Jeremy came out and looked at what we would be needing. Within a day I had a price and a day of installation if I was interested. I was happy with the price and agreed for them to do my new HVAC system install. The installers arrived on time and had our new 3.5 ton Bryant AC running within 6 hours on a Friday. They returned on Monday to finish venting and completing the furnace install. They are very professional and clesned up after they were finished. The AC does an excellent job cooling to house and has a very strong blower to move the cool air. They also installed a air purifier for me. Kinser and Kinser also installed a new AC at my Mother's house and she had the same experience as I have. I would highly recommend their service.

I want say that my entire experience with Kinser & Kinser, has been excellent, and above my expectations. When my AC went out I had a few other companies come out and give me a quote for a repair or replacement . Some of these salesmen showed up late for their appointment, and then tried to pressure me into signing a contract with them right away. My house and AC equipment was very old and outdated . Through a referral from a friend I contacted John Wainscott, at Kinser & Kinser. John, arrived at our appointment ON TIME . John, gave me an honest quote with a few different options and no sales pressure. John, took time to take measurements, and various calculations and quote me equipment that would be the most efficient and beneficial for my house. John's quote to me was for better quality equipment at a better price than any of the competitors that came to my house before him. John was concerned with my comfort and satisfaction and the longevity of my investment for a new AC system for my house. When the installer Gabe, came out, he did a wonderful job. They replaced my entire HVAC system in a matter of hours. There was no trace that they were even there, not even a blade of grass was tracked into my house. The only evidence that they were there, was I had brand new efficient equipment and my house was comfortable again.. Both John and Gabe told me that if I had any problems or questions the future don't hesitate to call them and they would have a service tech out immediately. Thank you John, and Gabe. In this industry service and integrity are everything and I believe that Kinser & Kinser is the best at both.

Very happy with our service through Kinser & Kinser! You never want to be in the spot where your heating system goes out in the middle of winter but we were there. Kinser came out and diagnose the issue and had a crew on site the next morning for the install. The guys were professional and personable, they did a great job and would recommend them to anyone.

When we first moved to Oldham Co years ago, we used Kinser and Kinser and loved their work. Then, as years went by, I felt their service level dropped off, and I was honestly disappointed over several issues. May be too early to say, but perhaps my confidence is restored! Our AC went out Saturday night so I called the emergency service line early Sunday morning. A technician, Mike McClure, called fairly quickly and after discussing the matter, agreed to come out. It turned out to be a bad capacitor, which he fixed fairly quickly. He did a good job, Was professional, and explained everything thoroughly. He had us back up and running quickly, on one of the hottest days of the year so far. I went ahead and signed a service contract with K&K again to have the routine checkups twice a year. I had abandoned that a few years ago, after my confidence in them was shaken. I'm looking forward to a new relationship with them, and hoping for the best. I appreciate Mike coming out so quickly on a hot day and doing an awesome job. I'm glad I called, and look forward to doing business with K&K again. I might also mention, they are the ones who originally installed the system that I currently own.

Gabe and his team did a great job on the install, telling me what they did step by step. I honestly can’t believe how well the new system performs AND looks. My 28 year old system finally broke in the heat of the summer.. Kinser and Kinser provided temp AC units to help us stay cool as our new high efficiency system needed to be ordered. Great experience. I had to have a new Trane system Installed, Gabe & Adam came in Put covers on my floors not to damage. I have an attic unit, they removed pictures from the walls not to damage, I work from home and was never disturbed. they did what had to be done, Very knowledgeable about the equipment. When they were finished except for the fact we had a new system, you could not even tell they had been there. everything was back in its original place and cleaned. I have used Kinser and Kinser for many years for our HVAC installations, repair and maintenance. In that length of time there have been very few issues, maybe a revisit once or twice, but in the end, they always did the work as promised, mostly on schedule and always sent courteous technicians. These days, in this line of work, that gets five stars, IMHO.

I am very pleased with Kinser & Kinser - everything from working with sales, to the front office staff, and especially the team that came out to install the new heat pump. First, the sales process was very low/nonexistent hassle. Working with Bryden was great and will probably reach out to him again to be prepared for the next heat pump replacement due to the age of the it (12 years) and how easy it was to work with him. I also enjoyed how the front office staff kept me informed and when I called, answered every question professionally and with courtesy. It was great working with them and I felt like they took their time with me and treated me like a valued customer. Lastly, if you have done any research at all, you know that there are a handful of companies with a large number of brands so the differentiation is meh. The #1 thing cited across almost every blog, YouTube video, etc. was that the most important piece was 'who' did your installation. Installation is the biggest factor in ensuring the new heat pump / Air Conditioner / Furnace, etc. functioned properly over long periods of time. I have to say Josh and partner (my bad on names) were phenomenal from the first minute we met them and throughout the entire installation process. I couldn't have asked for a better team to do the install as I was educated on a couple of topics I had questions about. Plus, they finished early and left the house in very good condition. I am hopeful this one lasts as long as the one replaced, if not longer because of the care they took at getting it installed. Oh, and Kinser warranties their work for 2 years. Almost everyone else warranties it for 1 year which shows their confidence.

He took the time to give me and my husband information about our furnace, as well as tips on changing the furnace’s Space Guard Air Filter; a filter which neither of us was familiar. The system is very quiet and helped with cool spots in the house during winter. The Thermostat went out and Kinser came right out and did a warranty replacement and the new one working fine! Kinser has been taking of our HVAC and plumbing needs since we moved to LaGrange three years ago, so when my AC went out on a 90 degree day a few weeks ago I called them ASAP. Their consultant Ed was at my house early the next day and quoted a new AC unit. Since my furnace was 24 years old, I had him quote replacing that too. It was a good price so we pulled the trigger on both. They immediately mobilized the manpower to get started on the installation that same day. Two technicians were at my house soon and hustled all day getting both Trane units installed. Both were very courteous and knowledgeable. Tyler even worked late to finish the job and reprogram my thermostat so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced the next day. They left my house clean, tidy and cool! I highly recommend these guys.

I had to have a duct installed for a new bedroom in our basement, and another one run to a 1st floor bedroom. I also had a humidifier installed. Kinser was prompt, thorough, and gave me a great deal when I combined different needs. I did need to ask to have the location of a pipe changed because it was too low, but they responded immediately and plan to send someone out again to fix it.

My new rental property had AC go out on hottest day of the year, naturally after business hours. I called them expecting to have to replace the AC unit. They were there in less than 30 minutes (30 minutes after initial call). And within minutes the AC was fixed. Just a capacitor, cost me $100 for emergency run (WELL WORTH IT) and $92 for the capacitor. You simply cannot beat service like that

Called at like 11:30 pm, got a call back by 12:30 am, he arrived about 1:30 am, found the issue. Came back in the morning and fixed it completely. I can't say that I could have found the issue let alone fix it too. The charge was a little high, but for weekend service one would expect to pay a premium. BUT...Tim fixed the problem and we could use our toilets again. Could not be happier than that!
