Jack did one of the most thorough jobs of inspecting and cleaning my furnace and AC system. He also recommended a few minor preventative maintenance items to make sure it keeps going for a long time. Follow up to this, Jack just completed the preventative maintainence items he mentioned to me today. The work that was done was excellent!

The crew did an excellent job installing mini splits throughout my home. They were on time every day and exhibited excellent communication. Their work was very professional and organized. Their cleanliness was suburb, including wearing shoe covers, vacuuming all drywall dust from drilling, and cleaning their work areas each night. I have used these guys for installing multiple ductless mini split units and now a hybrid hot water heater. The service is top notch. Everyone that has come to my house really knows their stuff, do impeccable work, clean everything up after the job, and stand behind their work. Honestly for me anyone can come in and install things or maintain equipment but what it comes down to for me is responsiveness and standing behind your work. Zak is only a text away for setting up any kind of appointment. Then even if things go wrong they always do the right thing. After one year my ductless unit had a leak. The responsiveness and the way they went about repairing it was incredible. They never left me without a working unit while they tried to find the leak. Finally after multiple visits they replaced EVERYTHING. Yes that's right. Everything. Every foot of cooper, every head unit, all replaced. It didn't cost me one penny. Everything I have read about mini split systems has come down to this. They are all basically the same technology. Some have a few new features here and there but they are all basically the same. The most important thing is who you choose to hire to install them and will they stand behind their work. Will they know what to do when something goes wrong and will they do the right thing. I think you have your answer.

These guys are ne plus ultra. They have done our central heat and air conditioner and a mini split heat /AC in our basement. Our central system has gone 16 years with no service required other than filter changes and compressor cleanings!!! The mini split installation was done just as professionally as the central system. Granite State Mechanical Services is an excellent company and I recommend them without reservation. I had frequent communication with Zak in the office and Jack came to our home to perform the work. Both were courteous, very knowledgeable, and highly professional. They provided thorough explanations of the problems involved (both logistical and technical) and patiently answered all my questions. We had experienced an ongoing refrigerant leak with our 4-year-old Fujitsu mini-split (installed by another contractor). No other HVAC company, including another “Fujitsu Elite Contractor”, had been able to resolve the issue. Jack found the problem (leaking evaporator coil) on his first visit. Unfortunately, it took almost 2 months to obtain the repair part from Fujitsu. I have nothing good to say about Fujitsu, but kudos to Zak and Jack for shepherding us through the repair process.

This is a top notch company! At my request, they completely replaced my HVAC system and water heater. From the first phone call I knew I was in good hands. After visiting with me to understand what my needs/wants were, they supplied a free estimate with several options. They throughly answered all of my questions, making sure I understood my options, with no pressure. Each employee was courteous and professional. They arrived on time, efficiently completed the work, and left my house clean & tidy. I highly recommend this company!

One of, if not the best contracting services we've ever dealt with. Mark, Zak, and Adam installed our new boiler. They are exceptionally professional, meticulous in their work, and extremely courteous. The work looks absolutely great. The contract price was more than reasonable and came in exactly as quoted. Even when there was a problem with one of the parts because of a manufacturing defect, GSMS put in the extra time and effort to work through the issues, get the new part, and insure that everything worked perfectly. They work to do everything right the first time. I wouldn't go with anyone else for my heating, plumbing, and cooling needs.

Had new 15K Fujitsu XLTH mini-split Heat Pump installed by Adam & Ryan on 8/30/19 who did a great job. Thorough work and did good clean up. Finished installation quite quickly and expertly. Proper installation is key with these systems. System runs well so far ( 1 days experience) for cooling. Heating will be tested in a few weeks I expect. Definitely would recommend Granite State Mechanical Services. Zak good to work with.

I was on the Fujitsu website looking for information and companies who install the unit. Fujitsu recommended Granite State Mechanical Services as they are an Elite contractor. I requested an online quote and Zak Downing got back to me right away. Zak showed up and he was very accommodating with the unit I was looking for and the schedule of the project. Adam and Ryan installed the Fujitsu mini-split in three days and they completely eased away my worries about the install. No mess, no fuss, no complications. This company is so awesome, my Husband and I just bought our condo, we are new to New Hampshire, I noticed the company sticker on our furnace and called them to schedule a maintenance check on our heating/cooling system. I was happy to find out that they installed the system. The tech Jack showed up on time, wearing a mask, which I appreciated so much because I am a senior citizen. Jack put on booties when he entered our house and then proceeded to answer all of my questions about our system, he instructed me on how to program the the thermostat. He checked out our system and cleaned out our outside unit thoroughly. Jack answered all my silly questions with a smile. Thank you GSMS

Zak quoted and Adam and a team installed a Rinnai tankless hotwater heater. The installation is very professional looking and through. Price was best of three quotes I obtained. We will definitely use Granite State Mechanical again. UPDATE: A few days after install, unit went off line and we had no AM hot water. Unit was flashing a '12' code and beeping. I called GSMS and they were on site within 2 hours. They diagnosed and turns out it was due to a low-pressure situation with the gas company meter itself They stayed onsite with my wife until the gas company came to replace the meter and rechecked everything afterwards to ensure proper operation. Very impressed with the service!

Their words & actions communicate a constant consideration of the customer. The workmanship was EXCELLENT, efficient and clean. They’re very good at what they do; I felt confident in their expertise-which is a delight for a homeowner. I was always fully informed throughout the job. Both the time estimate and price estimate to complete the job were right on. They presented options perfectly suited to our conversations-which indicates they really listen and strive to meet the needs and concerns of the customer. They even went the extra mile to be sure that I not only had what I needed, but what would provide me the greatest advantage-as if it were for themselves or a family member. Any paperwork or documents I requested were in my hands within a short time-sometimes within minutes. My warranty forms were even pre-filled (hand-written) with the serial numbers and most of the needed information. Their emergency, on-call service (which I have used once) was no less impressive-on a weekend! They seem to have a good team working for them. Personally, they are kind, friendly and continually thoughtful of their surroundings. I most gladly refer them to anyone.
