Our walk-in cooler recently went down, and after calling 3 different companies - F.D. Pierce was the first to respond to our call (the only company to actually pick up the phone - we had to leave messages on the other); and had their service guys out within an hour of our call. While they couldn't immediately fix our cooler because they had to order a new part, they had it quickly shipped and installed within 72 hours of our call (refrigeration malfunctions during the weekend are never fun). We appreciate their quick turnaround during a stressful situation for us, and they'll definitely be our go-to for any future issues we have - and their customer service was A+.
