The professionalism was out of this world. Matt took the time to diagnosis and provide pictures to better explain on what we’re experiencing. He was fast and efficient. I like that he was very thorough and if any changes or unforeseen circumstances came up with our AC unit that we should contact Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service right away. Highly recommend!

Professional was great. Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service has maintained the systems at our house since we purchased it back in 2019. They also installed and maintained the air conditioning system in our accessory dwelling unit. We decided to replace our 12-year-old furnace before it failed and scheduled the work with Daniel and Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service well in advance. This was a good decision as we needed the lead time to find the appropriate equipment. All the staff and installation crew were very informative and helpful. Good price. The installation guys were on time and courteous. This was for the unit in our addition. The job was very difficult since the system was I the attic and wedged in between rafters. They did a great job. They had installed our primary unit about 8 years ago and that went well also

I have been using Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service for years to maintain and fix any heating and cooling concerns. As a club member, I do receive annual maintenance for my furnace and AC unit. After getting my AC unit recently tuned up for the season, it did not work during an extremely hot weekend. I called the company on Monday morning and they sent me a repairman. He was professional and quickly found and fixed the problem. I highly recommend their services.

Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service is fast, friendly and fair. We had an issue with our AC on a 100* day and called them that morning. They were there within 2 hrs and fixed the issue. Only charging me for an inspection even though they had to do some other work. So far they have replaced our 20+ yr old furnace for far less than others quoted as well as repaired our AC twice for a fair price. Would highly recommend them.

If the solution does not hold and the AC problem persists, the condition was excellent. The place was substantially cooler and more comfortable less than 5 minutes after he left. Had a minor issue with the install and the owner came out right away and got it all taken care of. Super nice guy. Biggest part of the whole transaction is that I had another A/C firm come out and give me a quote as well. The installation was able to be scheduled quickly and it went smoothly. This included moving the A/C unit from one side of house to other. Both units have worked very well and very quietly.
