We switched to Project Heating & Cooling about 10 years ago and have been very pleased with their service. Today, a new technician we've not had for past visits, was exceptional. How refreshing it is to have a service person enter your home who is courteous, efficient & competent! Consider Project for your heating and cooling systems!

We called Project Heating to come out and take a look at our furnace for a problem we were having and our air conditioning unit. They sent out one of the most brilliant technicians I think I have ever seen. Dan Schuler came out fixed the problem and gave us some maintenance tips that was priceless. His customer service and knowledge is OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you for having someone like Dan working for your company…we hope you send him back for our regular scheduled maintenance.

Our AC condenser was "totaled" by our next door neighbor's run away pergola during a big windstorm last month. Ken York handled the replacement order and the technician was James, I believe on 7/12/22. This all happened several weeks ago during the time period when the temp went above 100. Just took a few days until the new unit was installed. Outstanding... On another note, I'd like to commend James West for his attention in the past to our HVAC system account. Project Heating and Cooling has a winner with Mr. West.

Technician Farshid arrived well within the scheduled time window and could not have been more courteous or professional. It was clear that he knows his job very well. He’s a good teacher, as well, explaining as he worked what he was doing and why. He also talked about the various parts of the system, why they are there, and how they work. I’m very pleased.

Chuck came and quickly identified the problem. Since a part needed replacing he made a temporary repair to get the system running. He returned the next day with the parts to make a permanent repair and quickly installed them returning the system to full operation. .

Project Tech Farshid performed routine service inspection today per our service contract. He was early and called ahead to verify appointment. Thorough inspection, friendly, informative. He pointed out issues that aren’t critical now but should be addressed. Polite, nice guy, great service.

Contracted the company for a yearly maintenance program. The technician who responded for the service (Farshid) was very thorough, professional, and patient to respond to questions I had about my system. He even offered suggestions on how we can get better performance out our system. Very satisfied with his service and this maintenance program.

Just had a maintenance check on my furnace. Their tech, Farshid, called about 30 minutes before arriving prompt on time for the appointment. Cleaned and checked the system. Installed a new filter. Reviewed everything he did when finished. Great service.!!

Project Heating and Cooling installed a new heat pump for our home. They were able to obtain an upgraded model at no additional cost due to availability issues. The first thermostat installed did not function properly and it was replaced with a working unit promptly. The technician spent time showing us how to use the new thermostat.

This company knows their stuff. Called to get a quote for a new HVAC unit and within two days they were able to come out to install. Installation was short and sweet. The crew was very professional and kept their work area clean. The new unit is so quiet and works wonderfully. Would highly recommend using them for any HVAC needs.

I was very pleased with the product as well as the work done to complete the job. Everyone I worked with was courteous and professional. The condenser lines from AC compressor to "A" coil was ran at a diagonal across my utility room. The original lines followed the oute wall, then crossed. I don't like the new lines hanging over my washer and dryer.

We had a new 4 ton ac until and furnace installed, the hvac techs were prompt, clean, complied with our stringent covid requests. The install was completed faster than we had anticipated, the work looks tidy and well done. Our system works flawlessly. Very happy with the products, the service, and the personnel. They only carry the best product lines. Their service men stay with them so there is consistency with service. You know your serviceman and he knows your system/equipment. They are always polite and explain what service has been performed or needs to be done.

We have had them for a couple of years now and have great service. Just in the last couple of weeks they have done our Summer Tune-Up for the A/C and have helped with cooling issues we were having on the 2nd floor. Followed there recommendations and the issue is now resolved. Kevin Massey came out personally to take care of us and the technicians are always super friendly and inform us of all they are doing. Have tried a couple other companies and by far their service is the best.

Air conditioner capacitor went out late night 7/25 or early 7/26. Didn't notice house was becoming warmer until 5:01 pm. Called Project Heating & Cooling which has been our HVAC of choice since 1986. Answering service contacted on-call HVAC technician Cole Becker who came out shortly after, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes or less. Extremely skilled and very pleasant person, that's why I've always stayed with Project Heating & Cooling!

This is one of those good-news-bad-news reviews: The technician attempted the repairs, but I had to call another company to reinstall what he did. However, PH&C's service manager did apologize and make amends. For that, I will give them a bump up to 4 stars. Sometimes the service is more important than the sale! I appreciate that kind of service!

Awesome Experience! Rental went out over the weekend and my tenant was getting antsy thanks to the 90-100 degree weather. Called Project HVAC at 7:40, they called back at 7:55am and got us on the books for a 10-noon timeslot that same day. Before noon they were finished and it was up and running as if nothing had happened. So please with their professionalism and speedy response. Will use again and recommend to anyone! PS. Kevin and all the guys at the office are the best!
