Our thermostat stopped working. I e-mailed in the middle of the night and they called first thing in the morning. They were able to come that same day. Our technician was David and he did a good job, checked to see if we were covered by warranty (which we were, yaay!) It was a good experience. .no complaints

Aire Serv of Louisville are fantastic! Cameron came out to do inspection & maintenance service on our 6 year-old furnace and that’s exactly what he did. Another “large local” company, that shall go unnamed, came out before Aire Serv of Louisville, and they tried to price gouge me with repairs costing $2000 that were completely unnecessary on a furnace that was just built in 2016! Our furnace is working great and we are having zero problems… so why would any repairs be needed?! I wanted an honest second opinion, and that’s exactly what I got. Cameron confirmed my suspicions that there was nothing wrong with our furnace and I was only charged for what I was quoted on the phone. Cameron was also very knowledgeable and explained things well. I will always recommend and use Aire Serv of Louisville! Thanks, Cameron!

He was able to check our system the same day I called for a regular maintenance visit. Jeremy discovered a condenser had burned our and was about to shut down the system. He arrived just in time! He replaced the part, cleaned and did general maintenance on our whole heating/cooling unit. He was cordial, professional and knowledgeable. I shall ask for him the next time we need assistance! I live out of town and I had Aire Serv Of Louisville come over and figure out what the problem was with my mothers AC. The technician they sent out communicated very well with me and my mother. They found a defective capacitor at the outdoor unit replaced it and checked the operation of the unit. There are some companies that will come out to your house and recommend replacing the entire system even though it’s just a small repair. The technician did recommend a maintenance agreement and we did purchase it. He did not recommend replacing the system so I appreciate his honesty and integrity in the situation. I would highly recommend this company over any contractor in Louisville. Showed up on time communicated very well and got the job done. My mother now has her air conditioning working thanks to Aire Serv. When it comes time to replace the air conditioner we will be calling Aire Serv. Thank you Aire Serv for a job well done 😊

If you’re still searching for a ventilation contractor then READ THIS REVIEW! I promise it’ll be worth your time. I have had experience with this company for the past five years and this review is based on sales experience, estimates, installations, equipment tuning, and maintenance and service calls. I have interacted with nearly a dozen Aire Serv employees, installers, and sales reps. I know first-hand this company’s passion for excellence, installer skill, and salesman knowledge and how the management seamlessly organizes all of the elements demanded for a swift installation when your unit fails on what’s inevitably the hottest day of the year. I first used Aire Serv because they carried high quality equipment and they delivered an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Bill Verbokemos perfectly sized and designed a variable speed heat pump system to replace my failed unit and I was beyond satisfied by the result. The installers came and went in less than day, even taking time at the end to clean the equipment and their workspace before they departed. Efficiency, noise volume, and air pressure were unmatched. I returned to Aire Serv years later because my first experience was incredible from start to finish. This year, in a new home fraught with compounding ventilation issues including condensation, mold, short-cycling, improperly-sized ductwork, high indoor humidity, and severe temperature irregularity, Zach Jones immediately was able to identify and diagnose the issues within minutes of walking through the door. Zach back-traced 18 years of HVAC history in the home by identifying forensic evidence left behind by other contractors. He presented a menu of options but only one was a clear choice—a ductless, 28 SEER, variable-speed, hyper-heat system. If the ductwork in your home is improperly designed, the decibel level of the outside unit is important to you, you have a dual-zone home with two heat pumps, or you are looking to dramatically reduce energy costs, then there is no question that you require a hyper-heat system. I’ve been astonished not only by the overall performance of the system but also by its programmability. Astonishingly, the outdoor heat pump is so quiet that I can have a conversation right next to it and I have to pause in order to hear if the fans are running. I do not exaggerate when I say it is whisper quiet. A conventional heat pump is stone age technology compared to the hyper-heat. This system is the future by not only providing extraordinarily efficient cooling, but also generating highly efficient heating without the aid of electric heat strips to temperatures below zero degrees Fahrenheit. Richard and Steve installed my hyper-heat with astounding detail and care. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and conscientious with personal property and gave me as much time as I needed to learn how to operate the system. I shouldn’t need to have another installation for decades at this point. But to anyone in this area, Aire Serv is definitely the only company I would recommend.

Had a water heater let go in the morning but couldn't arrange anything till lunch hour figuring I wouldn't have hot water for a couple of days. They called with a quote within 10 minutes and were at the house an hour later. By the time I got off work I had hot water again and everything was already cleaned up. Our AC unit kicked the bucket about 2 months after we moved in and we were on the fence about getting a new one this year when we spoke with Natalie and Mike during the expo in Louisville a few weeks ago. Once we hashed out our options, Mike came out to the house to check out our old system and explain some stuff to us. He was EXTREMELY helpful, coming after myself and my GF got home from work and by the following Thursday we had out new AC unit installed with our fancy Nest thermostat. Im still afraid I installed SkyNet in my house, but so far everything is working beautifully. Also, the guys who installed everything were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I wasn't home for the actual installation, but arrived when they were wrapping up. They answered all my questions, gave me a walk-through on what they had done, and finally explained all the components. All in all this was about as painless as it could have possibly been.
