Aaron was our salesperson. He did a great job explaining things. Paul and Shane were the installers. They worked so hard making sure everything was working properly. I was also very impressed with how they cleaned up everything when they were done. I’m very pleased with the whole project and would definitely recommend Air Mechanical.

My elderly father had a plumbing issue. We are on their monthly plan. They came the same day. We made the decision to upgrade to higher pedestals for safety. They came and installed two new toilets the following Monday. Very courteous and worked around my fathers needs. He got a discount due to being on the plan as well. Great value. Outstanding service!

The folks at AMI did a wonderful job on our furnace and AC replacement. The estimate from Brad was fair and honest and accurate to the penny. The installation by Kyle and the crew was timely, efficient and completed without incident. Mike did a nice job with the follow up fine tuning. Very happy with the service!

Mike Simon is probably the best technician I have ever dealt with. He was prompt, extremely nice, and transparent - fixing our unit isn't really possible (he tried) and he was clear as to why (complete with pictures) He's a great communicator, but even more, he's a truly caring person who really wanted the best for me. This was a simple fall check up and they were able to identify several fail points in my system. They provided a quote and came back to install the much needed parts before the MN winter took hold. Once installed, everything worked great, until my pilot light went out (probably something I did). But, true to the company’s principles, they rushed back out to my house to help me get the system up and running again. All of the guys that came out were fantastic and I’d highly recommend this company to anyone!

Blake Hayden came to our home to discuss options for a new furnace. He asked us about our long term plans to live in the home and prepared options based on our situation. He was polite, honest, educated, and easy to work with. He quoted us a price $500 under our next closest option and was able to schedule our replacement within the next 48 hours. 5 stars!

Their mechanic arrived on time and was very efficient. I just don't feel the nearly $400 charge was appropriate for a 1250 sq ft Condo with 10 vents and 1 return. It would be nice for the company to review those charges for that work and amount of time it took. Their friendly associate was at my home for at least 1.5 hours.

Our hot water heater "died," at about 8:00 am on a Friday morning. We are under and an Air Mechanical service plan. So I called the company. They promised me we would have a tech out within 2 hours, and he appeared as promised. He got a new hot water heater for us and it was installed an working perfectly by 3:00. We had guests staying with us for the weekend, and by the time they arrived, we had our home and hot water available to them, thanks to the people at Air Mechanical.
