Nick and Joey were great. My home was showing 88 degrees inside! Joey and Nick immediately did a diagnostic check and saw that there was hole in my line which caused all the refrigerant to leak out. They immediately braised the hole to plug it and refilled the refrigerant to normal levels. My home has begun to cool off! They made a strong recommendation that I need a complete overhaul of my entire HVAC UNIT. Professional and very knowledgeable I would recommend Louisville HVAC pros again!

Great company to use. My air was out in a house I recently moved into. These men came the same day I called looked at the unit and went straight to work. I was very blessed after they was done. My kids and myself had air again. These men were very respectful and genuinely cared about me and getting air at that moment. Very reasonable prices. Thanks fellas

I just moved into this place and had the gas turned on. The next day the furnace just stopped working. (Of course we have the 1st snow fall and get covered with snow.) A tech came out and had us up and running the very next morning. Thanks guys for keeping us warm. Great service and extremely proficient.

Our A/C unit was not cooling, right in the middle of a heat wave. We had originally called another company to come take a look. The quote we got for coolant was outrageous ($1200!!!) so we decided to shop around. Our landlord recommended Louisville HVAC pros. Stacy addressed our concerns instead of pressuring us into buying a new system. He came to our house, quickly fixed the issue and our home was cool again by the time he left. We saved $900! We will definitely use Louisville HVAC pros in the future when needed and are already recommending them to our friends. Thanks for the great and affordable service.

Stacy was so helpful to us, we'll gladly use him again! We called around midnight when we came home to find our A/C had gone out. He showed up within half an hour and immediately replaced a part without charging us weekend/overnight fees. True 24/7 service and this guy knows his stuff!

Prompt and professional service. My HVAC unit stopped cooling on a hot Sunday evening, realizing it’s a Sunday I kept my hopes low and searched on google. Called a bunch of numbers listed on there, Louisville HVAC pros, Stacey was responsive and understood my situation. He offered to come next day (Monday) on a short notice. He was running a bit late but was responsive to update me. He got all his tools and toys (gauge, laptop etc) He explained the issues and went on to remedy it. We were done in little over an hour. He was professional and courteous in explaining maintenance and importance of regular servicing. Would definitely recommend them. Ps. They accept credit card! No running to atm to get cash out.

I used to get service from another company for years until they gave an outrageous qoute to fix my A/C. They also recommended that i was better off replacing the whole unit for double the price. Something told me to get another opinion and that's when i found Louisville Hvac Pro's, called them and from the moment I talked to Stacy I could tell that I was talking to someone honest and dependable, he came to my place in about an hour. After running some test and looking at the unit he showed me and explained what he was doing and the readings of the test. Stacy suggested a few things which we did and also gave me a quote of what it would cost to replace the unit to a brand new one and he beat their price by a whole lot. He left my place cooler than before and made a new customer and friend for life. Louisville Hvac Pro's will be servicing my place from now on and will recommend to friends and family. My A/C unit was giving us some issues. We had originally called another company to come take a look. The quote we got for the repairs was outrageous so we decided to shop around. After multiple quotes we came across Louisville HVAC pros. Stacy was the first person to simply address our repair concerns instead of pressuring us into buying a new system. He came to our house that same day, quickly repaired our unit and had the AC running perfectly when he left. Our final invoice was $800 cheaper than what the first company had quoted us.
