They respond quickly, do excellent work at reasonable prices, and leave the area cleaner than it was to begin. Paul S. is awesome! Such a nice guy with loads of personality. I called Knight's at 0820. It was during winter, with right at freezing temps. I did not have a previous account. The person whom answered the phone was not only personable and professional, she shocked me when she stated that they had same day availability. Within 30 minutes, I received a text that the tech was on his way, followed immediately by a phone call to verify. I pulled in my driveway 15 minutes after the call, Daniel was already there waiting on me. Daniel had a trainee with him, Austin. Both men were top notch professional, beyond courteous, and knowledgeable about the system in my home. They both displayed very positive attitudes, even though they had to spend their time here in my attic. I am more than appreciative of the excellent customer service experience, from the time my call was answered to the time the tech left my driveway, and I could not be more pleased with the gentlemen that came to my home. The repair bill was more than fair, for the services rendered, and I was very pleased with the charges. I will absolutely use this company again, if and when HVAC needs arise at my home. Thank you!!

I have had many wonderful encounters with Knights Mechanical. All of the workers I have come in contact with have been very professional and helpful. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink and both of my bath tubs. One worker in particular, Paul, was so helpful and absolutely wonderful when he came to fix my problems. Sadly we weren’t able to fix one bath tub without having to gut it. But he took the measures to make sure that could happen so I wouldn’t have the same issues over again. He got the kitchen sink and other bath tub fixed and even gave me pointers to help me not to continuously have this problem. He was wonderful and very caring and willing to help me in any way he could. I always enjoy when Knights comes out to fix my drains and also my AC unit. You guys have awesome workers that you should be so proud of!!!!

Had to have a new AC and heat pump installed, including the duct work. The technicians were very polite, answered all our questions, and were respectful of our space and belongings. It was a lot of work for them to do this in our older house, but they were able to complete all of the work in the time they estimated. Kimble did A+++ work. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Used Knight’s Mechanical on 12/27/2022, and LOVED them! Due to extremely cold temps (-7° at the coldest!), we had a pipe burst late afternoon on Friday, Christmas Eve. Lots of folks were going through the same thing, and the holiday weekend didn’t help. We left messages for some places, but they never called back like their answering service said they would. On Monday morning, out of the SEVENTEEN places we called over a three hour timespan, Knight’s said they would call us back, they actually did call, and they had the soonest available appointment. Jeremy, who was nice and reassuring on the phone, told us that they could put us on the schedule for the next day, but it might take until the day after that based on other jobs. Later that evening, he called back and said that they would be out the next day at 8:30am! Charlie and Jace were our plumbers, and they did a fantastic job. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled. Even in the snow, they still checked in the crawl space (several times) and outside to make sure everything was working properly. Once they found the leak, they had the damaged piece cut out and new piping installed in no time. They even asked to use my shop vac so they could clean up the drywall dust on the floor—an extra step they didn’t have to take but was much appreciated. We still have some work to do in the house because of water damage, but I feel much better knowing the plumbing is repaired. Knight’s has earned a customer for life with their quick and quality service today.

I called their office at 7:30, the office wasn't open yet but would be opening soon. The phone was answered by a friendly, caring young lady who help take down all my information. I had a pin hole leak coming out of my hot water line on the hot water heater causing us to shut off water to the whole house. Before Knight's arrived I received a text letting me know who would be coming and a picture of the serviceman. Which is a wonderful idea. Jesse came in, I showed him where the hot water tank was and he got right to it. He knew what he needed out of the truck to fit my leak and within no time had it fixed and the water back on. They always do a wonderful job when they come out to do my maintenance as well.

Seemed clueless as to my issue. My bathtub and my washing machine both was backing up into my basement. He ran a camera down my pipe and said he wasn't sure as to the problem. Said he could snake it but that would be $175 plus his time that he’d be there but that might not be the problem. He said it could be my septic. I am not into a guessing game and spending money I don’t have so I opted to call and have my septic looked at. The knights mechanical visit cost me $120 for nothing. For them to put a camera and make a Guess. So not real happy about that fee.

Installed water pressure regulator since home water pressure is usually high and causing leaks. They were willing to install a pressure regulator that I wanted: Cash Acme Brass 3/4-in Pex Barb Pressure Regulator Valve. Inside components can be cleaned without removing it from the line. Pressure can be dialed in on the regulator itself. Great installation and service. Highly recommended.

Due to time restraints and too many irons in the fire, I wasn’t able to complete the repairs myself. My wife was working to save a calf, I had a Dr.’s appt. This crew was called to repair a break in my water supply line. The broken line just so happened to be under a tree with roots everywhere. The ground was so saturated it looked like soup. Our water heater decided to be contrary and stop providing hot water. I sent a message late on Sunday evening and was contacted first thing Monday morning. The young lady told me that they were extremely busy and they might not be able to accommodate us until Tuesday, but that they would try for Monday. An hour later I received a call asking if it was a convenient time to come look at our water heater. Austin arrived shortly after and did a thorough job of inspecting the equipment before replacing the thermostat. He was extremely pleasant and professional. We would definitely work with Knight’s Mechanical again.

I am so glad that I called to have a plumber come out and install a new commode since I was having some problems with prior work done on installing the old one. Vince was so reassuring as to the rather simple problem and gave me several ways that we could go in order to get it fixed. After making my decision which was to get the full professional install rather than a "fixit remedy" that would also hold for many years, he went to work and made sure everything was done to perfection and I was thrilled to have my commode installed and working the way it should. He and Dustin were just great and although totally professional, completely knowledgeable, they were very personable too. I cannot than those two men for assisting an old lady that was really stressed out over this toilet. If I have any plumbing problems or repairs in the future rest assured, I will be requesting Vince and/or Dustin. By the way, I still cannot get over how tall Dustin is! Knight's Mechanical has never let me down in the 25 years or so that we have been using them for both plumbing and heating/ac. On Thursday about 9 am Bryan S. from Knight's came to my house to replace the water line in my yard from the meter to the inside my house. This included digging a trench to the house including taking the water line through my garage into a utility room. He was very courteous all day long. He came inside my house probably 20-25 times and each time he took his boots off and left them outside my door. This was not a simple easy job it took until 4:55 pm to complete. He asked me to inspect it at several stages during the day and upon completion. I would recommend this technician to anyone needing any repairs or a complete line from the meter and inside the house. Well today they discovered yes there is a broken pipe iit was crushed halfway so the water and the garbage with sewage was going through part of it but not all of it and that’s what backed up and would come up in the house and they missed it but the gentleman came out they made a fix of it and they will come back and put my sink back in when the foundation for has been poured in Harden. The gentleman that came to my house this day was rather rude but he seem to have something else on his mind other than fixing my basement pipes. Usually I have great people come and take care of me this was just a strange incident when one person just wasn’t working out right personality conflicts I guess

I would have given 5 stars but I thought the job was horribly overpriced for the amount of work done and cost of supplies. Just a minor faucet repair that needed replacement washer and seed. Parts couldn't have cost more than $20. Time spent about 20 minutes. Total charge over $200. Had a complete toilet replacement a couple of weeks earlier that was 2 men, going to Lowe's and buying the toilet, and hauling away old toilet, total of about $500. That was more reasonable. Don't know if I'll use them the next time for plumbing issues or not. He should be buying me a free lunch instead of you guys giving him one. Just my opinion. Thanks.

We had a leak on a farm house that we bought that we thought was in a crawlspace under the house. Austin and Jace first went into A narrow crawlspace under the house and they could not locate a leaking line. The two of them spent a few hours trying to figure out where the leak was, and they discovered that actually the waterline to an old well we’re still connected. They had to dig down to find the line which they did and found the leak. I don’t think anybody else including myself would have given that a thought. They were terrific and the company is top notch.

We have used Knight's Mechanical for many years - both in Elizabethtown and in Glasgow Kentucky. They've helped us with many plumbing and HVAC issues. They've always been friendly, fast, and able to fix the problem. They actually fixed an ongoing issues we had that no other HVAC company could fix (we tried 4 or 5 in Glasgow before realizing that Knight's had a Glasgow office). They fixed it and our basement never leaked again. Recently we had a number of clogged or slow drains - Paul S. did a spectacular job of fixing everything - he is friendly and efficient. We don't do business anywhere else. For our plumbing and HVAC it's only Knight's. Keep up the great work!
