Great and professional as usual. I have zero complaints with this company and they hire some really good people. Brett was no exception, as he was punctual, efficient, and professional. I'm sure you could get a cheaper company to do your HVAC work, but Sanford has always been reliable and they do such quality work that it is worth the extra. It is hard to find companies that stand behind their work like they do. Highly recommend!

Was in a tight spot with a partially functioning heating system right before the winter. Called on a Sunday and was able to get next day non-emergency service. Ricky D. was extremely helpful in explaining the system and issues to a new homeowner, and provided fair quotes for other work I thought I needed done. Overall, I would highly recommend Sanford and plan on sticking with them for their excellent service technicians and responsiveness!

My heat went out Christmas weekend Friday evening. Derek was there in two hours. He did not have the exact replacement part, needed to repair the system, but put in a similar part that got my system up and running on the coldest night of the year. The part failed a couple of days later, which was not completely unexpected. Derek came back out, got the exact replacement part for my system and installed it under warranty. I appreciate Derek and Sanford Temperature control for coming out and servicing my system when others claiming 24 hr emergency service would not. I will definitely use them again and may have them install a new system when the time comes.

He listened carefully to our description of issues we've had with our Rinnai and came up with a couple of hypotheses about causes, neither of which proved true; nonetheless, he gave it some serious thought and was patient in his listening and in his responses. I have found them to be honest, prompt, courteous and reliable. We have a Goodman system installed by the now defunct Wilkins company, and Sanford has never tried to replace or upsell the system. Instead they just fixed what needed to be fixed and even tried to get Goodman to honor its warranty ( only partially successful, but that is entirely on Goodman). We have had Jason work on our system multiple times and he is great. 1/25/2023 Due to a faulty generator during the recent power outage, our induction motor burned out. We had no heat for 4 days. Sanford came out quickly, evaluated it, got the part and installed it promptly and correctly. A big thanks to Sanford and the technician, Brett. Extremely happy with their service.

Tech Mike B. did a great job of assessing the issue and ordering the required replacement part; however it was not available for a few days. Mike was able to make a temporary repair that got us through one of the coldest nights NH had in years and until the part became available. Once received, Mike completed the replacement and got us up and fully running. Great job!!

Brett was wonderful. He was the certified technician that came for the estimate and we were fortunate to have him as team lead in the day of cleaning. He was very thorough. He not only showed me but explained in great detail how and why it is important to maintain our HVAC duct and vents. He was patient, and continued effective communication throughout their visit. We opted to upgrade our cleaning service to include dryer vent cleaning and added an air scrubber filter system. I do not feel upsold - in fact, I’m grateful he took the time to educated me that just duct and vent cleaning alone is not ideal for the family. Such a great experience with this team. Zach came out and discussed our heating issues with us, gave us a quote and got going! They were even able to schedule the install of our mini-splits for the following week - way sooner than we expected they'd be able to. Mike D and his assistant installed a whole house humidifier on our furnace to replace an old unit that wasn't working. Both were professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and easy going. They also trouble shooted a loud noise coming from the furnace which was driving us nuts. The assistant traced it to a clogged filter. We will also consider his recommendation if this doesn't resolve for the long term. It was a pleasure to have them for technicians. Also phone reps are very good. Go team Sanford!

We originally called Home Air Plus out of Goffstown who had done our AC work prior, but did not realize that they retired and their customers were going to be serviced by Sanford. Not to worry, the booking process was easy and painless, the tech reached out in route (which I missed) and then the office reached out to confirm we were ready for him, so I called him back and we prepared to greet him. Upon arrival, Matt was a very easy to talk to and professional young guy. We hit it off as I showed him the system and he set about his work. Once completed, he informed me of some pending issues with parts at end-of-life and I got some quotes from him to plan for those future repairs. He was such a great guy to work with and talk to that I’m going to request him back for the next phase of service! He did a great job and we will be returning cuatomers!
