A.J. LeBlanc installed a mini split ductless heating and cooling system at my house and they were absolutely incredible. Everything about the process was extremely smooth, start to finish. Rich was great to work with, he addressed all my needs and came up with several options based on my requests, so I was very happy to have some flexibility in my decision. The quote was detailed so I knew exactly what I was getting and what to expect. The technicians Josh and Brandon were amazing. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a way that I could understand without dumbing it down too much. He was very accommodating whenever I had any concerns or if there was something I wanted done slightly different. Every day they were on time and informed me of what they had planned for the day. The scheduled time was from October 10th-14th and they finished on the 13th. I highly recommend hiring them for installing a mini split ductless system!

On 9-21, Asia Young performed a furnace maintenance / cleaning. The service experience was beyond my expectations. I asked that we be notified 30 minutes prior to arrival and I received a call from the LeBlanc office letting me know she'd be arriving within 30 minutes. We each arrived at almost the same time. The maintenance provided was excellent. Asia explained everything she was doing. What and why certain filters were changed. She thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of the furnace. It looked almost new when done. She swept and vacuumed the area around the outside of the furnace. Her work was immaculate. We recently switched to LeBlanc after our previous company closed for retirement and I have been extremely please with the thoroughness, knowledge and professionalism we've received each time.

As a new homeowner we are slowly working through the house checking boxes. Recently our furnace had begun leaking and we noticed the annual maintenance was long overdue. We were fortunate enough to find A.J. Leblanc Heating through a local social media group. David was the technician who came out and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. David was punctual, which when juggling working from home was appreciated. He thoroughly inspected this system I was not familiar with and took the time and was courteous enough to show me the components, the issue for why repair was needed, and explained the annual maintenance process/importance. He fixed our pressure valve and flooded tank then performed the annual maintenance. Overall David was professional and an excellent representation of the company.

I recently used A.J. LeBlanc for an oil to natural gas conversion at my house. The entire process from quoting(took me a year to pull the trigger, multiple updated quotes) to the final install was smooth and professional. The boiler install is really clean and well laid out. I received quotes from several businesses and A.J. LeBlanc was 30% cheaper than the rest for the same scope of work and they did a really quality install. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Our experience with Casey and Zac fixing our sump pump today was excellent. We use LeBlanc for our HVAC, but never for plumbing before. We were on the schedule within 48 hours of calling, and they were on time - and were having them come out secondary to another plumbing company we had called. Turns out - the other company had proposed many things that were NOT necessary as confirmed by Casey and Zac. They were able to not only fix the problem same day - but saved us a ton of headache and money. They happily spent a lot of time explaining the hows and whys of the new system, and did not seem to be rushed. Very grateful to them and will be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

I really can't say enough about AJ Le Blanc Heating, Plumbing & Electrical! They are amazing. From Jennifer in service to my fantastic techs Asia & Robert, they took great care to make sure everything was up & running. The hot water heater stopped working, and 2 weeks later the heat stopped. I called 6 places to receive service, and not one company returned my phone call. A friend recommended AJ LeBlanc. I emailed them on a Sunday night at 11:30pm, and received a phone call by 9:15am! Robert came out and we discovered that the company that was hired to clean the furnace upon moving in last year never actually did it. Robert & Asia went above and beyond for me. They have a customer for life!

My first time using LeBlanc. Had them replace a couple of leaking sections of my kitchen drain pipe, some of which was not easy to access. They were professional and prompt. Pricing was very good also. I want to throw a shout out for Nelson, Victor and Zac!! We had no heat on 1/14 and Peter came and dx problem efficiently, quickly and was kind and professional. H explained problem and showed me defective part he was replacing. And we were warm again :) Yesterday, plumbing problem. Zach and Casey came, fixed issue and checked for leaks related. Explained problem in way I could understand. They were thorough, efficient, kind and professional. I requested take a minute to look at broken dishwasher, since an hour on phone with Bosch yielded no answer to problem. I must say I was quite impressed with AJ LeBlanc. We had four different companies come over to give us estimates for a furnace replacement. They were by far the most responsive (same day estimate), competitive (best price for the same system as two of the others) and with no pressure or up-sell. The guys who came out (Jackson & Mike) arrived right on time, left a clean workspace and walked me through the system when the job was done. Although I hope to not need an HVAC vendor for some time, when I do I'll absolutely use AJ LeBlanc.

I just reached out to them for an estimate for Air Conditioning and Lila called and not only was very friendly on the phone but set up an appointment for the estimate within a couple hours. They are wonderful in most regards except scheduling-twice they missed the mark with me. Once at install at a townhouse complex when they should have known we needed to give 24 hour notice to residents because the main water line had to be shut off (they have done work here before) and the other with the permitting process - I have a life too and they apparently do not consider that which has been the most frustrating part of the process

Showed up on time, ready to work. Clean and organized with professional tools. Billing seems to be done in 15 minute increments, which are recorded honestly with start/stop times right on the bill. No surprise fees. Shower valve + other misc items taken care of in a rental unit took 1.75 hours. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Robert did a great job of troubleshooting my boiler issues. He worked with a factory rep and the boiler now runs like new! Here's an update on the boiler. A service tech noticed another problem that he brought to the attention of the manufacturer. Even though it was out of warranty, the manufacturer opted to replace the boiler and AJ LeBlank did the installation free of charge! This type of outstanding service is why I recommend this company without reservation. Truly an outstanding business :--)

Highly recommend AJ LeBlanc Heating Co.! Our air conditioning went out during one of the hottest weeks of summer, and we didn’t realize it until after business hours. The on-call technician, David, walked me through some things and was incredibly helpful and vested in troubleshooting via phone with me. We decided against an emergency service, and David put notes in to the office so they would be prepared for my call the next morning. Nancy and Savannah were very responsive when I called the next morning and scheduled visits from both the electricians and the Fujitsu HVAC subject matter expert, Robert. Upon completion of his diagnostics, Robert gave us the rundown of the issue, our options for repair or a new system, and also let us know that we could get loaner window AC units from LeBlanc in the meantime. By the end of the week, our condenser unit was replaced and our AC was fully operational again. Robert was very knowledgeable and great to work with, as well as the rest of the AJ LeBlanc team. We’re very grateful for the level of service and care and will definitely continue to support this company for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. Thank you!

We recently purchased a new home, and the oil tank needed to be replaced so instead of continuing to use oil we decided to convert to a natural gas boiler. We received quotes from three installers in the area and A.J Leblanc beat all of them handily, coming in at less then half of the most expensive quote (To be fair it was a higher price boiler, but only by 1-1.5k, doesn't make up for the additional 6k in charges). The installation went perfectly, workers were punctual and extremely friendly, answering all questions I had in an informative and friendly manner. I noticed little details that they went above and beyond the quoted work, such as them tucking away and mounting a thermostat that was unrelated to the work they were doing, could have left it hanging by stairs as it was left by previous homeowner, but nope they took the time to make it look good! My advice is strongly considered them for any future HVAC/plumbing services!

I have lived in New England for almost 3 years and have had the absolute best experiences with LeBlanc Heating. In particular, the technician, Robert, has been to my house twice, and is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and was willing to let me watch and ask questions while he worked. He told me that he helped do the original install of the HVAC equipment when my house was built new and showed me some cool history written on the boards in my house. Often times it's intimidating and stressful when you have to have technicians come to your house, but LeBlanc makes the process easy and professional. LeBlanc is excellent. They did a major HVAC renovation at my last home and always perform excellent maintenance. Today's service was no exception. My whole house humidifier in my new home was leaking badly and while everything seemed to be operating it needed the expert eyes and experience of Robert to spot that a flow control fixture was missing on the humidifier solenoid. A quick and easy fix for a pro. But he also provided advice and guidance on how to best use the humidifier and the system on a system that they didn't even install. I like to work with vendors I can trust and LeBlanc is just that.

Exceptional service! Highly recommend. My furnace broke down on Saturday. I called LeBlanc and their technician Clayton immediately called me back. He arrived less than an hour from calling and had my heat back up running. Wow! What an awesome experience to have this company work on my boiler. I had very corroded circulators. Robert came out this morning and assessed the work. He offered a very reasonably priced solution to my boiler and didn't try to sell me a new one! Shortly after he left I was surprised to get a call from him stating he had all the parts for the repair at the office and could start my job right away. He came in below his estimate! I can't thank LeBlanc enough for their service and honest pricing. Had I not been informed of this issue weeks ago from another contractor, I could have well had a boiler failure this winter. Yes, the circulators were in that bad of shape. I will use LeBlanc from now on. Very satisfied!

We had Tucker and Stu install two closet light fixtures for us and repair some outlets in our new nursery. They were on time and had the job complete in just a few hours. The new light fixture was installed overhead so we have a lot more room to set up the nursery. The new closet LED fixture was installed in a convenient location we we also have more room in the closet. They protected the room and cleaned up afterwards. They were the best quote when we switched over from oil heat to gas heat and have been forward thinking to retro fit us for central AC (which we will also do through them). After multiple issues with the other company we called Lablanc and Eric L the tech was awesome as well as the communication and scheduling with Mary in the office! After having some great service with some plumbing issues I decided to call A.J LeBlanc again to come out and take a look at it for me. After removing the filthy air filter, voila! the heat worked properly! They tested a few more things just to make sure everything was working properly and there was no upselling or pressuring to do anything additional which I really appreciate. Superb service from a dedicated and competent staff. Returned home from a short vacation during a heat wave to find that my split system ac was not working. Robert responded on the same day as my service request. He diagnosed and explained the problem in easily understood language. Robert indicated that the evaporator coils on this particular unit had been known to develop refrigerant leaks and he thought that he could get them replaced under warranty. Two days later, I was notified by Robert that the entire wall unit, four in total, would be replaced on the following day. Four days from the placement of my call, Brian and Chris arrived to replace the four evaporator units. They quickly and efficiently replaced the four units and recharged the system in approximately 3 hours. Outstanding service by a friendly and knowledgeable staff including Mary in the office who handled my calls. I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.

Called LeBlanc and explained that our furnace was not turning on reliably - and that I suspected an issue with the thermostat. The next day Robert arrived to inspect both furnace and thermostat. Robert arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection of both furnace and thermostat. Robert confirmed that the furnace was operating correctly (no failure codes reported) - but that there were some 'early wear' issues he was concerned about. He then took a look at the thermostat - and given the age, made recommendations of replacement options. While he was at our house, he also took the time to look at our humidifier - and 4th BR furnace. I just had ductless air conditioning done in my home. The workers were polite and considerate, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all my questions, and finished in less time than was expected. The cost was a bit higher than other estimates, but they appeared to want to be sure I knew exactly what was involved (some challenges to installation) and what I would need. There is a 12 year warranty which is more than any others offered by far. The electrician was on their staff, not a contractor, which I liked as well. I have only had the system on for 24 hours now, but it is quiet, comfortable and easy to use. A neighbor recommended LeBlanc and I would too.

We had a ductless mini-split installed with 5 headers and 2 outdoor units back on June 2nd. The guys who did the install, Jesse and Jake, were exceptional! 5+ stars to both of them! The poor guys even volunteered to squeeze into the crawlspace to lay the lines so we wouldn't have piping running all over the outside of our house, which just emphasizes the great customer service! We had a bit of a snag where the wi-fi add-ons we purchased are back ordered for an unknown period of time (like a lot of electronics and such are because of the pandemic) but we didn't find that out until the day of the install. There was a bit of back and forth phone calls with the office, and we ended up just canceling the add-on wi-fi for now so we could finalize everything. Overall, very happy with the purchase, the service, and (of course) the units themselves. I would definitely recommend this company to folks!

AJ Leblanc wasn’t my first call but I wish it had been. Our water heater let go and needed to be replaced. I called AJ Leblanc they came right out gave me a quote for $1,900. They said they could come the next morning to install the new one. They were on time and very efficient. The two men that came were great!! I will use them again. My fist call to find someone to replace our water heater was Heritage and that was my big mistake. Heritage quoted us $3,200 to do the same work. We needed it done ASAP because we didn’t have hot water so we agreed. They got there the next day but after the guy was at our house for a little bit he said that the guy that gave us the quote didn’t include everything and he had to requote it. The new quote was $3,800. I said no thank you and asked them to leave that’s when I called AJ Leblanc. That was the best decision I made that week. Heritage also charged us an $89.00 fee just to come out and look to give us a quote to replace the water heater. AJ Leblanc didn’t charge us anything to come and give us a quote. Don’t over pay just call AI Leblanc!

This company is amazing. After moving into a new home, I had them install a replacement furnace (best price after several quotes) which went very well. Later I had them replace an air handler and 2 compressors (also beating competitors price) While traveling with the family, I received an alert for a water leak in the basement. I texted Brian and he came over right away at 6am to check it out! It was an incredible relief for them to check it out while we were away. It turned out to be a false alarm. I also had heat issues that they investigated in the freezing attic that turned out to be the fault of the former owner and they just took care of it no charge. Later in the year, I had them install 2 mini splits. Throughout all of these projects, there were typical issues (not their fault) that they handled nicely. They always came in on time and budget (even though they went way above and beyond) and the work has been fantastic. They’ve been very fair to me and my family. By the way, even their back office was great...When I was looking for rebates on the new equipment, they researched it and got my equipment on the rebate list. Like many of the older homes in the Manchester area we have a combination of cast iron, galvanized, copper, and PVC drainage pipes. And although the copper and PVC don't present too many issues, the cast iron and galvanized are awful. So it wasn't surprising when our cast iron flange broke during a simple wax ring repair. I was able temporarily reinstall the ring and the flange, but with the unit being a rental I didn't want to leave the toilet as is and have a future tenant break it again. So I did some research, and found LeBlanc. From the beginning I found them to be professional, courteous, and helpful. The person who answered the phone scheduled someone in no time. I was also happy to learn there was no service call, just a flat hourly rate of about $130. A few days later we met Larry, our plumber. Larry was friendly, courteous, thorough and neat. He properly repaired the flange in no time, and when he was done it was like there was never a plumber there. During the same appointment he inspected a sink drain for us, but had to leave for another job before he could complete that repair. We expected as much, and since there was no service call we didn't mind a second visit. Larry returned punctually the following day as stated, and in no time diagnosed our problem, piping that was so rusted and corroded that it was causing a major clog. Once again he made quick work of the issue, and we were on the way. He was just as friendly and professional as the first time. And both jobs were reasonable priced. It's important to have plumbers that can quickly resolve issues so tenants aren't inconvenienced for too long, and LeBlanc and Larry do just that. I'm glad to have found them and plan to use LeBlanc again in the future.

I was introduced to AJ LeBlanc when I was shopping for small parts for my steam heat system at JA Marino plumbing and heating supply. The sales person/tech at JA Marino recommended AJ LeBlanc. This turns out to be a great recommendation. I had two experiences with LeBlanc: an emergency repair to our steam heating system and installation of a mini split A/C system. First, my heating system would not turn on. Called LeBlanc on a Sunday afternoon, spoke to answering service and 10 minute later, an experienced supervisor called me back to talk me through a process of checking systems so that I could avoid an emergency call. No luck but, the tech, Robert, arrived in less than 30 minutes, went through the diagnostics and replaced a thermocouple. Heat restored ! The entire customer experience was wonderful. Based on my experience with the heating system, I contacted LeBlanc about installing a mini split A/C system in my two family home built in 1900. Long story short, their sales person/estimator, Rich, came to our home, patiently listened to our needs, measured and assessed our home, explained all the details, was extremely professional, congenial and respectful. He promptly replied with a very clear and easy to understand proposal for 4 A/C options, financing and rebate programs. Finance was a breeze (having good credit helps), and installation took 2 days. The techs, David J. and Kaleb J. did a phenomenal job ! They explained the process, worked non stop, and were exceptionally professional and courteous. They were a pleasure to have in our home. We invited them to have lunch with us each day and they felt like family. In the end, everything was perfect. All electrical and A/C lines were neatly installed, openings properly sealed/caulked, each unit and remote control tested. I can't wait for 90F days !! I'm new to the New England area. These people are respectful, trustworthy and highly competent. I intend to engage them on all my heating, A/C, and plumbing work on all my properties in NH.

While inflating a tire in my garage, I somehow knocked out power to both of my garage door openers. I checked the circuit breakers but could not find a connection. I had to disconnect the door openers in order to get my cars in and out. Garage doors are pretty heavy! The A.J. Have to say I am pretty disappointed. I bought a brand new furnace and central AC unit around March. Installation and furnace went great, techs were good, no complaints. My disappointment comes with the AC unit. 1st time I go to use it when the upstairs is over 80 degrees and it won't turn on.. kicker is the techs never tested it because it was "too cold". Hopefully the techs they send out will fix it. But for a brand new expensive unit, I expect it to run the 1st time with no issues. 5 stars for techs and furnace, but ac not working kills it. * Edit, upping to 5 stars as they sent a tech out on the weekend to get it fixed and then came out again on Monday to double check that everything was working. I appreciated the fast response times and dedication to getting it right. Would recommend.

I've lived in the greater Manchester area my entire life & was blessed with the opportunity to purchase my first home a year back. We have been extremely loyal to one of the other plumbing/heating companies for many years. We always believed their charges were on the high side, but thought the quality of their service made it worth it. However, over the last couple of years that most definitely changed and when we found ourselves dreading to call them, we knew it was time to find someone else. We called A.J. LeBlanc and scheduled an appointment for our furnace to be cleaned and found it would be about a month before they could come, but thought that was fine. Then two evenings ago, just as the nights started to get much colder (isn't that always the way it goes?), our Thermo Pride failed. We really didn't want to bother anyone after hours, but were hoping perhaps for service the next day and decided to call and leave our name. Chris called us back a little while later, asked about the problem and said he would be sure we were taken care of. He asked if we thought we would be ok until tomorrow and when I said yes, he told us if during the night if we were miserable, we should call him and he'd come over. Who could expect more than this (especially since we were new customers)? Talk about excellent service! The next morning Chris came over, got us up and running and was very nice and professional. Since 2016, we have had Leblanc install a new direct vented propane furnace, two A/C condensers, motor and mixing valves for recirculation water line, condensate pumps and more effective piping, removed back up battery off our new high efficiency furnaces and got them working correctly with older whole house commercial grade generator, installed new touch screen programmable thermostats and other plumbing and electrical calls. Staff is professional and courteous. They genuinely care about being thorough in understanding the issue, explaining the problem and implementing solutions to ensure an issue will not reoccur. I do not give 5 stars often, but I had an amazing experience with AJ LeBlanc and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. I was remodeling my half-bathroom and tiled the floor. I sat the toilet tested and had a small leak in the floor below. Tried two more times with different wax rings and the same issue. I got some recommendations from local friends and had AJ LeBlanc out, as the toilet was disconnected it was a non emergency scheduled call. The gentleman they sent were friendly s very knowledgeable, the identified some gapping between the flange and the drainage pipe. They replaced the flange sealed it, replaced the seals in the toilet (the were cracked and had dried due to it being disconnected for a while) and replaced the water feeder valve to the toilet as it did not fully shut off the water and sat and sealed the toilet. All of this at hundreds less then I was expecting, having talked with 2 other local plumbers. I would recommend AJ LeBlanc to anyone who needs a plumber and already have to my family members. Thank you AJ LeBlanc, your team is awesome!

We have been having a continuing problem for 3 years with our fujitsu mini-split air conditioning system. The original installer has been of little or no help. After a summer where the system did not work again and the installer again could not or would not resolve the issue we cslled A.J. LeBlanc. Robert Bouchard the service maniger, came out the next week and what a competent, knowledge , and all around nice guy. He throughly inspected the system pointing out things that were not correct. He informed us of the quality problems with fujitsu equipment that has been going on for several years. An though he was unable to resolve the problem, he put dyi in with the gas to help find the leeks going forward. We couldn't be more pleased with Robert and plan to continue doing business with LeBlanc. For any one interested the fujitsu split systems are junk and their support is the poorest I have experienced, and I once managed a support group.

I have not written reviews for a while for any business out there, but today i can't go to bed without writing review for A.J. LeBlanc. THEY ARE HONEST. My heating system stopped working earlier in morning, i started troubleshooting my Gas Hot Forced Air Heating system but didn't have any luck. I tried calling few but unfortunately Technician from Heritage HVAC Company was only available to come on Sunday. They charged $99 for diagnostic test, and gave me a cost to repair equivalent to buying a new furnace system and installing through them. They showed me in a camera how bad the heat exchanger is and if i would've used it as is, i am in a huge danger of CO2 spread out the house. New furnace system was quoted for $6100 with installation. Later i got reference from my neighbor for LeBlanc, technician was made his full effort to come out on Sunday evening. After detailed inspection, technician turned on system, and said THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. The only problem could be with heat sensor. I was SHOCKED. I was about to cut down other expenses and arrange $6100 to replace my14 year old heating system, if i would have not called LeBlanc. I would recommend A.J.LeBlanc for there honesty and care for other people hard earned money. I will call and recommend others, to choose LeBlanc for any HVAC needs.

A.J. LeBlanc sets the standard by which all other HVAC and plumbing should be judged. We severed ties with the plumbing company we had for 15 years - 8 years ago, they installed 4 Fujitsu concealed AC units into our 1100 square foot home. They did not know what they were doing, had never installed such units, even though they said they had during the sales cycle. They oversold us, bungled the install, and for the next 7 years, they tried to keep putting lipstick on the pig. They never got the system to run correctly, and we kept shelling out more and more money for their proposed fixes. We wound up with a system that wouldn't hold a charge, and they just wanted more money to keep trying to fix it. Enough was enough. We contacted A.J. LeBlanc - problem solved! They diagnosed the problem, discussed options, and made it right in two visits - one to diagnose, one to repair. Every single person we worked with at A. J. LeBlanc's was sympathetic to our plight - even going back to Fujitsu to plead our case! Everyone at A.J. LeBlanc is an absolute star in their own right - the owner, managers, plumbers and office personnel. There is a reason why they have the highest 5 star rating from Fujitsu - and Fujitsu doesn't hand the stars out lightly! Honestly, they deserve 7 stars! We can't help but compare them to our previous plumbers...and frankly, there is no comparison. The friendly, helpful, and professional office staff, the highly skilled, knowledgeable, and personable plumbers, as well as an informed, involved, and visionary management team produces a quality of service unmatched by the competitors. I have been using A.J.LeBlanc HVAC for almost 2 years now. I have been very pleased with the knowledge they have and how professional they have been . I had a plumbing emergency yesterday that included some flooding. Wade and Zach arrived late in the day after completing a full day due to the below freezing temps. They looked at the issue came up with the plan of action and called for the part. At this point its past 5pm and I am assuming they will get the part and say they will have to come back tomorrow. Called AJ LeBlanc to get a quote for installation of kitchen faucet set & garbage disposal after new counter tops were installed. We did need to have the PVC pipes re-positioned because the new sink is deeper and the sink basin drains are in a different location. Of all the plumbers we called AJ was one of 2 (I called 4 plumbers) that gave us a quote over the phone! That speaks volumes to me! Why can't they all do this instead of saying "we can't tell you how much until we look at it". I told the others what needed to be done. Larry arrived on time and had everything finished in 2.5hrs - had to cut, re-position and cement new pipes together. He was friendly and worked fast (considering what he had to do) and didn't leave a mess. Thank you Larry - you are an asset to the company! The rates are VERY reasonable. BTW, we also had AJ install new central AC about 3 years ago - same experience then!

On Tuesday January 2nd we called the company that been servicing our heating system for the last 32 years to find out that they had just recently sold the company to AJ LeBlanc. We contacted the company and asked if somebody could get back to us regarding a problem we were having with a leak in a pipe in an upstairs bedroom. I just wanted to make sure that we were all set if we just shut that zone water supply off. everything down for the night. The technician called and explain the process of what I would need to do to make sure that everything was good for the night and then was told the office would give us a call in the morning to set up a schedule to have somebody come by and take care of the problem. Joy from their office called that next morning and they sent two service technicians over that same day to take care of the problem that we were having this was on a day that it was snowing very very hard and we were expecting icy road conditions and a lot of snow throughout the day They came were very professional took care of the problem that we had. Explained everything to me, cleaned up the area that they had worked in and left. My wife and I were very pleased with everything especially considering the fact that they were new to us and the company that had given them our name we had used for 32 years and that was exactly the type of work we would have expected from them.
