Our experiences with KCC have been nothing short of phenomenal. Not only are they friendly, personable and reliable, but they're really, really good. When I've called, the phone was immediately answered by a real live person who figured out who I needed to talk to and connected me directly to another real live purson. No hold music. No robots. No frustrating menus. Just good, kind people. Both technicians who came out were pleasant and respectful and they also took the time to answer my many questions and help me understand how to improve the quality of my home's environment. We are flag-flying loyal customers from now on!

John F. was an amazing sales representative at KCC. Don’t let his New York accent fool you… he has great southern charm about him. Explained each system and size in detail. Gave me good prices. Gave me his cell phone number for any questions. Got a great deal on a trane AC and furnace. Installed quickly and efficiently by two super nice gentleman. Ronan the office guy was also great and professional.

They were so quick to get us in! The two techs that came were the most professional I have ever used and really knew their stuff. They were courteous. They even asked for a broom to clean up after they were done. It was quick and thorough and I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company! Our HVAC went out and we were unable to finance, let alone pay outright for a replacement unit. Kas went out of her way to find a solution and within the week we got a replacement and don’t have to fear the winter. The entire team was so polite, responsive, clean, and efficient. I researched and found that my AC/Furnace were over 33 years old and decided to replace them with new efficient units. I also added a HEPA system, and UV light to help with allergies, as I have allergies. I was provided a quote for the systems to be installed, was installed in a timely manner, and when I had a concern with the noise the HEPA system made, they made it all right. Very happy with the service and product used. House is warmer and quiet.

My condenser unit wasn't level. Easy. However, they were quick to set me up and get this issue resolved. I've used them in the past for a clean and check on the AC side of the system as well. Always professional and the techs are great at answering questions.

Brand new Furnace , AC and Water Heater....replacing all 20+ year old equipment. The service and sales team were phenomenal. Professional, timely and did what they said they were going to do plus more! Replaced our entire system on the hottest day of the year without impacting our "comfort" level at all.
