I called Bob when my furnace burners would only run a few seconds and then shut off. Since it was a simple maintenance repair he saved me time & money by safely walking me through the procedure on the phone. Furnace is running like new again. He’s fixed my brother’s furnace before and is highly recommended by my realtor friend. He’s very knowledgeable and highly qualified with lots of experience.

Bob services are amazing!!! He came out when my furnace wasn’t working within hours to trouble shoot and fix that very same night! My furnace is 30 yrs old and should be replaced but was advised by Bob that I have life in it still so don’t replace it just yet. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this owner and operator of this company and will be recommending his services to everyone I know! This kind of service is hard to come by now days and glad I found such a reputable company that gives great service and great results!

From start to finish, Bob's professionalism, expertise and honesty gave me confidence that I chose the right company. After some negative experiences with other contractors, I am always braced for pressure to making hasty or needlessly expensive decisions, but Bob never rushed or pressured me. He was up front and candid about pricing and options, he never tried to up-sell me, and he patiently answered all my many questions as I navigated my way to the best decision for my house. After I decided to replace the furnace, I received a quote and it was installed just a few days later. Everything was completed exactly as we discussed and he came in exactly on budget. It doesn't get any better than that. If you need an HVAC specialist, this is your guy!

Bob, the owner operator at Heatpro is everything I look for in a contractor. I have a 100 year old house with many "custom" features that make each job tricky. This did not deter Bob and he laid out all options without trying to force one over the other. Other Contractors either would not give a bid or provide a "this is the only way we can do this" estimate. After agreeing on the best course forward I received a bid which was fair and under the other bigger named companies. in under a week I was able to go from bid, to completed job and have nothing but great things to say. Bob and crew were on time, went the extra mile to explain how everything works and left the site looking better than when they started. If you are looking for a small hometown owner operator business that does exceptional work, I highly suggest giving Bob at Heatpro a call.

100% give him a call! Our AC went out on one of the hotter days last week (July 4 weekend). I gave Heatpro a call and Bob was at my door within a few minutes. He was friendly, easy to work with, and honest. He educated me on how to get my AC back up and running while we waited for the part to come in (which he typically stocks but had just used on a different job). I was thinking it wouldn't be until the following week but he gave me a call the following day with the part in hand. He came over 15 min later, installed the part within the hour, and my house has been crispy and cold since. We have an older AC unit that will need to be replaced next year and I'm absolutely giving Bob a call back to take care of it.

Bob saved has helped us numerous times with the furnace at our old home. The house was built in 1915 so we had issues with numerous things as you can imagine. Luckily when we bought in 2009 the furnace was pretty new. Fast forward 10 years, 1 kid & another on the way & we start smelling a burning smell all over the house. It’s not too cold but getting there so we shut down the furnace & call Bob. He came over right away to help & was able to identify the problem & get the part replaced. A few months later we ran into another issue, called Bob who came over as soon as he could. He gave us an honest opinion that due to the age of the furnace we could try this repair or just replace the unit all together. He respected our choice & did the part. Well turns out Bob was spot on, the replaced part did the job for a few weeks then the issue came back. Being end of February & MN winters we had no choice but to replace the furnace. Bob was able to get to our house the following week to replace the furnace before the weather got horrible. Fast forward again to June, we are in the process of selling our home so the buyer does an inspection & we find it comical when the report comes back with 1 issue, the furnace dripping water at an odd place. We laugh thinking, no way it’s brand new! Call Bob, he comes over right away & finds water within the PVC pipes & tells us the only way this could happen is if someone put a hose in the pipe from the outside. Well we find out from our 3 year old boy that he may have done that but he can’t remember 🤦🏼‍♀️ While searching for this problem Bob find rocks in the pipes as well from the same curious 3 year old. Bob to the rescue AGAIN! Would I recommend Bob- 1000 times yes, in fact I already have! He knows his stuff, is honest, punctual & truly cares about his customers. He personally saved us so much money & we are forever grateful for his knowledge & help.

Bob with HeatPro has been taking care of my HVAC needs for close to ten years now, including service calls for maintenance, repairs and also replacement of a furnace. He is always quick to respond to a service call, usually being able to come that same day. When I decided it was time to replace the furnace instead of repair, he was able to do so the very next morning. Bob is very knowledgeable and professional and I have always found their pricing to be lower than that of other HVAC companies in the area. I highly recommend this company. Bob is the best!

After our 18-year-old A/C unit lost it's refrigerant charge, Heatpro installed a new unit for us quickly and efficiently. When the new unit wasn't cooling us down, Bob came out again right away to help us solve the problem. It turns out that driving a sheetrock screw through the A/C pipe was a bad idea 25 years ago! Even though this was our fault, Bob came out several times to help us find and fix this problem under our living room floor. He was very responsive and didn't want to charge us his additional time. We highly recommend Heatpro!
