From the beginning, staff at Stivers were great to work with. Bill came out to the house not once but twice to ensure we had everything specified correctly, and Krissy was happy to work with my travel schedule and other complications. The work itself went great too. Billy and Brian were professional, courteous and patient throughout the installation of my elderly parent's replacement system. They were knowledgeable and politely answered our questions as they arose. Most importantly, when faced with a non-standard factory configuration that made the air handler sound more like an airplane, they hit the documentation, found the required setting and made the change, restoring my mother's piece of mind. Thanks guys. Folks, I will gladly recommend Stivers to anyone who asks.

Have been using Stivers for years. ALWAYS friendly, responsive, everyone has a smile, (even over the phone). Donnie has been out a few times. He's great. Very knowledgeable, diagnosis is quick and accurate. AND AFFORDABLE. Does not try to oversell other products when a simple repair is needed. Use them for regular maintenance also. Great price and shares any advice on maintaining equipment. Bought new furnace a couple of years ago, installers were quick, clean and knowledgable. Purchasing a new A/C this week. They helped us get every good year out of our old existing equipment. Just had a new A/C unit installed by Brian and Billy. Clean, friendly, knowledgable and left the area a clean as ever. Cost of unit was exceptionally competitive and got an excellent deal on unit and installation.

The technician Donnie came for a regular inspection. We knew there was a strange noise when the AC kicked in, but we paid no attention. Donnie found a failing Capacitor. He replaced it and all is well. The AC no longer makes that noise. Donnie was courteous, professional and instilled confidence in us that all is well. We are very satisfied with the service he performed
