Four HVAC craft professionals from Edina Heating & Cooling just left my townhome and I am so impressed with their professionalism and speed. I have a new AC, Furnace, and water heater. They worked together as a team and got everything completed by early afternoon. They even helped troubleshoot my Nest thermostat which needed to be rewired with an existing common wire that was not previously set up. Their pricing is very competitive and they install high quality name brand equipment. I will definitely use them in the future.

I reached out to Edina Heating and Cooling to get a 2nd opinion on our furnace after a larger local company kept saying our furnace was a danger to our household and needed a new furnace asap. Matt came out and ran several tests and checked everything over and recorded that all that was bad from the other company, was certainly not the case and our furnace was operating very well. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and show what he found so that I felt comfortable moving forward. I have cancelled my membership with the other company and will be using, and recommending Edina Heating and Cooling moving forward.

I purchased a home during winter and needed the A/C system checked. Matt arrived on time, was professional and knew what he was doing. He methodically checked everything and found one small issue which was easily corrected. He checked the entire cooling system and then also took a look at the boiler and simply added water to improve efficiency in the fall (no additional charge). I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and great experience we had. Will call Edina Heating and Cooling in the fall or for any other heating/cooling needs. Five stars!!!

We were able to get a technician out for a second opinion on our furnace the same day as we received a very bleak prognosis on our furnace from another company. Technician was able to diagnose the issue and provide a very efficient solution in less than an hour. Believe the hype! These guys are great. Friendly, honest, responsive, and resourceful. The "other guys" charged $100 for a diagnosis requiring $1500 fix... so glad I called Edina Heating and Cooling. The tech. hunted down the problem with his voltmeter and some good test cases, and saved me $1000 bucks. And another time, we called them the morning of Christmas eve -- and they sent someone out and had us going in a couple of hours. So great!

Minnegasco found a gas leak in our furnace and could not repair. We called almost 10 different contractors. Edina Heating was the only one that could get to us and they did within 2 hours of calling on a Sunday morning. The technician (Matt) was amazing, very helpful and throughly explained what he had to do and why. Left the place completely clean from his work. Great service!

Chris from Edina Heating and Air Conditioning came out an evaluate our air conditioning system. It would run for a few minutes and then pop the circuit breaker. He was very knowledgeable about our system and checked out everything. It turned out to be the circuit breaker itself! The charge for the service, that was quoted, was what we were charged. Excellent Service, Great Contractor and they came out the same day! I would recommend Edina to anyone needing servicing!

Our A/C was working fine then just went out randomly, right before it was about to be 90 degrees for the next week. Matt Keohen picked up when i called and was at my house within 10 minutes (granted we got pretty lucky with this). Matt diagnosed the problem to be our furnace blower motor, he got the replacement part that day and came back and fixed it. I can't believe how friendly and prompt he was, I'm recommending this place to every one i speak to. Matt literally saved us from a dreaded night(s) in pure humidity.

I have had Edina heating & Cooling Inc come and repair my air-condition. The coolant was replaced a couple of times by them and it works good. The Contactor that costs about $20 was replaced and I was charged a total of $229 for less than an hour's service. The service is excellent and the folks are very courteous. The price is pretty high that forces me to think of alternatives.

When I first moved to my town-home in 2004 my old furnace which happened to be on the roof gave up on me in the middle of winter. Scott came in no time and fixed it right away. 16 years later in 2020 my furnace did the same thing. my warranty company sent me to a different company where they couldn't fix it. we called Edina Heating & Cooling Inc and Scott came back and fixed it right away. They were honest and prompt. Our air conditioner went out on a very hot day. These guys were able to come out the same day. I thought I’d need a completely new 6-8K A/C unit but Matt diagnosed a faulty capacitor and fixed it on the spot for a couple hundred bucks. He gave me maintenance advice and was a very good guy. Every other place I called could not get me in, some for two weeks. I wish every business operated this way. Thank you Matt and Edina Heating and Cooling.

Our furnace went out yesterday and Edina Heating and Cooling took good care of us. Chris arrived very quickly, within forty minutes of placing the call. He demonstrated strong knowledge and kept me abreast of what he was doing and why. He was able to quickly diagnose/ troubleshoot and replace a non functioning limiter with one from the truck. He explained that our filter is large and designed to catch everything but that it also requires more for the air intake for combustion. He also helped me to understand venting. With better understanding of the mechanism I am now heating our house with greater comfort. The cost was affordable and I will use them again. Thanks!

I called morning of 12/24 and they were out almost immediately. We had no heat and were expecting a major bill on our 15 year old furnace. The repair was quick, minor, and inexpensive. Bottom line, they could have gotten away with a major charge if they were only slightly dishonest. These guys were fantastic. I could not have been more pleased.

I had a different company do a service call for my HVAC unit not working. The tech quoted me a $1,600 repair even though it was still under warranty. I had Edina Heating come look at it and it was merely an exposed wire leading to the motor shorting out. They had it fixed in less than half an hour for a minimal service and repair fee. They gave a customer for life in me! Highly recommend.

I've been using these guys for a multitude of years now for my boiler. They are always very responsive, friendly, and get the job done right the first time. My last service call was for air in the lines of my boiler, which was causing it to not properly heat my home. Tim took the time to show me how to purge the air from the pipes, and also how to drain the waterlogged expansion tank. He saved me from an expensive air separator upgrade and future service calls for the same issues by empowering me with the know-how to accomplish it myself. He walked me through the entire process step-by-step, so now I can handle this on my own. Plus, they are very friendly. Highly recommended.
