Darrell and his family have maintained my old heating and cooling systems and when they needed to be replaced, they installed quality products. I was out of town in 2019 when my AC broke down completely. He worked with me by phone and replaced my AC unit while my son was watching our dogs at home while we were away. Thursday night my AC stopped cooling the house. I called and left a message @ 10:30 pm. By 12:30 or 1 pm Friday, he had arrived and replaced the giant capacitor that caused the issue. Everyone knows how hot it has been in Louisville, Kentucky! The AC was still under warranty so he replaced it free of charge! I would recommend this family owned company to anyone in need of their services!!

When our a/c system system went down last night, our long-time electrical contractor, Tim Bullock, stopped by to troubleshoot this morning and strongly recommended we contact Darrel due to his outstanding experience with Tim and his team. We did. Darrel and Bryan stopped by right after my wife and I got home from work late afternoon, rapidly troubleshooting our system and restoring service. They gave us excellent maintenance advice for our aging system and advised us on what to look for as to when and how to consider a replacement system. They were a pleasure to work with - Very much appreciated!

As a new customer, I received a very prompt response. Darrel even called me after hours with a price so I knew the other bids (for the same equipment) from other companies were gouging prices. The install team was friendly, tidy, and thorough, and explained everything to me clearly, even about how to maintain my new furnace and the drain line. In October 2013 we used D & M Services to replace our old air conditioning unit & furnace. We were so pleased to find a local, family owned company that took pride not only in their workmanship, but also the product they sold. They were courteous, dependable & professional. Since then we have had to call them on minor issues and they have always been prompt & dependable in servicing our units. Today (7-24-20) I called them due to our thermostat going out. They were here within the hour. Always courteous & professional, they were able to remedy the problem by cleaning out the clogged line from the air conditioner to the sump pump, allowing the thermostat to start working & the air flowing. Their service is always quick, reliable, & affordable. They really are a company that cares. Thankyou Daryl & Bryan for your great service!

Let me start off by saying Darryl & his son are the utmost professional and honest Individuals I have ever met in the heating/cooling business. They are fair when it comes to pricing and labor and are very knowledgeable. Besides being professional and honest Darryl & son both know the ins and outs of heating/cooling repair and installation. Darryl put in our AC unit a few years ago. Last night my family arrived home from being away on vacation. We walked in to a very hot house. I texted Darryl and he replied immediately and was over to my home within minutes and he fixed my AC unit. Might I add this is a holiday weekend (July 4th) and he still replied that he would be right over and it was 8:30 pm. I can’t say enough good things about D&M Heating & Cooling. I feel I’ve won the jackpot when I was referred to Darryl by a neighbor. I don’t worry if I’m getting ripped off or charging me for something that doesn’t need fixing. D&M is very trustworthy and have been around a long time. He services probably above 50% of the homes in my subdivision that should tell you something.
