I have been using Chapman for several years and I’m always impressed with their professional and quality service. Myles McClure performed maintenance recently and advised me that my air-conditioning needed to be replaced. He walked me through in detail several options for both AC and full replacement of AC and heating. He was informative and gave me all the answers I needed. There was no high-pressure sales tactics and no sense that he was rushing me in my decision making process. It was a good experience. I took my time received three other quotes and ultimately opted to do full heating and air replacement through Chapman. Chris Constant completed the installation and did an excellent job. Prompt and professional. It was a great experience overall!

Matt was a great salesperson. Installation went well although I found a couple of big staples in my driveway a few days later. The only reason they got a three is the maintenance schedule. About 2 months after it was installed they already wanted to do the first free clean and check. Although I didn't use it the whole two months. I feel it should be after a full year and you use it through the first set of seasons before they basically clean a brand new unit.

So great! Cole was so nice and professional; he worked quickly to diagnose and fix the issue (a blown capacitator during a heat wave). Very reasonable pricing and great service. This was also one of the only places with good customer service reps for people calling in -- most other places would sent you to a VM and not call back, or the bigger places would route you to a call center that seemed to have no idea what you were asking about. Would recommend them to anyone needing heating/cooling help!

We purchased a new home and had Chapman Heating and Cooling come to check out and service our new home's HVAC system. We asked them to replace the Nest thermostat with a Trane programmable thermostat since we were not going to use the Nest (no wi-fi). Cole serviced the a/c unit which had a clogged and dirty coil. He also did a very thorough inspection of the gas heater. Cole went through the pictures and videos of he took of the inside of our heater and pointed out several issues we need to contend with. He was extremely detailed with his explanations and answered all of our questions. This was far from our first work with Chapman, and we were reminded why we keep coming back. This time it was replacing two furnaces and two AC's with all new, upgraded, equipment in a vintage condo with installation challenges at every turn. Because the main furnace was acting dangerous, Chapman's Judd Martin arranged ALL replacements the following day, which few companies could have pulled off. Two crews led by Chris and Cody, put in a ten hour day to get our difficult job finished. Every single crew member was a pleasure to have around for all those hours, and they were all clearly good at their jobs. And the new furnaces are so quiet and responsive to the new touchscreen thermostats that we're actually amazed. They're even nice to look at! Thank you, Chapman!

Ended up having to replace it (older furnace so not unexpected) and Terrance was great about explaining the different options. Then he arranged for it to come to our house first thing the next day. Our 14-year-old heat pump started making an awful grinding noise in February 2020. After looking at reviews online, we got in touch with Chapman Heating and Cooling and asked them to come take a look at it. Terrance B. arrived that same afternoon, and after a thorough and professional inspection let us know the heat pump had reached its end of life. After settling on a new unit and a painless financing process, Joe C. and Codey K. came out the following morning, and within a few short hours had installed a brand-new, whisper-quiet system. We were hugely impressed with everyone involved! All our technicians were prompt, extremely courteous, took time to listen and address all our concerns, and did an overall fantastic job at a price that was more than fair. After some not-so-great experiences with other local installers, we were extremely relieved to find Chapman Heating and Cooling. You won't go wrong with them!

Our HVAC went out last evening during a stretch of 90 degree high temps. I called them that evening and they had someone out the next morning on a SUNDAY! Alex from Chapman surprised me with a call Sunday morning when I was not expecting someone until Monday. He was able to find the issue right away, which was a bad capacitor. These guys did an awesome job, arrived early, tore out and replaced a heat pump, air handler and thermostat in around 6 hrs. Explained everything about the new system to me and we’re very courteous, it was raining the entire day and there was no mud or grass in the house, and cleaned up all the mess from the old system. I recommend Chapman to everyone.

Chapman Heating and Cooling came out to service my furnace that had been having issues staying on. Derek identified that my fresh air intake pipe was insufficient. Chapman dispatched a repair crew the next week and Joe C. was a real pro in explaining how to best fix the problem. He and Cody worked hard to replace and re-route the exhaust pipe correctly and to correct the fresh air intake problem. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them to others!

Overall I had a good experience with the installation of a new heat pump and gas furnace. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. My only concern would be the scheduling of the job. This job should have been done over two days or they should have scheduled multiple crews to be there to get it done in a timely manner. They were at my house for 12 hours to complete the job. Ask for Joe if you need work done.

This major service call ended up because of a faulty factory weld that they detected and repaired pretty easily. As like most service calls it was higher than like to see. We used Chapman to redo the HVAC in our full home renovation, including two new furnaces, A/C unit, split A/C, and entirely new ductwork. Their pricing was competitive and knowledge was great. They came up with an awesome plane for our place and did all the work quickly, well, and very professionally. A few months later, the larger A/C unit that they had not installed personally had an issue with the motor. This was in the middle of the crazy summer heat, and our main floor was over 80 degrees. I called that evening, after hours, and Terrance, the service supervisor took my call. He got us scheduled for the next morning and he personally came to check it out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it up and running in literally no time. He went out of his way to explain everything to my wife, answered all her questions, and made sure we would let him know if any issues. She texted me at work just several minutes after his arrival to let me know how incredible the service was and that he already had it fixed. I know that they are incredibly busy, but they took care of us right away. Won’t use anybody else from here on out. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Kevin and his assistant were here at our house in the time frame they told us to install our new Trane air conditioner. They worked in the rain to wire up the outside unit and told us to expect about 6 hour to get the unit and thermostat in working order. Somebody previously had run the thermostat wires through our ductwork in the walls, but they got our A/C working, but the heat side was wired incorrectly , so they scheduled to return in a few days. At least they got us cool despite having to stay an extra 90 minutes to do so. Upon their return, they ran all new wiring to our furnace/ A/C that took 2 hours on their busy time without additional charges. I am 100% totally satisfied with Chapman Heating and Cooling and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch our furnace nor our A/C but them!! Their knowledgible service techs andErin being in charge of customer service are two of their best assets. When we have problems Erin always makes it a priority to get some out here to assist us. They are #1 with my wife and me!

We have been using Chapman Heating & Cooling since we moved to Kentucky two years ago. They contact me every six months to remind me it’s time to service my two furnaces and air conditioning units. We were made aware last summer that one of our air conditioning units would not be able to be repaired if and when it breaks down because it still uses out dated Freon. We decided at that time that the winter of 2020 we would ask Chapman to quote new furnace (old one was end of life) and air conditioning. The time came, we got a quote and great explanation of the difference in unit options and assistance in deciding which options would be best for our condo. One week later, right on time Joe C, Cody K & Jacob arrived with our new units. They had to carry the air conditioner up six flights of stairs to the roof and they had to climb into a crazy little second story cubby hole to remove and replace the and replace the furnace. Everything that could go wrong did that day. Starting with the wrong air conditioning unit was delivered and taken to the roof, brought back down, the correct unit delivered and carried to the roof, the old unit carried back down. The furnace had been attached to a interior wall after the original unit was installed in cubby making it necessary to cut, disassemble and pull it out. The guys didn’t share any of these stresses until the end of the install and by then they were chuckling about it. They stayed until the job was complete so we would be assured of having heat as the temperatures are dropping below freezing most nights right now. They worked through lunch & dinner and never showed any outward signs of stress. Another wonderful interaction with the fantastic guys from Chapman Heating & Cooling. They are out HVAC hero’s.

I highly recommend y'all! 2022, We had a new furnace installed with new thermostat that I love because it also gives the weather for the week. Furnace is quiet and runs lovely. Chapman stayed until we got the system working exactly like we wanted. Plus, Karly made sure our new furnace was registered so we got a full warranty!! I wasn't expecting that at all. Very considerate! Then during a sudden heat wave we discovered our AC wasn't working right. Chapman came ASAP and fixed it right up. Yesterday was my regular AC maintenance and Miles Amos did an excellent job, washed my outside unit totally clean from grass and debris. Very polite and professional. I was especially glad he was willing to wear a mask inside my house without even being asked, because I catch viruses easily. Not many people bother anymore like that. Once again, I highly recommend Chapman Heating and Cooling. I've used them since 2018 and I'm always pleased with their response to our needs.
