. He showed me an initial picture and then an after picture. He's also sending me more pictures and videos via email. They ran a HEPA filter the entire time they were here which was nice. They also cleaned the furnace which was nice. They were easy to schedule and got us in quickly.

Great company, we moved into a new house and I was having asthma attacks every day. They got us in pretty quickly and were so great. We had Matt come out and he was very thorough and so friendly. He said he got about 4 houses worth of crud out of our vents and gave us tips on what filters to use etc. We also got the UV air cleaner installed and I haven't had any further attacks in the house. Very professional, no additional fees, quality work, quoting very easy, tremendous value. I rent my house and the property manager wasn't sure the last time the vents and ducts were cleaned. We had recently moved into a new space and wanted to make sure the HVAC system was clean and free of dust or construction debris. The team that came did a thorough job cleaning, even going as far as recording the work they were doing so we could see how dirty the vents were before, and how clean they were able to get them. It was a really nice touch. The workers cleaned up after themselves and respectfully wore masks the entire time they were inside our space. We will definitely be calling HepaVac again.

Highly professional as well, and took extra care to make sure that no extra snow or dirt was tracked into our facilities with tarps, moving blankets and booties. Our technician cleaned where no one else had ever cleaned in fourty years. He showed us pictures with construction debris still in there. He also found several vents that the last place missed. I have asthma so I needed above average cleaning and definitely got it with these guys. Up front pricing, no surprises, more expensive than some, but better results in my opinion. I had a great experience with HepaVac on our first air duct cleaning as new homeowners. Matt came out both times and the first time informed us of asbestos duct tape that was in use on the furnace and some vents. Once we got this taken care of, he came back out and finished the house. My service was beyond what I expected. SO clean and professional. Very thorough. I have never been able to breathe this well in my home. He walked me through everything I needed to do myself (we had a couple asbestos wrapped ducts) and took a ton of pictures and videos to share with us. He took the time to not only explain their cleaning process but to also answer my million and one questions on everything from the equipment he was bringing in to how to work the dampers on my new house. He found asbestos tape around our vents and talked me through the process of how to get it abated and sent a follow up email with the steps. He cleaned our vents after the abatement, and did a wonderful job. The house smelled better immediately after the cleaning!

After doing a remodel that had half the house under construction for 8 weeks, I knew I’d need my ducts cleaned. The entire process was incredibly smooth: Scheduling was a breeze and pricing was incredibly transparent. Everything about my experience with Reed and HepaVac was phenomenal! We had about 90 years of dust, debris, and mold in our vents that had been causing allergy trouble and blowing mold through the house. HIRE HepaVac! Look no further for duct cleaning! I conducted two+ hours of research on duct cleaning itself and various companies before deciding on HepaVac. I am SO glad I chose them. I liked what I read on their website. Things that stood out included their good work ethic (they only do two houses max per day so they can maintain the high standards they set for themselves; they have a firm price at the outset based on phone consultation). Their treatment of employees was the kicker for me: good wages *and* benefits, setting them up for success by not jam packing their schedule, nor adding pressure by paying commission. I had almost already decided before I called. Then I contacted them and spoke with Reed. Reed was wonderful in telling us what to expect and came over for a free asbestos check. He had given me the heads up that almost all houses our age and size in our Metro area had asbestos, and if we did we would need to have someone come and paint it before he could clean (so it wouldn't become airborne). We even scheduled out far enough to have time to make an asbestos appointment in between, as he was quite certain we would have some. He was right--there was a little (which I was surprised to learn looks like dried athletic tape). He was able to refer me to a local guy to come do it (which was fast and easy, and basically like painting caulk around your vents and air returns). During the initial call he gave me a firm price with absolutely no upselling (even correctly estimating asbestos pricing). Just wonderful. I have been working with the public for years and can tell when someone is honest. This guy is the real deal. And so are his employees. Super professional, very down to earth, and very knowledgeable workers. Matt and Frank came and did an extraordinary job. Matt answered all my detailed questions; he knows a LOT about the science of his job--and this is coming from a science lover. They fastidiously follow COVID-19 guidelines, which is also much appreciated. Very respectful of property, worked so well around my junk that was in the way and were so gracious about it. Cautious and very thoughtful about animals. (Reed had warned it would be loud--and it was. May want to make arrangements to have kids or portable animals out of the house, if you can. But they are very careful about keeping proper doors closed and where they work in order to minimize cat upset.) Matt also gave good advice about air cleaners (not even trying to upsell the one they could sell and install). He gave me science-based info particular to my allergies even (dust mites and mold--the perfect combo). I was not sure that either could grow in the ducts themselves, and a little surprised to learn they could--back where we can't see them. Yuck! He helped me understand furnace filters (which I obviously did not lol). Knew a lot about particulate sizes, and how Hepa filters work, what they catch, etc. SCIENCE! He helped me understand the furnace, which is having issues (and knew of another family-owned business I could consult about the weird sound it is making). Showed me the cool video of all the disgusting stuff in the ducts, which had likely never been cleaned. Ish! Gross and also freakin' cool. Will definitely have them back in another 3-5yr! (5 for normal people, but with my allergies I will likely be opting for 3.) GREAT BUSINESS. A+!

Wow! It really was the best service I have received from an in-home repair/maintenance company. After moving into my house I needed to hire several services (drain/sewer, furnace repair, furnace/AC installation, air duct cleaning) and HEPA VAC DUCT CLEANING WAS THE BEST for several reasons: 1) they told me exactly when they would arrive when I set the appointment (NO TWO OR FOUR HOUR WINDOW!); 2) they arrived at the agreed time; 3) the cleaner, Reed, was very friendly and personable but also let me go about my normal work-from-home day while he was cleaning the ducts (I know some people don't like constant small talk with service providers); 4) Reed put down plenty of blankets so my floors stayed clean and did not scratch the hardwood floors; 5) Reed put all of the duct vents back on and vacuumed the surrounding areas so my house was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. 6) Reed was friendly with my dog and unconcerned when my dog was a little skittish. 5-stars without a doubt. We are first-time home buyers and bought quite the (dusty) fixer-upper. Reid was very patient with us and walked us through the process, taking before pictures, giving advice on maintenance best practices, etc. And after the work was done, the results were unbelievable; within a day the air quality in our apartment was 10x better. Reid showed us the before and after pictures and the difference was absurd - this should be a no brainer for anyone living in an older home. Not to mention - never owning an HVAC system, I, naively, did not make the connection that all of the cold air returns needed to be completely installed in order to get the air flow needed to properly clean the returns with Reid's machine. Reid still went out of his way to individually clean each return which really meant a lot to us. I have dealt with several home service businesses since buying the house and have not experienced a company as HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and FAIR as HepaVac to this day.
