We were having issues with our furnace about a month ago. They came out right away and replaced the part that was causing the issue. Then just a few days ago, the furnace started to make a grinding noise (it is over 30 years old). At this point, we decided that a new furnace was needed. We talked to them yesterday & they were able to install it today. Woke up this morning to a very cold house (it died) .They we’re here this morning & we had a warm house shortly after. They are great to work with & very knowledgeable - highly recommend them!!!

Mike was not able to fix my problem. He was not the only one I called, but was the only one to reply. He was very professional and up front about what might need to be done. He gave me some referrals. I appreciate his kindness most of all. He truly cares about his customers. It is hard to come by now a days. I will definitely be calling him next time I need services and refer people to G&G!

My furnace died with temps running way below 0 outside. The crew came right away and they installed a new furnace. Then I called again because i screwed up the thermostat. They came right away and fixed that. All the crew members were very polite and efficient. I was so thankful for Angie in the office and the installers. Nice job!!!!

Had G&G come out and install a new furnace and a/c at our home. Service was excellent very polite cleaned up after themselves. Customer service is 2nd to none always willing to help no matter the issue.

They just installed our new furnace with humidifier. It's awesome, quiet and efficient! Techs were professional and cleaned up everything. Going to call them for new a/c in the spring. Very competitive on price also.

Moved into town July of 2019, our air-conditioned started acting up in Sep. I called G & G at 8:30 & Mike came on his lunch break to get it working...we were a complete stranger to him! I call that service! Thanks G & G!
