We used Ethical Home Pro in 2021 for purchase and installation of a ductless split A/C system in our home and were very pleased with their promptness and professionalism. We were also having some issues with an old pressure tank for our well, and had them replace it and also update the water softening and treatment system. Both of these systems have worked flawlessly and made life easier. Would definitely recommend them, especially Kyle "The Water Guy" for your projects.

This company is absolutely amazing. Ethical Home Pro had serviced our units a few times and we always had had a great customer experience. However, we ended up in a situation where our units just wouldn't turn on and they came to the rescue. We were notified by the State that our neighbor's well was contaminated with PFOA's. We were shocked and horrified about the situation and needed a solution quickly. We met with Kyle from Ethical Home Pro to discuss our options for a home water filtration system. Based on his comprehensive knowledge and pictures of previous installed systems, we knew his company was the right choice for our family. We did meet with other companies and got estimates that were lower, however they used lower quality components and pictures of their previous installations were not as professional as Kyle's was. We are extremely happy with the quality of the installation and the peace of mind knowing that the water we're using for our family, pets and horses is perfectly safe now. A water sample State representative commented on how impressed she was with the system and how well it was done. The condominium has used Ethical Home Pro for all our HVAC needs since the company's founding. In addition to annual springtime HVAC AC maintenance and fall HVAC furnace maintenance, they have also replaced 7 of the original 8 HVAC units. The board continues to utilize Ethical Home Pro because of their professionalism, skill, and dependability. I have worked with Kyle and Brian the most, but every technician I worked with through the years was top notch. The condominium also selected Ethical Home Pro to service our individual owner units on a signup basis. Further, I have used them to replace and maintain my HVAC unit and, most recently, my water heater. On this last job, Kyle and Moe were quite skillful, exceptionally careful of the flooring, and upgraded the system to current code. They took the time to clearly answer my several questions. From start to finish Mike and his team made the process easy, friendly and professional. My boiler room is small and a tight space to fit all the equipment we needed and Ethical Home Pro found a way to fit everything into the space cleanly and we still have plenty of access for service. They were prompt each day and work hard to get all the work done in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone looking to install new heating or cooling equipment.

Overall, my experience with Ethical Home Pro was great. I purchased a home in Londonderry that had a dug well and the water was brown. We have 2 toddlers and did not trust the quality. We called up to have a water test done. Kyle, our service technician, was fantastic. His knowledge on water was astounding and he managed to make it easy to understand. I've always had city water up until now, so I didn't know anything about wells and how to filter them. Kyle took the time to walk through the aspects that matter in a water test, and provided a solution tailored to the outcome I needed. The installation was great as well. He removed the old, inconveniently placed softener tank, and took the the time to make a neat and organized setup in my utility room. Once completed, he walked me through all the necessary details. He came back a few weeks later to do another test to confirm all was good. Because of the experience we had with Kyle, we've had other services with Ethical Home Pro including furnace maintenance and potentially replacement, and will be considering HVAC with them.

This is truly a five star company! We had them service our Mitsubishi split downstairs and install central A/C upstairs this summer. Right from the start, Mike came out to meet with us and discuss all of our options to best fit our needs. We had Kyle and Kyle for our technicians and the level of customer service was outstanding! They were on time, clean, courteous and worked so hard to make sure it was what we wanted. After installation, two rooms seemed hotter than the rest of the upstairs, so we called Mike and he came out the next day to help calibrate the vents!! We have been renovating our master bedroom and bathroom, so we have had a lot of companies inside our home and no one compares to Ethical Home Pro, LLC - they are the best!!

I’ve used Ethical Home Pro for 2 different services. First they did a whole house Mittsubishi mini split system that was installed by the 2 guys that were incredible! Very meticulous, clean and polite. All there work looks amazing! The entire house is so nice and comfortable now even with the extremely hot summer we have had. I’m sure when it cools down the heat will be just as nice. Secondly they installed a water softening system along with a salt water filtration system. My water pressure is better and the water is soft and clean! Every home should have this system, it’s a definite necessity!! Once again the installer was great. Very neat and clean and knowledgeable. This company has done great work on my new home and I will be using them for all future projects!

This company handled a huge job at my home. They where extremely professional. It's very hard to find trustworthy and highly skilled HVAC technicians but man these guys are the best in the business. Everything was installed perfectly. The owner of the company took his time to help me understand all my options. He also stopped by throughout the installation multiple times to ensure his technicians where working to the best of their ability (they always where). He was even nice enough to stop by the day after the install to make sure I fully understood how to operate the new mini split systems and to drop off the paperwork for rebates (he also filled everything out! All I had to do was put a prior utility bill in with it and mail it out in the stamped envelope that he provided). I got several quotes and met with several companies before a family member recommended Ethical Home Pro. There prices where unbeatable and the quality of work and customer satisfaction couldn't be any better. I am blown away at how fantastic this company is and I cannot thank them enough. It's also worth mentioning that this company provides you with extra long extended warrantys on all the components they install. Literally twice as long as all the others.

I recently installed an above ground pool with a Hayward natural gas heater. They ran the natural gas line (I dug the trench), hooked up the heater and made sure it ran properly. When yesterday we lost water pressure and then no water with our well I contacted Kyle McGorry and he was very knowledgeable and professional returning my call and said that they also replace well pumps. Kyle Peppin is their well expert and he was very efficient, organized, informative and had it ordered and replaced within a couple of hours this afternoon. We had a boiler install a year ago by Ethical Home pro. Mike met with me to check our current system and talk about the three choices he recommended for a new system. I made the appointment for the install, I got a call to verify the appointment and they showed up at the date and time of the appointment. They installed the new boiler in a day. The install came with the first maintenance free. They called me a year later and made the appointment on the day I requested. I got a call a few days before and an amazing thing happened, again, they showed up at the time of the appointment. I highly recommend Ethical Home Pro.

The previous HVAC company we used left us a bad taste in our mouths. This time around, I had to call 6 companies, read through their reviews, and compared prices before selecting Ethical Home Pro. From the receptionist, Brook, who answered the phone to the technician, Brian, who came out to perform the maintenance services says a lot about the company. I was thoroughly impressed! Best of all, the furnaces are more responsive now. You can tell a lot about a company before set foot in their door just by the way their receptionist answers the phone or by how they treat you if you visit in person. Brook was very professional and pleasant from the start. She listened and not talk over the customer. I had to called her twice to ask question and she was not annoyed. Other company can learn a lot from her. Brian, the technician, showed up right on time with his mask and the booties on to keep our house clean (we don’t wear shoes inside the house). He was thorough and knowledgeable in performing the maintenance, answered all of our questions, and addressed our concerns. He did this on 3 furnaces (different brand) on two properties. One of the furnace was in the attic. We noticed furnaces are definitely working better now and comes on immediately when adjusting the thermostat compared to before. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with this company. Their price is reasonable. Skills, knowledge, and Customer service… they provide the best value! We will contact Ethical Home Pro to come back for AC maintenance in the summer.

Everyone should run their businesses like this company does! These guys are extremely honest, fair, responsive, professional, clean, punctual and their follow up is impeccable as well. I had a separate business dealing with them in the past (not as a customer) so I knew about their excellent reputation and that they have their ducks in a row. We had gotten several other quotes and Ethical Home Pro was right in the middle and we chose them to replace our LP furnace and AC unit in November, then had them come back a couple of weeks ago to replace our water tank. Also, we had a separate damper issue that had been going on for years that could never get fixed by other companies and they went above and beyond (as with everything else) to troubleshoot and fix it in the midst of their busy season without any problem and it wasn't originally in the work order. We canmot say enough good things about Mike, Billy, Josh, Kyle and Sean! You guys are the best and we thank you!

I called Ethical Home Pro regarding a furnace tune-up. I was sent emails and received calls, regarding the date and time of the cleaning which is very professional. Even though we had 12 inches of snow, Kyle called before his arrival and informed me, he would arrive within 30 minutes. Kyle showed up on time and put his booties on so, he wouldn’t leave wet foot prints on our floor. Kyle performed a 20+ point precision tune-up in a very professional manner and at no time did he rush, very impressed. I am very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge Kyle has regarding furnace maintenance. I would not hesitate to call Ethical Home Pro regarding any heating or AC issues in the near future. After trying with another company first, they didn’t meet our expectations and we turned to a reference from our neighbor. From the first time Mike, the business owner, came out and discussed with us, we knew we were in the most capable hands. We decided to move forward with Ethical Home Pro and I cannot express enough how professional, helpful, and hard working the employees are. From day 1 three trucks showing up, of ripping out our TWO burnt furnaces and all the disgusting vents and the like, not a spec of dust or debris was left behind. These men spent over a week in our house and were on time every day, cordial, excited AND proud to show us their progress of the day. We were too! This is our first home and with such a hefty amount of work to be done, this whole job was such a relief to not have to worry about anything going awry. They revamped our entire heating system for an extremely fair price. New ducts, new furnace, new trunks, loads of cutting and clean up. Its finally been cold enough to use it (we were completed about two weeks ago) and everything works exactly as intended. Our house is perfectly warm and we WILL be calling them again in the spring to install central AC. I cannot recommend this company enough, seriously, you will not find anyone better. The guys from Ethical Home Pro replaced our old and broken boiler with a new high efficiency system, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Everyone who worked at our house was very professional, very clean, and very friendly. Mike was great to work with - he laid out all of our options very clearly, helped us get the high efficiency loan through Eversource/NH Saves sorted out, and pretty much made things as easy as they could be. Our schedule was pretty hectic, but they were very flexible and managed to fit everything in despite our challenges. I absolutely recommend them.

Mike came out to do the estimate and took time to educate me on the process and also looked at every component of the current system. He paid attention to details that no other company even acknowledged. He was extremely thorough and honest in his approach. He never once put down other companies (like every other company did). The team that arrived to get the job done was punctual, worked hard all day, and kept me updated on the progress. Besides the actual work costing less than every other estimate we got, they were open to communication at any point and answered every question I had. Just wanted to tell everyone about the AWESOME instalation that Ethical Home Pro did on our home. They installed a Mitsubishi 4 zone mini split. Mike, in sales and engineering met with us and spent time listening to our needs, reviewing our home and designing a system that would work for us. He was very thorough and his information was detailed and we knew exactly what the system would be. We decided to contract them to do the installation and a schedule date was made for the install. On the day of the install Billy and Zach showed up at 8:00 sharp and began the install. Mike also met with them to make sure the team was ready to go. Billy and Zach then spent the day installing the system. They were meticulous on deals and keep me informed as to what they were doing. The next day they finished the installation and the electrician did the final hook up and Billy and Zach did the final testing on the system and provided training on running the system. Ethical home pro was out to my place at 8 pm at night to try to fix my furnace which is was unfix able. They also found out my oil tank was leaking. I just bought the house and the house they don’t no how it passed inspection. They had to order me one from the warranty company that I took out on the house and then Community action didn’t like the furnace so ethical had to send the warranty furnace back. They had to order me 2 others cause community action did like them and still got the job done in 2 1/2 week. All the guys that I dealt with were all awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone. That needs furnace issues.

We were aware that our water treatment system might be bad, as the old company that we bought it from went out of business. Kyle got the water tested and everything was bad, and who knows for how long the old system was inadequate. Although it was more than I wanted to spend, it was a necessary expense.
