I highly recommend Affordable Service Solutions! They are prompt, fast, friendly, and very helpful and affordable. I was without heat for 2 months waiting on a different company to come back or return my call when I finally gave up and called Affordable Solutions, who came to my rescue that same day and had heat by that afternoon! They went out of their way to be respectful of our home, keeping it as clean as possible while working. After a frustrating couple of weeks without AC over the summer and getting the runaround by several companies, I finally stumbled upon Affordable Services Solutions through a friend. Josh was able to diagnose my AC issue in no time and we were scheduled for service and replacement without hassle. Great service all around from Brian Caudill and his team. When I requested a quote for a replacement of my existing system Brian was quick to respond and provide. He was on top of questions and quick to get installation scheduled. Brandon Stewart and the installation team were friendly and professional. Everything was installed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up afterward - I didn't have to pick up a scrap! Brian came by the next day to check the work and make sure I was happy. I am! Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough great things about Affordable Service Solutions. Our AC went out and we had a 2 week old newborn at home. After calling multiple companies and explaining my situation, everyone told me it would be at least 3 days before they could get someone out. , I called Affordable and spoke to a woman that said give me a few minutes. Within a few hours, a serviceman showed up and got to work. While speaking with him and expressing my extreme gratitude, I found out that his name was Brian and he was in fact the owner of the business. It was late in the day. He had to drive to Lexington to get parts, but ensured me he would get us fixed and that he did. It says a lot about a business when the owner rolls up their sleeves on busy days to help their employees. We have had to call on Brian again, and he was here after hours! Wonderful business with quality management. They will have our business as long as we are in Richmond!

We had just bought a home outside of Richmond. The house had no heating and air for about 20 years or more. Brian came out and gave us an estimate on HAV. Everyone we worded with was professional and every courteous. They ended up having to pull out some ductwork and replaying it. All was done in good time and what we knew it would cost.

Brian and the Affordable Service Solutions team are great. They replaced our failed HVAC system several years ago. The failed system that Brian replaced was provided by a company that is now out of business. The new system from Affordable Service Solutions has performed well for years now, much better than the previous one. Though we also had a number of issues with our ducts and vents in the crawl space (installed by the previous company), our budget would not allow us to address the issues when Affordable replaced our HVAC system. So we waited. Now, several years later, Brian's team redesigned and replaced all the ductwork. The team, led by Brandon, did an excellent job! And Brandon ensured the work was done right. Brian, Brandon, and their team take pride in their service and the quality of their work. They genuinely care. Their service and the results of their work speak for themselves. They are friendly, professional, affordable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend their service.

I contacted "Signature Heating and Air" in Richmond Ky to fix my Air Conditioner and they told me it was my compressor and it would cost me 2 to 3 thousand dollars to repair. I told them I could not afford that price. I asked them to send me an email with the quote in case I decided to fix it at a later date. I never received an email quote from them. I then called affordable service solutions and found out it was not my compressor, but my contactor and capacitor. I only paid 380 dollars to get my air working again. They came right out and diagnosed the situation—which required a new furnace. They installed the furnace today, and we couldn't be happier! They were competent, polite, and very affordable. If anyone is looking for someone for their hvac needs this is the place that you need to call! When we first bought our house which has been a little over a year ago affordable was the one to come out to check our hvac unit to tell us what kind of condition it was in and if we would need to replace it since our unit is from 96. The guy that came out then was straight forward an very honest about everything he was in construction prior so he even went out of his way to tell us little things about the house which we thought was beyond nice. Here recently we called them back out do to our hvac unit messing up this time Josh came out. Josh is a beyond nice guy he to was very straight forward an honest about everything. We ended up needing a new hvac unit they not only gave us a great deal but they was able to come out an install it in just a few days! When they came out to install it they worked on it all day even had to go get another unit do to the fact the one they got was bent and still got it done that day for us! They have made sure to take care of us the entire step of the way an honestly have went above an beyond! You won’t find anyone else better than affordable!

Brian and his team have solved a problem I had with my system for years. I had 2 other companies check my system and one said it could not be fixed and the other "fixed it" but I had the same problem. I had a checkup and they told me a few things that needed attention including this problem. I made an appointment for a couple weeks later and they showed up on time and finished with work in less time than originally planned and my system works like new!!! I highly recommend this company!

Brian's team redid our entire heating and cooling system and helped us bypass our mess of a crawlspace by moving our unit to the attic. Dale was honest and thorough when he came out to bid the job, and he answered all of my questions in detail, even when I asked some of them twice. Dale, Kyle, and Anthony are personable, courteous, hard-working, and dedicated to doing their best work on each job. They solved so many of our problems and really modernized our home. We love the results! You cannot go wrong with this company.
