When I started looking to replace my furnace and AC, Air Max was super helpful in answering all my questions. I decided to go with them. The guys that came out were professional, knowledgeable and they cleaned up after they were done like they weren’t even there. All three service/install techs answered any questions I had during the process and after. Highly recommended company.

I called and got quotes from other heating and AC companies in the area and Air Maxx had the most reasonable prices and better products for a cheaper price. They gave me three different options to choose from and it was easy to decipher the differences between them, they were also very prompt with providing me all the information on the products in my email. Within a week, they came at the time and day I preferred and installed a heating and AC unit in a few hours. They were very respectful, cleaned up their workspace when they were finished, were very knowledgeable and answered any question I had, they were personable and very easy to talk to. Things are working great and I would recommend them to anyone I know!

The flame sensor on our furnace needed service on Friday, December 23rd. I called AirMax and a technician, Reuben, promptly returned my call. Reuben kept me abreast of his schedule and my issue was resolved before noon. Reuben was courteous, professional and informative. Great job!

I was out of town and my Nest told me my furnace wasn’t working. Air max came out the next morning and “fixed it”. It worked for 45 min and quit. Someone else came out that evening and replaced the thermostat. It worked for 24 hours and quit. I told them when I first called that the part that was sitting on the furnace was probably the issue. My husband ordered it before he passed away and it didn’t get installed. The first technician said yea it was throwing a code 55 but I didn’t think it needed the part. The second technician said he didn’t see a code, but that the thermostat needed to be replaced. I came home two days later and my house was 47 degrees. I called them and they told me to go ahead and replace the part, that maybe it is the problem. It was, it has been a week and it has worked every since. So, I have a new thermostat that I don’t care for and I fixed my own furnace and received a $423 bill. UPDATE: I received a call from AirMax and they came out and reinstalled my Nest and refunded me the cost of the Honeywell thermostat they had installed. They are easy to talk to and will make it right, just call them if there is an issue. They will respond quickly to rectify the situation.

I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job of reconnecting an existing air conditioning unit after we had landscaping work done. Another company was more interested in selling a new unit than providing an honest assessment of the possibility of getting more time out of an existing unit. Beware a bit of internal customer service. However, great techs and caring owner. Quality service from the tech that came to my house, checked our issue and proceeded to explain what we might be hearing for a noise. He earned 5/5 stars. He was fantastic. Lost two stars for poor customer service from the internal end. The invoice I received simply listed a total due, tasks completed in a paragraph form, and a $10 “truck fee”. Not itemized, so there was no explanation of how the charges were calculated for a $150+ bill for an hour of service and no repairs. (Also told the overtime rate if I needed a Friday night service is $150/hour, so we waiting until a Tuesday afternoon for regular rates). Upon asking for clarification, I was not greeted kindly and actually rudely asked if I read my invoice at all. To which I had to ask again for an itemized list of charges and was finally provided the hourly rate with travel built in, and for them, a standard $10.00 fee for travel. The unprofessionalism was frustrating. ***Update: The owner, Keith, did personally reach out to rectify the situation. This is immensely helpful after a poor experience, and with this in mind, I bumped my score back up to a 4/5 and would recommend Air Max moving forward for their top-notch technicians and their truly caring owner.

We just had our furnace replaced and finally got an AC unit. The two technicians were outstanding! Im so pleased that out of the four companies we met with, we chose this company. The owner is personable, knowledgeable, and just great to work with! The best part is, we can finally sleep upstairs in the summers without dying of heat. If anybody is in the market, this is the place to go with!!

I highly recommend them! Their service, pricing and professionalism was excellent. I experienced flooding and needed my furnace checked, serviced and cleaned. I was not familiar with companies in that area so was a bit nervous but they exceeded all of my expectations. They were prompt and didn't try to add things on- in fact, they went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely us them for other services (duct cleaning) and in the future. Kayla was especially helpful in coordinating my service and responding to questions. Excellent integrity and service all around.

Air Max installed a furnace & a/c combo unit and did a very professional job. Everyone involved with AIr Max are helpful and courteous. The owner Keith even stopped back to our house to fix an unrelated repair the day we called in. We were so impressed with the work that was done that we had them come back a few months later to install a humidifier on the new furnace. We highly recommend AIr Max and will definitely use them in the future.

40 year old AC unit died on the hottest day (so far) of the year. Keith, owner of AirMax called me from home on a weekend to help me decide what to do with my AC unit. Ultimately, I had AirMax come out and replace the unit with a new 2.5 Ton Trane unit. So far, that unit is working great, but the installer was very professional, very courtious, and had the job done in 5 hours by himself. Dropping a star for the tech leaving a yard sign advertising for the company in my yard when he left. I was never asked about this, told anything about this, nor received any compensation for it either. So out it went. Other than that 1 issue, I'd use AirMax again.

Was told by 2 different techs for another company that came out to fix our AC that it needed to be replaced. First one put in a new capacitor, 2nd one removed refrigerant. Even though he noted on his paperwork that it wasn't probably going to work. Wasn't thrilled with them so we started calling around for quotes for a new AC unit. Brandon from air max came out armed with his expertise, a clipboard and a tape measure and asked if our landscaping was the done. I said yes and he grabbed my hose and started spraying the AC down to see if it was plugged. As we only saw black water coming. Long story short he washed out our AC unit refilled the refrigerant and saved us a pile of money. I am so grateful and blessed that he came and figured it out as it has already been an very expensive month for us. Airmax will be our first call for any issues going forward with any HVAC issues.
