We are so happy we chose Burnsville Heating to help! We have worked with this company for previous furnace replacement and were so happy with the professionalism of each person we dealt with, the kindness and quick response to our loss of heat in the cold weather, and the value of the replacement furnace. It's so nice to know there are still services that care about customers!

For several weeks about six weeks ago, my husband and I were limping along with a heater that wasn't working properly, trying our own trouble shooting ideas. We finally had to bite the bullet and call Burnsville Heating & Air on a VERY cold Friday night. We knew a trip charge late on a Friday or over the weekend would be expensive, but it wouldn't have been possible to stay in the house without fixing the heater. We were put in touch with the on-call technician Bob. After hearing what was going on, he walked my husband through what to do to fix it and my husband was able to get the heater running again! Our house heated back up that evening and we've had no issues ever since! My husband does have a background in equipment maintenance so this troubleshooting may not have been possible for some customers, but we REALLY appreciate that Bob was willing to help without coming to our house and charging us for the repair. It saved us money AND we were were able to get the house and ourselves warm and toasty. Thank you to Bob and BH&A!

9 years ago Burnsville Heating installed my furnace and a/c and it's been running great ever since. Every spring and fall I have them do an inspection and tune up. A few weeks ago during their fall furnace inspection, they noticed that my furnace was giving off a higher rate of carbon monoxide than normal, so they immediately shut it down for safety reason and found the root of the problem. They said they would need to replace a few major parts that have gone bad, but that it's all covered under the 10 year warranty, so within a just a few days they were back out, got all the new parts installed and the furnace is working properly and safely again. I can't thank Ralph and team enough for finding a potentially deadly problem before furnace season and fixing it so quickly and professionally. They are pro's and really care about the work they do, I can't recommend these guys enough.

Our air conditioner went out during a Hot spell. Spoke with Bob and he went out of his way to get us a new unit and schedule us the very next morning when there were no openings. Seven years ago, I purchase a furnace, air-conditioner, humidifier, air cleaner and programable thermostat from them. Their price was very competitive, they were easy to work, and in the end, they left our home very clean. Yesterday they came out on a service call, for the first time, and fixed our furnace and said “no charge the work comes under your warranty”. We were very surprised and pleased. The service person then took time and showed us some of the finer points on how to program the software in our thermostat. Over the years I have referred a few of my family and friends, they too have been pleased.

I recently purchased a house and had Burnsville Heating recommended to me by my builder. I had Burnsville out to address an issue with the original install and the my technician went way above and beyond to make sure that he not only set a plan to replace my parts but also to review the system, end to end, with me to make sure that I understood how it all works and to make sure he addressed any unidentified issues once. I bought my Garage heater from Burnsville and had a similarly outstanding experience with the people they sent out - so much so that i sent a letter directly to the company's president. Every person we've engaged, from sales to service, has been the cream of the crop.

Burnsville Heating and Air was great! Our furnace stopped working intermittently a few days before Christmas. A salesperson came out right away, gave us a quote (mid-range from quotes I eventually got from other companies) and said he could set up the install as soon as I needed it. The furnace and AC unit was installed just as my husband was finishing the first movie in the Lord of the Rings trilogy! Great service, very timely, and pleasant to work with, especially during the holiday season.

I've had Burnsville Heating and Air do my annual furnace cleaning and check for 11 years. They have been attentive to small issues that prevented larger, costlier repairs later. I've had one after-hours emergency repair on New Years Eve four years ago, and they were very responsive (note that the nature of the emergency was such that it could not have been predicted or prevented). The tech for this year's check was Jon K. He was thorough, polite, and professional. Highly recommended!

Some years back, I did some (OK, a lot of) competitve research looking for a good, competent, reliable, honest, and fairly-priced heating and A/C dealer. I choose Burnsville Heating & A/C. I purchased and new furnace. They exceeded my expectations. Since then, I have recommended them to some people at work, who were very pleased with their products, service, and workmanship. Without hesitation, I recently called them and had them install a furnace at my mother's house. Again, quality work. Tony over there has been my "go to guy" and he knows his stuff. I am new to the area and used Burnsville Heating for the first time last week, just for a furnace check-up. Cody was so possession, friendly, and willing to explain everything he was doing. He even gave me an idea of how to fix a problem I am having with getting the filter in and out. I will be sure to use them again.! Last week Bob, the owner, had someone come over, and they removed my furnace leg and replaced the bracing with some padding, I can now get the filter in and out with no problem. Burnsville heating and air will be my go-to place from now on.

Furnace and Air Conditioning Inspection Ralph was the technician who did the inspection and he was great! As an engineer I am picky about how my mechanical equipment functions and I had loads of questions about my system. I had questions about the compressor balance, noise in the system, and general operation of the system. He answered all my questions and even gave me additional information on how to make the system efficiently operate. I had purchased a new Daikin Furnace and Air Conditioning system last year that has been working great for us.

Recently purchased a new furnace for my home. Salesman to the installers were very professional. Installers laid down tarps from my front door to the old furnace in my basement. After installation the installer walked myself through the new furnace and added additional equipment just to ensure reliability. Was happy to see he took that extra step without having to be asked. Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning was the company that installed the furnace & air when my house was built, so of course they are the company I want to call for my service. But, that’s not the only reason, they are very courteous and professional to work with, this was not the first time I’ve used them, but the 3rd or 4th and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend them to my children and anyone that would ask me for advise on who to call, don’t let their name fool you, they don’t only work in Burnsville, but all over. Casey the tech, has already saved me money on my spring tune up on my air conditioner, thank you, he is definitely a great sales person for your company, while looking out for the costumers best interest also.

Last year (Spring 2019) we installed a new Daikin Furnace and Air Conditioner - the FIT system with the smart thermostat. Everything that we read about the Air Conditioner is true. It is very quiet even when standing right beside it. The A/C unit itself is about 1/3 the size of what you expect the A/C unit to be. From inside the house, you cannot tell that it is running. We noticed a significant reduction in our monthly electric bills. During the winter, the same performance was noticed with the furnace. One of the features that we like the most is the variable speed blower. There are infinite speeds that the smart system determines on its own. Higher speeds when the need is great and gradually reduced speeds when the need lessens. Daikin also has the best warranty in the business. The sales rep is very knowledgeable and the installer techs are the best in the business. A couple of follow-up phone calls were handled promptly. We highly recommend Daikin and Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning.

Cody was called to our house to diagnose a "ticking" sound in our lower level ceiling, caused by the expansion of the heating ductwork touching a ceiling fixture. He was quick to troubleshoot the issue and neat and thorough in fixing the problem.

Our a/c went out at the start of the hot spell in July. When I called for an appt., the salesman was out the very next morning with a bid for the a/c plus a bid for a new furnace. There was no pressure to go with them. When we decided to have them do the installation, they were able to come out the very next day, knowing what a hotbox our house was. The installers were professional, efficient, courteous, and when we had questions, agreed to come out and show us the very next day. Not to wish summer away, but we are also looking forward to using our new furnace when the cooler weather arrives. I would definitely recommend Burnsville Heating and A/C; they were recommended to us by our neighbor who was also very satisfied.

Burnsville Heating was great to work with. I gave them a call at lunch time and left a message and they got back to me within a few minutes. I don't normally come on to write reviews but figured they deserved the good publicity. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have issues with your furnace or ac I am sure that they will treat you as well as they did me. From my experience with them I can honestly recommend them- and will if any of my friends need an hvac company.

We called regarding an A/C problem and they were able to schedule a technician who was familiar with our house and equipment for the next day. Ralph is the best (and no, he didn't ask us to say that)! We have had him out to service our system multiple times. He is always so courteous and professional. This latest service call was what prompted me to write this review. We lost our AC because of a burned out board. Ralph came out and immediately diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts necessary. Normal turnaround on those parts is a few days, but he knew that a heat wave was coming this weekend and so he didn't stop there and began searching around for other spots of where those parts may be. We've reached the "good customer service" level. When Ralph found out that the parts were available north of the cities, he arranged to take a call near where those parts were so he could go pick them up and then make a trip back out to our house before the heat wave. We've reached the "great customer service" level. But it doesn't stop there. Ralph comes back out, parts in hand, and proceeds to repair the system. Then he spends some time asking us about our level of comfort in the house and proceeds to show us some tricks about how to use the system more effectively than we were. We've reached the "stellar customer service" level. Everyone should have a Ralph on their team! So many thanks for your efforts to avoid a ridiculously hot weekend without AC!!!

Furnace went out on a Friday night. Called Saturday morning and Daniel was at my door within 90 minutes. He didn’t have the part, but offered space heaters for us for the night. Came back on Monday morning and found out what the issue was that went beyond just replacing the part. He was very nice and got the job done without any hassle. Wore a mask the entire time. Thanks to him we have heat again!

Had a problem with my A/C unit that I was trying to figure out myself. I was almost there but still had the call put into Burnsville Heating & Air. When Ralph showed up he was surprised at how far I made it on my own and how close I was to figuring it out myself. He was very nice and professional and was in and out quickly. I was mad at myself for almost getting there but at the same time glad he came out because the heat index was 108 and my dogs were miserable so I needed this fixed. Burnsville Heating & Air was the only company I could get to come out that day. I would call these guys back again in the future if I have to!

After writing a bad review on TY who didn't want to work and shouldn't have a job, they sent a senior tech out and were very professional. Ralph came out diagnosed the problem and within 48 hours had the part and replaced the coil in 90 minutes. Ralph did a great job and gets a 5, however TY gets a 1 which I am bringing the total to a 4 only because of the Bad egg Ty who shouldn't have a job!
