I have worked in customer services for over 30 years and therefore have high expectations when it come to my own experiences as a customer. I found Blue Yeti on next door, where they had a number of glowing reviews. When I dialed them up and Emily answered the call. I quickly knew I had called the right plumber. She was cheerful and positive on the phone. By using modern communication modes like text, and photos, we were able to come up with a solution and schedule an appointment. We have had Blue Yeti out to replace an A/C and furnace as well as minor plumbing issues. They have been extremely responsive and prompt. They were the only ones able to get an A/C unit within the week when other companies were quoting 2+weeks. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I had a loose kitchen faucet and a shower with extremely low water pressure (among other issues). Chris worked quickly and was very communicative, walking me through exactly which parts I needed to buy and working quickly and around my schedule. He also was thorough in making sure he did things the right way, up to code. I’m so thankful to have a working bath and shower again!

Highly recommend! I called at 8am and Mark was able to come out to address the problem at 11am the same day. Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue with water leaking from the ac due to a clogged trap drain very quickly and showed me how I could clean it out for future. He offered some additional maintenance items to help keep the life of our unit running as long as possible but did not pressure me into addressing them now. I thought the overall price was reasonable for the work that was completed. Overall, very satisfied and will use Blue Yeti services again for future HVAC or plumbing needs. Thank you!

Chris was great! He was able to come next day and replace our garbage disposal that had broken the night prior while we were doing dishes. He was timely, and left not only a functioning garbage disposal but a clean space as well! We will definitely use again in the future!

Chayton was great. Did a regular tune up of my furnace, checked the health and went through his report. Great value, super easy to book with good communication. Mind you, he showed up on time in the middle of a snowstorm too, which is a great sign of time management. I think I’ve finally found my go to company and will be booking my AC tune up come spring time with them!

Our water heater was leaking, they called back in 5 minutes and had someone at our home to inspect same day, and didn't even charge an "emergency fee". Had new water heater installed the next day, the crew was great, on time and cleaned up. Really professional and delivered. Highly recommended!

Mark serviced and cleaned our ancient boiler. Great communication and friendly, prompt service. Price was unbeatable and Mark performed all the same services that another of the bigger companies was quoting 2.5 times the cost. Will definitely hire them again in the spring to service my a/c unit.
