Have had DeZiel out twice, most recently to install a humidifier. Called to schedule an appointment and they were out within three hours to give me a free quote. Very pleased with the process from start to finish. Only reason for 4-star rating is I thought the duct work could have been installed better - bypass duct stuck out from furnace quite a bit and a start collar wasn't used. Fortunately had the right tools and Menards close by to fix. Will likely use this company again for HVAC needs.

We initially spoke with Tyler, as we began the process of replacing both our heating and AC units. The cost of heating and cooling our 19 year old home were less than efficient and we knew our systems were on their last legs.Tyler went above and beyond, meeting with us twice in one day to clearly and patiently answer all our questions. On our install day, both Spencer and Zack demonstrated friendly, happy, kindness toward our family, consideration to our home and yard, as well as efficiently working in a timely manner. My home is 22 years old with the original furnace. My Neighbor, Shelia, who works for DeZiel, suggested that I use the friends and family service to just get a check up. I'm so glad that I did. Nick, the serviceman, was great. He answered all of my questions, showed me what he was finding with his scope and explained what it meant. I had no idea how lucky I was that he came out, since my furnace was in rough shape with a lot of rusting going on and very dirty burners. He set up an appointment that very day with Bruce, the sales rep for DeZiel. Bruce came the next day and explained everything about the packages offered, no pushiness at all. It was having a good conversation with a friend. He arranged financing and installation for the following day. I don't need to worry about my furnace quitting in the middle of the night or while I'm at work. The finacing package was something that I can afford too with very reasonable monthly payments. I had been without heat 7 of the coldest days and had been through 7 service calls with another company that left each visit stating the problem was resolved but the furnace was down again within an hour. Our furnace was acting up so I called DeZiel. The dispatcher sent Nick out and he was here in a timely manner. He explained some issues that he saw with our old furnace that was nearing the end of its lifespan. We decided to replace the old furnace with a new one and also have our ducts cleaned. We were able to get that scheduled for the very next day. Very good experience all around and would definitely call DeZiel again for any future HVAC issues.

After our furnace turned the corner of its last leg on a cold Friday night in December, we tried calling almost everyone in the HVAC business the next morning, but all we got were answering machines. Until we called DeZiel... they were at our house within an hour to fix the furnace, which had quite a few issues beside rust and old age. We didn't want to try to make the winter on the gem of a furnace we currently had, so we decided to get a new furnace. And since DeZiel was the first to come and help us, we decided to give them our business to install our new furnace too. And we we not disappointed in our choice. The salesman walked us through the options and latest technologies available. The installers were courteous and professional, and left the house spotless after taking everything out and putting in a new furnace, ionizer, and heating/cooling pump. With the high price of propane, the heat pump has been helpful in saving on our pocketbook by using electricity at times instead of propane. We highly recommend DeZiel for any of your HVAC problems or replacing your whole system. We look forward to our continuing business with them... as a 100% satisfied customer, we know you will be too! We moved into an existing home in mid August and when heat was needed the boiler kept giving error messages. On a recommendation, we called DeZiel. Sam came out a couple times and still had issues so suggested Bruce in sales come out and give a bid on a new boiler. We felt due to the age of the old one it was time for a new one. The next day at 8am Jarred and other team members arrived and worked a grueling 12 hour day!! Sam kept us updated throughout the day on progress of install. A couple more trips to tweek and our heating is working great! Sam is so thorough at explaining and just super nice to work with. I called after hours on a Friday, knowing I would have to leave a message, to schedule a general maintenance service for my furnace and air exchange and my called was promptly returned the following Monday by Kelsi. To my surprise, she was able to get me scheduled that very morning and sent Sam to perform my service. Sam was awesome! He took the time to throughly clean and inspect both systems along with finding a few issues that would need to be repaired. He explained what he found and gave estimates that I felt were reasonable. I would highly recommend DeZiel for all your HVAC needs. My home is slightly over a year old and I signed up for their Service Plan, knowing that I could trust them to come twice a year to keep my system in “new” condition for years to come.

Bruce visited us and explained our furnace options after carefully inspecting the house. He even gave us advice on better home care even without agreeing to any services. Jared A, Chase A and Spencer installed a complete furnace and thermostat for us. They were fast, professional and left the place cleaner than when they left. What lead us to DeZiel was the horrible customer service at MacQuillan Brothers. I originally had set an appointment with them for maintenance and was given an appointment for 2 weeks later and on the Friday before they were to arrive they cancelled on us and told us that they had bigger emergencies than our small little maintenance tune up, the woman from MacQuillan I would say was a real (starts with A and ends E). So I contacted DeZiel after seeing their ad and they were out to us within a week. MacQuillan by the way wanted us to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment. Kevin from DeZiel is great, he was right on time and diagnosed our system, made recommendations and took all the time we needed to listen to what our concerns were. So I will use and recommend DeZiel to potential customers In the future. The size of the job doesn't matter to DeZiel if you have an appointment with them they show up!

Just want to say what a great job the guys did when they were here. They were very thorough and professional. The vacuuming of the ducts saved me from dusting every other day! Now I only have to dust maybe once a week or longer. They cleaned all the vents and floors after they were finished. Very happy with the results. They are a great team. Our furnace screamed to a halt at about 10:00 PM last night. This morning's temperature was 12 degrees below zero, which felt like -24 with the windchill, and the temperature inside had dropped into the high 50s. I called DeZiel Heating first thing this morning and Nick was here before 10:30 AM. He diagnosed the problem (blower) quickly and had us back in heat within an hour. We had DeZiel come out and inspect our 18 year old HVAC system. I knew it was old and things would be deteriorating as it wasn't really well cared for by prior owners. They showed us not only where the AC had issues (leaking refrigerant) but also showed us where there was separation in the secondary heat exchanger! That posed serious risk to the safety of our family. So, we got an estimate from them and they were great in providing honest and straightforward information. They were not pushy in any way one bit! Refreshing! They showed us the options, and the benefits of each of them. In the end, we chose the best furnace and AC they offered as the initial investment would be recouped in a couple of years given the size of our house. We set up the appointment and they showed up EXACTLY when they said they would. Not a minute later. They immediately went to work, and were incredibly friendly and informative. The techs let me watch and answered the questions I had for them. I wasn't checking their work....I was just very curious as to how my HVAC system operates and functions. They were more than happy to explain all of that to me in ways that I could easily understand. Lastly, the comfort of our house changed. Drastically!! We have lived in this house for 2 years, and our upstairs bedrooms never got cool in the summer months. On the 90+ days, it would be 78 degrees in our bedroom. I can't sleep in that kind of environment. But after they installed the system, it's pushing more air and colder air than ever before. It was 98 the other day, and our bedroom was 69 degrees, which is exactly where I set the thermostat at. Beautiful!! I cannot recommend them enough.

I have had a lot of issues recently with my Mini split A/C unit. I called my old Service tech but he was too busy or unwilling to come out. I called DeZiel at the last minute hoping to get someone to come out. They said they would send a guy right away. Joe Larson showed up, I explained the issue, he went right to work. Joe worked nonstop on my unit and was very determined to fix the issue of not cooling. Eventually Joe found the issue and made the repairs. I was very impressed with his determination to fix this unit, he showed great customer service. I asked for his card and told him i wanted to call his company and tell them they had a great employee. We moved into a new townhouse in Buffalo, MN in July. While the air conditioning worked fine, when we turned on the heat in October, it did not respond correctly. We decided to have the the furnace checked and cleaned and called the local company, DeZiel Heating and A/C. Our initial impression wasn't great as they didn't call us back for over a day and we had to call them back. The woman in the phone apologized and promised to get someone to call us. Within an hour, we received a call and Mark came out within a few hours. In a nutshell, He accurately diagnosed the problem as actually two different issues, one needing a new motor. That night, the heat would not come on again. My husband called Mark directly, who got an on call person to come out. Joe arrived within a hour and got the heat going. The next day, Mark came out again and installed a new motor and additional service. Everything works well now. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and customer service oriented both Mark and Joe were. They explained and fixed everything and gave us advice on how to keep things running smoothly in the future. We also thought the price was very competitive. Highly recommend this company.

They called ahead of time to ensure it was a good time for us to perform the work and were all very polite and professional. Informed us the status of our air conditioning unit and provided paper work to reflect what was done. Also checked the furnace filter. We currently are signed up with DeZiel auto check-up plan. Pay $9.99 per month and they come in the spring to check the air conditioner and in the fall to check the furnace. It's a really good deal as we don't have to remember to call for service. Also, if anything should stop working, clients signed up under the plan go to the top of the list for service.

The owner himself came to diagnose the problem and we were impressed with his knowledgeable professionalism. I have been wanting to do my A/C Tune up for sometime now and finally decided to do it... After doing some research I decided to go with DeZiel Heating and A/C... While scheduling, I got Mike (the owner) who was extremely polite and professional in his interaction... I could get the service scheduled for the same day as they had one of their technicians already working in my area (Maple Grove)... David (the technician) came in to do the A/C Tuneup and was courteous, professional, extremely patient in answering all my questions an explaining in detail how everything functioned... He first of all started with checking the Thermostat and then went in the basement and checked my Furnace and A/C coils and replaced the Air Filter and did the necessary cleanup...., followed by checking the temperature difference between the air exchangers... He also went outside and checked the A/C Unit for freon leakages, Checked the Motor/Capacitor and hosed down the entire A/C Unit (making it look very clean)... And did I mention that he never forgot to put on the plastic booties each time he entered my house.... I would rate my experience with this business as A++++++++++..... Love to see this level of professionalism and commitment in our local businesses.... Would recommend them any day.
