Cody has been my technician since I moved into this home a few years ago. He is very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and timely. In the most recent maintenance service call I also needed a new thermostat. Cody showed me options and explained the differences and helped me choose the best one for my needs. He set it up to operate the way I wanted it and explained the various functions. He's very thoughtful and patient. I always feel assured that he doing a thorough job and that my system will run efficiently. Over the last few years I have had some problems with the system. They came in and diagnosed and corrected the problem at a fair price. Also the company is great at setting appointments for maintenance and calling when in route. Excellent service all around! Thank you Feistretzer!!

They perform my maintenance, I buy my filters from them, they installed an amazing air purifier on my system ( and if you don't have one on your system already, give them a call) and I would have them install another HVAC system if needed. The absolute best service in town! They are always there when we need them. Prompt service and very knowledgeable technicians and staff. Thank you for all you do for our community!

We had a great experience with Feistritzer HVAC. Our heating system stopped working in cold weather. A tech arrived in a few hours and determined our old furnace was beyond repair. We received a reasonable quote the next day and had a new system installed in two business day, just before some very cold weather arrived. Phil and the team at Feistritzer are very responsive and professional and install Trane equipment. I would highly recommend anyone in the need of HVAC services, to contact Feistritzer. !!

Most importantly they are very competent and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. We use them for twice a year maintenance that puts us at ease with our systems. They completed the work very quickly and were respectful to my family and my property. I could not have been more pleased with the level of service so far. Pricing was reasonable - not the absolute lowest but I'm glad to pay slightly more for the product and service I received.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work on my furnace by Feistritzer Heating and Air. From Teri at the office to the technicians that did the work, I couldn't have asked for more prompt, professional, and affordable service. The techs diagnosed the problem as an inducer motor failure, and a part had to be ordered. The plan was it would come in the next morning and they would be out then to fix it. When the part came in on the same day as the diagnosis, Teri immediately sent the techs back to my home to get my heat going again. The techs were courteous and respectful in my home. Not only did they get it up and running quickly, but they did a full diagnostic check up to make sure no other issues were there. I highly recommend Feistritzer's for any heating or air work to be done!

This is a great company. Mr. Feistritzer (Phil) came out to do my assessment which was very in-depth and organized. I had 4 different HVAC companies come out and do the same and Phil was by far the most in-depth and organized. The work they did to install my new heat pump and air handler was outstanding. Their financing options were fantastic and their product is second to none. I will only choose Feistritzer Heating and Air for my HVAC needs.

I have four family friends recommend Feistritzer Heating and AC to me. They all had received equipmentioned and or service from this company So I choose this company I was a little hesitant because I thought a Trane heat pump would be too expensive for me. But a was wrong. I got three other estimates and his price was reasonable. I had some special circumstances which Phil Feistritzer accommodated me with. The Trane was put in in one day. It is working good. Also afterward I had addition questions and concerns and they were handled right away. I recommend this company.
