Customer for life! I generally don't write reviews but this one is well deserved. Rena (dispatch), Jon (tech.) and Thor (Sr. tech.) took care of business. Rena was incredibly quick and responsive regardless of the call time. Although I had a doozy of an issue with my furnace, Jon and Thor pulled through and heat restored. I'm very happy I didn't call a different company. Great value, service and people.

Our furnace suddenly stopped running. We called Advanced Heating and AC. Jon showed up Monday morning at 10:00 and after a good bit of troubleshooting, he was able to fix our furnace. Jon was very professional, well organized and methodical in his troubleshooting. Our furnace is as old as our house, 23 years. I decided to sign up for the Gold Annual Maintenance package, which includes two visits a year and a discount on future visits and a higher priority on service calls. I feel confident and satisfied with Advanced Heating.

AC stopped working 5pm Thursday, I called 9am Friday - Jon was to our house by 3:45pm and had the A/C up and running by 4:30! Highly recommend - professional, fast and efficient!

Josh and the crew at Advanced Heating and Air installed a brand new Carrier Infinity series furnace for us on short notice earlier this winter at a significantly lower price than some other larger Twin Cities area companies. They've been kind, responsive, and on time with everything, and even completed an error code check-up for us recently (which ended up being our fault for accidentally covering a vent), arriving literally 20 minutes after I called to schedule an appointment. I'd definitely use them again in the future.
