James did great job. Called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Service was friendly and professional. Provided before and after pictures and explained work that was done as well as recommend work. Will use Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration next time for duct cleaning and furnace maintenance.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration services at my home. Both times were time sensitive based on temperature conditions and I was squeezed into his busy schedule to accommodate. The first time was to completely replace the central air system right in the center of a heatwave 3 years back and just this month to replace my zone controllers as they went on the fritz.
