Alex and Brian are great! Installed gas lines for my new dryer and stove. When I realized how difficult the stove install was going to be with downdraft venting I asked if they would do the appliance installs too! They said sure and they came out perfect.

Brian completed a thorough preventative maintenance service on my A/C system for a very reasonable price. He was very nice to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He taught me a lot along the way about what he was doing and why. Lastly he gave a lot of reasonable advice and recommendations without coming across as a pushy salesman. I'm looking forward to using Brian and Clear All for my future A/C and tankless water heating maintenance.

Brian and Alex removed the entire steam boiler system and installed two replacement boilers systems, repaired another contractors mistakes on my electric AC/heating condenser, and then wasted no time replacing my 25 yr old home gas system at my house in Windham. all very fairly priced and provided good communication while organizing the circus.. All the work got done for the price they quoted, what a pleasant change from others Ive used. They will be getting my future remodel /new construction work based upon their responsiveness , quality of work completed, and fair costs. I don't often post reviews , but these guys deserve it. Pure professionals We had both our restaurants’ ac units go down within a 2 week period-one unit in Manchester,one unit in Concord NH. They were there the same day I called and had everything fixed before end of day at both properties. Great guys, professional, very reasonably priced and they cleaned up after themselves.

Brian at Clear All was recommended by a friend and they lived up to the recommendation and beyond. Helped trouble shoot a broken boiler for my in-laws and once he saw it he highly recommended replacing the boiler. I knew this was not an up-sell as the boiler was in very rough shape. While the new boiler was obviously more expensive than the repair, the price quoted for the boiler, burner, install, and removal of the old system was very fair - too good to pass up and risk throwing good money at bad with a repair on a 20+ year old boiler. Contacted them on a Monday, Brian showed up on that Wednesday to assess the situation and the new boiler was installed and running by 5 pm Thursday. He kept me in the loop through the whole process even though it was my in-laws boiler install. He also took the time to evaluate the size of the house and recommended a much smaller boiler - the existing one was way oversized and therefore over-using heating oil.

So glad to see that Brian hasn’t signed-on with a big-name firm. I have an older home that still has the original heating system, one that you can’t find information about. It can be hard to even find someone that will work on it and I’ve hired others that cost a fortune and they barely know what they’re doing. Brian was awesome! He stopped at nothing to ensure that our system was tuned-up properly and his fee was very reasonable. I have complete confidence in him and when I’m ready to have a new system installed, I will not hesitate to call on him to handle it. And I’m not surprised to see that this company always gets no less than 5 stars.

Brian and his team saved my family's life. Over the past year I have been renovating our commercial building and at the same time dealing with my failing steam heat system at my 150 year old house. In March 2020, Brian and his awesome team first came to my house to look over our boiler system, he told us the expensive news that our boiler needs to be replaced and the chimney was not lined which could lead to carbon monoxide getting into the house. I was not in a financial spot to do the boiler and the chimney at the same time so we said let's hold off on the boiler. Now we are in May, and our boiler started seriously failing. I called Brian, and the same day he came over. He found that our boiler was emitting carbon monoxide and could have caused severe health concerns for my family or potentially death if we had not lined the chimney. It's because of his accurate and honest assessment of our heating system that no negative health concerns arose. I have also had Brian working on my commercial building and I can't say enough great things about him and his team. They were extremely professional, thoughtful, considerate, and cleaned up every last spec of dust before they left. It's not everyday you work with a business that understands that caring for and respecting people is paramount to the actual task they're hired for. To top it off, their work is done with a high level of excellence and their prices are very fair. Many of us have experienced the severe headache of searching for an HVAC contractor that is actually good at what they do, fair, and honest. I'm happy that I don't need to keep searching for better contractors, I'll just keep hiring Clear All.

Brian and Alex are fantastic! They do an amazing job and are both very trustworthy. I have had them work on my heating system as well as install a central air system. Every experience I have had has been top notch. I have found my heating company for life!

I was referred to Clear All by a Realtor friend who has worked with them previously and said they were fantastic. I recently purchased my home and have not had the need to use A/C yet until NOW when it's over 90 degrees, and of course, it is not working. I called, Brian answered right away, and was so helpful! I was expecting that they would not be able to come out for a few days (hopefully!), but NO... Brian said " Let me see if I can get out there today, I am just finishing up at an appointment and I can come over and at least check it out". Thank you, BRIAN and Clear All Cooling and Heating! Luckily it was an easy fix (which he identified quicky) and it cost me a service visit:) I know who I am calling the next time I need help with A/C, heating or my electrical needs!!
