If anyone is looking to have any A/C or Heating done I suggest you use C&L. They are the most honest and courteous company and people. He did more work and only charged me the service run. He saved me money by not selling me parts I didn't need. He wore his mask and shoe covers. I really appreciated when he went outside he took the shoe covers off and put them back on when entering the house. I also called the office and asked the secretary if she would tell the owner how wonderful and professional he was! If you call C&L ask for Brian! Very Professional!!

My A/C had gone out completely in 90+ degree weather. I texted C&L and I was called within a half hour. They scheduled me a new installation for the next morning and by the next day at 12:30, I had A/C again!! They are quick, dependable, courteous and very reasonably priced. I would recommend C&L to everyone. I got 5 in person quotes before C&L quoted me. They were BY FAR the fairest price. Alan helped us deal with a home warranty which another company that started with a J refused to do. Doug & Brian were helpful and professional. They also set up a smart thermostat I had. We used one of the the big companies, lured by an inexpensive Spring maintenance offer. The technician tried high-pressure, scare tactics - telling me my furnace blower was "shot", and the heat exchanger "might" collapse and spill dangerous carbon monoxide into the house. He suggested I needed to act within 48 hours to take advantage of a rebate offer, and then proceeded to give me options ranging from $7-10,000 for a system replacement. I called Alan for a second opinion - he inspected and tested my furnace and AC, and walked me through everything. Our system doesn't need to be replaced. Alan just saved me thousands of dollars I didn't need to spend! And when my system does need to be replaced - I'm calling Alan!

Had a great experience with C&L! Alan, the owner, was able to come out and repair our AC within 3 or so hours of us calling—and the repair maybe took 30 minutes. Further, he explained exactly what the issue was and how he fixed it. I also felt confident that I was receiving not just a fair, but competitive, price for the repair and service. It’s not easy during warm months (and on Derby weekend) to get your AC repaired within 24 hours, but C&L was able to do it. I super-highly recommend C&L!!

Thank goodness there are still reputable, knowledgeable business people. A thousand thanks, Alan. Update: Our furnace went out at 4:15 one morning! I called several 24 hour places and told them it was urgent. One company came four hours later and told me I would have to get a new furnace but they couldn't get to it till the next day. Then I called C and L and they quoted a price for a new furnace AND A/C that was they same as the other guys wanted for just the furnace! We knew our A/C was on it's last legs -- again kept alive by C and L -- so we went ahead and got both done. Bryan and Todd were courteous, and willing to explain everything to me. They were here when they said they would be and done when they said they would be. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

Allan was great! Super courteous, prompt and explained everything to us. He called me back within the hour was able to come out to service our broken furnace the SAME day. I had called a couple other businesses and they didn't even call me back for several hours. When they finally did, they didn't have any openings for days. Sounds like C & L is a small family run business. Allan was able to fix what was wrong on our furnace on the cheap. When it acted up again we had them come out to check on it. It turns out that we needed to replace our furnace. Allan deducted the previous service call charges from the cost to replace it. They were able to get it installed the very next day. Super fast and friendly!

C&L heating and air is the most genuine, super reasonable, excellent communication, promptly, friendly and down to earth crews out there in the market . My heater blew up for a few days and I was freezing to death inside the house, so I called Mr. Allen to have an estimated early in the morning, after I d agreed on the deal, Mr . Allen went right in to work during his lunchtime, within like 4 hours since I met Mr. Allen earlier in the day, I had a brand new heater installed. I was like this had a be a miracle. I would highly recommend C&L heating to everyone.

I would highly recommend C&L Heating and Air Conditioning. They were fantastic. They were extremely reasonable in their pricing, honest, trustworthy, professional, on time, courteous, followed COVID-19 protocols and responded quickly to our need. They did not try to up-sell us on a new unit like Elite Heating and Air Conditioning did. After several interactions with Elite Heating and Air over the years, I finally decided to research other companies for my HVAC needs since I did not trust Elite's recommendations anymore because every time they came to provide a service, they always wanted to sell me a new unit. Specifically, they would inflate their estimates for repair by providing incorrect information, so the repair estimate would only be a ~<$800 difference compared to the cost for replacement. C&L Heating and Air Conditioning was honest and trustworthy and they did a great job.

Our entire heating and air had to be replaced. We called around to a few different companies and C&L gave the most honest and affordable estimate. They were able to work around our schedules and set up an appointment that worked within our time frame. The guys who came out to do the work were professional and courteous. They cleaned up when they were done and they did a really good job. From the very beginning, I coordinated every thing mostly with Alan, the owner. He answered all of my questions and was always prompt in his response. Even after every thing was finished and the job was done, he checked in on us to make sure every thing was still working like it should be. I’ve never had to have any hvac services before. They made every thing easy and seamless and there’s not another company I would ever use if I need this type of work done in the future.

My AC went out on Labor Day and the house stayed a warm 83 degrees all Labor Day. I called around and understandably most places were closed. Alan, the owner, had someone first thing Tuesday morning come and take a look. Unfortunately the AC unit itself was bad and I didn’t want the kids to suffer in a warm house again. I chose to replace the unit. Alan was fair and my past experiences with other heating and air companies, I knew Alan’s price was around the ballpark figure I had in mind. Alan was professional and friendly and had his guys Doug and Cody(great guys) come out from another job to get it done same day and I can’t express how grateful I am. I don’t typically write reviews but I felt this was definitely worth it. I highly recommend them.

I called a few places for estimates. Alan came out the same day and the quote was a couple thousand lower than the other companies. I went with him based on his positive reviews. The men who performed the work were pleasant, professional and got the job done. Everything has been working great. They didn't provide an invoice at the end of the job, but I contacted Alan and his office sent one out by email. Definitely would use him again.

I'm so impressed and grateful for C & L Heating & Air Conditioning! I walking into my office space to host a yoga class and it was 89 degrees! Talk about "hot yoga"... I panicked and called Alan asap (mind you it was way after hours). He answered quickly and came out immediately! The best service imaginable! He explained the problem so I could understand the issue, it was fixed so quickly, and he even followed up with me the next day to make sure things were still working properly. I wish more customer service was like C & L!

Our air conditioner stopped working yesterday so I checked the Internet for a local company and chose C and L based on there reviews. Based on there expectional rating my expectations were high and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. I called them in the morning and they arrived the same day! The repairman not only fixed the problem but took the time to explain what was wrong with our AC system. Never once did I feel that I was being mislead or scammed about what was wrong with our AC- and believe me that has been the case with other companies in the past. Additionally, I felt the price was very reasonable. I have there number on speed dial for my future heating and cooling needs😊

This guy came out and worked on my dads AC. It was an older unit so my dad wasn't expecting much, but C and L replaced a few parts and gave it a charge and it worked better then I ever could have expected. He could of just told my dad to replace it to get some money out of us, but he did the right thing for the customer. He said if what he did, didn't make it better he would come out again to try some more stuff. Stand up company, trust worthy and will take care of their customers until the end. My father and I will be using this company for any of our future needs as it pertains to heating and air needs.
