I called Allen’s and got scheduled for routine maintenance at my home. Offered me a Saturday appointment, which is such a nice service option so I did not have to miss time from work. Pat came out for service at my home and was very friendly and thorough. Found a clog and had our system running better within his first 20 minutes of being there. Pat was also super friendly with all of our furry friends! Would recommend and will be calling back for any future needs!

Nate came out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to do my semi-annual maintenance. He was on time and very professional. He quickly began work checking and cleaning all aspects of my heat pump system. He replaced a contact module that was becoming worn (especially nice to know with winter coming) and had my system running at top performance in about two hours or so. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about all parts of the system and thoroughly answered all of my questions, but the best part about having Nate as your technician is, he's very friendly. Just a super guy who you can tell loves his job. I enjoyed my time with Nate and want him to do my twice a year maintenance EVERY TIME, if at all possible. Thanks Allen's and Nate for going ALL OUT for your customers!

We have been very happy with Allen’s service for 6 years. For continuity, we typically request the same technician (Stevie) for our twice a year maintenance plan, but every technician who has serviced our heat pump has been knowledgeable and professional. Most recently Stevie repaired our unit, arriving on time and insuring the unit was functioning properly before closing the ticket.

Had no heat, called and scheduled appointment. Office staff were very friendly. Service technician Tyler Wright was there on time at 8 AM on a Saturday morning. Incredibly professional, friendly, and did not hesitate to show me and explain everything that he was doing. Could not recommend a better HVAC company. We had originally scheduled our maintenance visit for October 10th. We received a call that the visit would need to be rescheduled. They worked around our schedule and scheduled for October 27th. We received a call from Rick Smith , our technician , to let us know he was on the way. He arrived on time and was very respectful of our home.(shoe covers, mat outside of door). He took his time and checked out our system. He answered our questions while he was here. When he finished he asked if we had any other questions before he left. The ONLY recommendation I would make is to equip the service technicians with credit card readers so they do not have to write down a customer's card info and communicate those numbers over the phone. He provided us with more than one option to get the system repaired based on our concerns- budget, timeliness, and warranty, among other factors. I've used Allen's for more than 25 years. You pay more but get more. It's worth every penny for the peace of mind and service is outstanding. One thing I love is their employees are great and they often stay with company for years so you get to know them a little bit. We recommend Allen’s to everyone. An update to this review. Today Allen’s installed a new HVAC system for our home. The system we originally ordered was out of stock, so we were offered an upgraded system at no additional cost. You don’t find that level of commitment to customer service very often today. Our installation team of Ryan, Trevor, Cody, and Anthony arrived on time with all items necessary for a smooth installation. They were all exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and patient considering all our questions. The commercials say “Old Fashioned Friendly”, and that is precisely what they all were. Fine gentlemen that are a credit to their company. If you haven’t considered Allen’s, you’re definitely missing out. You may find cheaper, but you won’t find better!!!

Allen's Heating and Cooling checked out my existing furnace and air conditioner system after I noticed a burn smell coming from the vent while running the air conditioner. The furnace was very old and I was advised that it was beyond repair. I obtained several quotes from other companies in addition to the quote from Allen's. One individual came to inspect the furnace and air conditioner and said that he would provide a quote, but I haven't heard from him in weeks. Another said that he couldn't provide an installation date because he was experiencing problems with manning an installation crew due to finding people who wanted to work. I sympathized with him but it wasn't keeping me cool! Allen's came out the day I agreed to contract with them and provided a window air conditioner for my use until they could complete the installation the following week. I was thankful for this service as I am disabled and could not tolerate the heat for long periods. They completed the installation in one day. I have also scheduled to have them clean the ductwork. The furnace was pricey but the warranty was better than the market standard and unlike another quote I received they were replacing the entire system instead of rehabilitating the old system. I feel confident in the quality and warranty that I received. The entire team at Allens is very professional and knowledgeable about their products. I can easily see that they would be a homeowner's best friend!

I had to call Allen's when there was mold found in my old furnace, when the first person came out and told me all the issues with the unit it was a 21 year old unit that had seen it last days. Let's just say call Allen's before you buy a house and they can tell you want you are getting into. Richie was the second person who came out from Allen's what aram in the bush he was. He was very good at his good and made you feel like you where apart of the Allen's family crew. The three young men who came and installed my system were in and out and you never new they were there. Wherever they went they cleaned up after themselves. The only reason I knew they where here is they showed me how to use the thermostat and n🙂ow my girls and I have air conditioning.

Easily one of the most amazing businesses that I have ever dealt with. My wife and I are amazed each time we have occasion to interact with Allen's because of their honesty, integrity, quality of work, and genuine care they have for their customers. They are not the cheapest option (and will tell you this upfront) but the small amount more you pay is definitely worth every penny. From installation to maintenance they have always been respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. As an example, they came out to check our system, saw the copper piping that they had used on installation of our unit, and because they have since switched to a different kind of tubing, replaced every inch of ours free of charge just because they care. This is the kind of service and quality you get with Allen's. Cannot reccomend them enough.

One of the best decisions we've ever made was choosing Allen's to replace and update our furnace/air conditioning system. From the initial interview to the finished installation this company and it's employees showed an in depth knowledge of their product and how it could benefit us. I cannot express how impressed we were with their professionalism, from the initial sales process to the on site installers. At any point if we had questions or concerns, those were met and dealt with immediately without problem. I cannot recommend this company and it's employees enough, I guess the greatest compliment I can pay them is that I'd choose them again in a heartbeat.

I’ve never used Allen’s Air Conditioning before today. My house cooling system went out last night, I called this morning and Kevin was in my driveway after lunch. Completed a diagnosis quickly and efficiently. He had the parts I needed on his truck so once I approved the repair he kept right on working until we had air conditioning. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable are the first two attributes that come to mind when I think of Kevin. Follow-up calls by the office staff were just as friendly and courteous.

One of the best decisions my husband and I have made was to go with Allen's. It was July 98 degrees and the AC dies. We call several company's out to get bids. After 3 bids, they certainly was not the cheapest, but cheapest is what got us where we were with no AC. The owner of the company came out to give us a bid. Answered all our questions honestly as I sat in front of the fan looking like I just got out of the pool. We could see his passion for his company and concern for us. We love the fact they come out twice a year for maintenance on the unit for a very affordable rate. It paid for itself very quick. We had major damage to the house from a hail storm. Roof, vinyl siding, windows had to be replaced. As the contractors removed the damaged siding they pulled the condensation hose away from the unit. Our Granddaughter called us at the lake and said water is every where coming from the ceiling and vents. Forty minutes after Allen's was called at 9.30 on a Saturday night they was here. Repaired immediately. I can only speak of my experience with Allen's. 10 years later they still have my business and does everything they said they would. They respect your home and cover their shoes every single time they come into your home. I refer them to every one I can. And I would never do business with anyone else regarding my Heat and AC. So in closing Thank You very much Allen's for being the best!!

His final recommendation was to replace the unit, but he did not make this recommendation without showing me the reasons why.(our unit is 16 years old, additional tests are required to find the location of a Freon leak, the most probable location of the leak would require a min. of $1.7k, and the type of Freon that we need will no longer be produced soon.) Called Allen's last month when my A/C seemed to not work as well as it used to. They came the very next day (during busy season) and diagnosed that the system was frozen up. They could not complete the full diagnostics because the system was frozen, so they did not charge me a service call, AND made a suggestion that I may just have froze up due to a dirty filter. The tech suggested I clean the filter and retest. If that didn't work, I could schedule them to come back for a full diagnostic once the system thawed. Top notch service. Allen's replace a 2 1/2 ton unit at my house two seasons ago. The 2 1/2 ton unit was replaced by a 3 ton. It is hard to believe but my gas and electric usuage went down saving me money.
