Our heating went out at 8 pm a few hours before an ice/snow storm was coming in. Titan responded immediately to our call and was here fixing our furnace within the hour. Jesse was courteous and went the extra mile to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I highly recommend their service, especially knowing how quickly and professionally they respond to an emergency call.

Titan repaired and serviced our AC. We had not used them before. They took time to diagnose and correct two related issues - replacement of a pump and low coolant, rather than making a quick fix. I’m not a regular customer. I saw reviews about them on Facebook and decided to give them a try. When I called on Wednesday Jeff was responsive he came that same day and got me scheduled for Friday. When the Titan team came to my house they were so nice! They didn’t make me feel like I was a burden to them. They smiled when they talked to me. They made me feel like I made the right decision on choosing their company. They didn’t leave a mess for me to clean they were very professional! They now have a customer for life!!!!

Tonight we came home to our HVAC not working! Apparently we had a plugged condensate line. Jeff was here in less that two hours and fixed us right up. Our technician came on schedule. His research of our system found that it was not properly set up at installation by the company we purchased the unit from. He also made some checks on our 2nd floor system and found that it was not setup properly for the type of fuel at original installation. Corrected the issue in minutes. Not only did they go above and beyond in quality repairs, but we never had to guess when they were coming because we got text reminders the day before and another text with estimated arrival time within an hour of their arrival. (For OTHER companies we've taken a day off work only to have them show up 3 hours later than originally planned.). They made sure not to track any dirt in the house (covered shoes with fresh booties each time they came in). The visit for the estimate was free, and the end cost was exactly what they estimated (no hidden fees). We highly recommend Titan Heating and Air!

Jeff was referred to me by a friend. I called the same day and left a voice mail. My call was returned in 3 minutes and scheduled my appointment for early the next day, i didnt have an emergency so i was totally satisfied with next day service. I was unable to be home for the appointment but Jeff said that the work was on the exterior so no need to be home. Turns out i have a system that is prone to go into a safe mode (loss of power to the outside unit) which means no compressor function on the heat pump and that there isn't a fix other than replacement. Fortunately, his recommendation to check the breakers in the house prompted me to turn them off then back on and voila the unit works again. Fingers crossed that i dont have to replace it too soon. All to say that Jeff was very helpful, informative and reasonably priced not to mention fast. I will be calling again when needed in the future! Thank you!

This was the fist experience: I had heard they were good but……when I got on line to request a service call and heard from them in under 2 minutes, I was impressed. THEN the appointment to come look at our system wasn’t one or two weeks out, IT WAS THE NEXT DAY!!!! I received texts of who was gong to arrive and when (on time I might mention). Jessie was professional, personable and respectful. He really worked hard to identify the problem and will be back out next week to finish up. In the mean time we are cool and system is working. I HIGHLY recommend Titan Heating and Air. Winter system checkup: TITAN IS THE BEST. Great service, answered all my questions, we are 100% comfortable that heat & air are in great shape!!!! After being very unsatisfied with our original installer’s response and performance for routine maintenance for our three-year old HVAC system, and getting no response from two other local HVAC companies that I attempted to contact, my call to Titan was immediately answered and we scheduled a service visit for the following morning. Jesse arrived promptly as scheduled and spent considerable time performing routine tune-up maintenance and correcting many settings on our system, which immediately resulted in a more comfortable home. Jesse returned to our home following the weekend to ensure that nothing else needed to be tweaked. After having been previously very unsatisfied with the original installer’s maintenance, our experience with Titan has been a wonderful experience. They have definitely earned a new customer with us.

Having issues with some A/C in the house and when I texted, I wasn’t expecting a response until a week day. Titan was extremely responsive and helpful. They answered my call on a Sunday and we able to work me in the next day. They also offered a same day appointment. They gave me multiple options for repair vs. replacement and were happy to answer questions. I was able to reach them by text and call throughout the process and always received a quick response. The installation team was punctual, respectful, and professional. They were expedient about the install process and had my whole indoor unit removed, replaced, and running in less than 4 hours. I will be using them for all future needs and would absolutely recommend them! Update: I used them for the second time today and had another wonderful experience. Quick to come out, found the problems, and offered multiple solutions. Grateful to know we have great service in the area. Update 2: had another great experience. Jeff took a late call and trouble shot the problem with me over the phone. We found the issue but it wasn’t something I could permanently fix myself. He had a tech out to me the next morning. He was professional, found the problem, and did a thorough repair fairly priced. FYI, None of the updates are regarding the same problem or need for repeat repairs, they’re all different issues on different units because I have bad luck.

Came same day I called after coming home from vacation with a 88 degree house and got my AC back up and running in shorter amount of time then expected even with having to order a part. My unit is warrantied under Gibson heating and cooling and I called multiple times wed, Thursday and Friday with responses after hours, how convenient. With 4 children and a husky and beagle in the home and the house at 90° we couldn't play the back and forth game. I called Titans and they answered instantly and was at my home in no time. He told me our thermostat had went out and that it should be under warranty. Gibson called back shortly after the owner of Titan's left and said we'd be charged $189 emergency fee when we've called for 3 days during business hours that's unacceptable. Our system and thermostat was replaced last summer it shouldn't already be out. I'm highly upset with the customer service and lack of response. It's obviously more convenient to wait until you can charge an emergency fee and return a call on the weekend. This put a bad taste in my mouth and after this is all said and done TITANS HAS PROBABLY GAINED OUR SERVICE FOR LIFE. We are grateful for them coming out and being as courteous and professional as they were!

The heating/cooling balance in our house has been off since we built it several years ago. Our unit had come to the end of its life so I decided it was time to replace it. I called several residential HVAC contractors and told them about the issue with getting consistent heating/cooling throughout our house. Jeff with Titan Heating and Air was the only one that offered to do a detailed heat load study to try and get to the bottom of the problem. The result of the study was to install some new air outlets and replace/upgrade some of the ductwork. The solution worked and we now have very consistent heating/cooling throughout our house. On top of solving our problem, Jeff and Wes were great to work with. They were very considerate during the installation and actually left our basement space cleaner than it was before they came. I wouldn't hesitate to use Titan in the future and I would highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

This was during the middle of the summer when it was very hot and they were super busy. I had called approximately 6-7 other places in town that couldn’t help me for at least 4-5 days due to their workload. Titan worked me into their schedule and came at 7pm, which showed me how much they value their customers to still be working at that time of the evening (and I wasn’t even the last customer of the day). I cannot say enough positive things about Jeff the owner, his employees, and this organization. I have a historic home with heat pumps for different floors. The upstairs reversing valve and then compressor were shot on the old unit. Spending money stinks and Jeff came up with cost effective alternatives to full replacement.
