After nearly 30 years of using Zien, I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with their customer service or workmanship. While they no longer take care of residential heating jobs, I continue to use their plumbing service. Shout out to Andy who has recently fixed a few issues for me.. He is knowledgeable, helpful and takes pride in his work.

Talk about Lifesavers! I don't go out of my way everyday to write a review but these guys deserve a trophy for saving our business yesterday! We had a leak scheduled to be fixed with another plumber but they kept rescheduling us and then yesterday the leak got out of control and we had to close our kitchen an hour before the lunch rush. We got on the phone and called every plumber in Milwaukee and Zien was the first one on the scene. Their guy was super fast and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and we were back up and running serving lunch! Thank you Zien!

Andy with Zien Mechanical did a great job installing a new garbage disposal and re attaching plumbing after we had new counter tops installed. He arrived perfectly on time and did a very thorough job. Andy even spent some extra time fixing a gap that prevented the dishwasher from closing. I greatly appreciated his efforts and will reach out again when we have other plumbing needs. Thanks Andy!

Mr Andrew Einberger, professional plumber of the Zien Company, has been working for several days in our condo, also fixing a difficult issue in more than one bathroom-units in the building. We cannot thank him enough for being so competent, and so professionally prepared; he found the solution and fixed the problem wonderfully, for everyone.
