Came out right away and was on time. Justin was very professional. Was able to answer all questions. Very pleasant experience. Matt and Mark came out and installed new units. These guys worked very hard and made certain everything was done right. Would recommend them to anyone. They do a great job and are very reasonable.

My old heating and air very outdated and costly. After several estimates I went with A+Derr . I was able to replace all my needs through them. The crew that installed the new heating and cooling system did a fantastic job of removing moving the old units and installing the new units. They had to do some cutting to get the new units in and they did a remarkable job. They were very knowledgeable on installing the new units and stayed till I understood how to work the new one. They cleaned up very well after they were finished. He was very polite, and I am very satisfied with the work and my new units. I would recommend them to anyone.

Matt (Stinson) and Chad were great, they worked quickly, professionally to install new heating and AC units in our home, they took the time to explain their procedure, what makes these units most efficient and cleaned up after themselves post-service. Our install required our water heater to be removed and re installed, which they did wonderfully and were able to re-install the water heater a few inches over (within their scope of work requirements) in the closet which also ultimately gave us more room (vacuum and mop is no longer crammed!) They took the time to go over warranty info and double checked everything to make sure it worked as it should when they were finished. Highly recommend this company and these two gentlemen, great customer service and relieved to have an updated system!

I had a awesome experience with my full HVAC replacement. Jordan and Caleb were the 2 professionals that came to my home this morning ON TIME as promised. They were very professional and helpful with this major upgrade that was performed. They made sure I was very aware of everything that was being done. Did not install anything without a conversation where there was several options. Made sure to explain the new drain system and monthly cleaning tips to keep my home safe and clean for my family. Explained how the new vent was going to be ran before cutting a small hole in roof. The way they worked together to complete job is the ideal TEAM WORK you hope for. They checked each other's work and triple checked system and all functions before signing off job as complete. They left my home they same way it was when they arrived....CLEANED!!!! I couldn't not ask for better experience.

We had an unexpected issue with a thermostat yesterday and a regularly scheduled maintenance for 3 weeks from now. He came the next day, AND did the maintenance service that was already scheduled, saving us time and freeing up our schedule. I called A+ Derr on a Saturday because our AC broke. They were able to send someone over the very next day (on a Sunday!) for an estimate. A+ Derr’s prices were significantly lesser than their competitors and they were able to schedule our AC replacement 2 days later. By Tuesday, we got our new AC! Our installers Stephen T. and Bayley G. did a great job! They were very knowledgeable, hardworking and respectful! Overall, from start to finish, we are extremely pleased!

This was a shorter time than was estimated so that’s great, but the detail, care and quality that was put into our furnace/HVAC install was what really blew me away. Outstanding!! From initial call to completion. The sales manager meet me in under an hour from first call. He measured my house and checked duct work. He called to be sure they had everything in stock to do the installation. At 6:30 PM he made arrangements for an 8:30 AM install the NEXT Morning. The service technician were Outstanding!! They removed the old unit, and did a fantastic job of installing the new furnace and airconditoner. Their knowledge, skill level, and workmanship was off the chart excellent! And ther were very nice and friendly. They definitely went above and beyond. I am an engineer and have worked with many contractors and have run large industrial jobs for over 30 years. My furnace is 72 years old. It was an oil furnace converted to gas years ago. Essentially it is a dinosaur. I had a flood in the basement, dried it out the best I could and called A+derr to evaluate it and get the pilot lit and furnace in working order. Austin with A+derr came out and spent countless hours trying to get the pilot lit. Mind you it takes 2 ppl to get it lit because of age. He troubleshooted and and finally got it lit. Long story short, Austin is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and doesnt give up easily. He couldve easily suggested replacing it and making it easy on them and making more money for an install but he didnt. I am very pleased with the services they provided.

Purchased a new hvac unit 7 months ago in the summer. Install went ok. Ac worked fine all summer. But the furnace was said to have a had part and would need to be replaced by winter. They’ve been out 4-5 times since then for the same issue. Finally seemed like they got it fixed. Was never explained what actually fixed it this past time. It seemed to work well for two weeks. Now that the temp is zero degrees outside it had trouble keeping temperatures at 70 and ran all day staying around 60. Then around 9pm the unit would not run. Temp is zero right now. They are supposed to be here tomorrow. I’ll repost to update the results.

The previous owner of my house had an HVAC system installed in a way that was not up to code, so what would have been the simple task of replacing our furnace wound up involved rebuilding the AC system as well as reconfiguring exhaust plumbing. They were communicative of what they were doing and why, and even summoned their supervisor to confirm how best to proceed with the exhaust piping. All at the same charge we had been quoted before their arrival. Would recommend and we will be using them again as needed.

Ricky was our technician who performed seasonal maintenance on 2 units . He was polite, professional and thorough. Ricky is the only technician who actually hosed off both outside units which we were unaware was part of the service agreement. Past technician’s never performed or simply skipped this service so we appreciate he is following protocol to ensure our units are serviced correctly. We have had to replace parts during regular maintenance and it makes me wonder if it was due to past technician’s not following maintenance protocol or were not properly trained. .

Steven Taylor was our installer, I would like to say he was very professional very courteous and very knowledgeable. They were here the entire day I don't even think they took a break. They replaced the furnace and a brand new AC central air unit. He had set our central air to 70 it was 76 in the house within 3 hours the temperature was a comfortable 70°. Steven then walked me through the entire thermostat which I might add is Wi-Fi I thought it would be difficult but he took 15 minutes to explain everything and now I feel comfortable operating it from anywhere. I was so impressed with Steven that I asked if he could be the one to come back to replace our filter in 6 months and if we ever needed anything in the future. Steven and his partner are both very nice men and A+Derr should be very pleased that they have such professionals working for them. Both of them went out of their way to make sure that we were completely satisfied before they left. I plan on telling everybody that I know that is looking for a furnace or a central air unit about A +Derr. And in finishing this post out I would like to say the pricing was amazing.

It seems to me servicing the AC this late in the season has little value, it certainly wouldn't have prevented a problem over the bulk of the cooling season. I had a technician come out a few days after it was installed. He could not get rid of the noise. Before choosing this business, I checked out 4 other companies. A+ Derr was friendly from the start - not only offering times that worked with my schedule but even with their texting system let me see (a photo) which technician would show up for my initial quote and as well as to who I was expecting for the installation. The gentleman who came by to go over my quote was very friendly was not high pressure and went over all the benefits of choosing their company. I texted him later in the evening after going over their financing options- which were also very fair compared to other companies. He was able to get me on the schedule very quickly which was also extremely appreciated. The gentlemen who showed up this morning was on time, understood my concerns about potential kitty convict escapes and we worked out the best way for my pets to be safe. They were friendly explained what they were doing and why, made sure I understood safety features and also said it was no problem if I needed to call back later with any questions. My initial HVAC installation was great, but a subsequent install of a full-home humidifier has caused me to lower my rating. The first tech came out in December of 2021 to install the unit and it has taken 3 return visits and 4 months to finally get a working unit. I won't go into the details, but trying to get any sort of monetary compensation for all the trouble has been like pulling teeth and left me feeling less than satisfied with the whole ordeal. >>Original Review>> Excellent experience with Justin, Stephen, and Adam. Justin was always prompt in answering questions and came out multiple times to go over things I had questions about. Very impressed that he offered to reduce my quote pricing when he came over with the contract because a sale had started. Justin and Adam did an excellent install and everything looks clean and is running well. My 2-stage AC is noticeably cooler and more evenly distributed throughout the house. I got six quotes and A+ Derr easily beat them all even those with the exact same units quoted. Highly recommended that you add them to your list for quotes.

My home, built in 1860, needed both 30 year old HVAC systems replaced as I was nervous about their continued longevity. The man that originally installed them for me had retired. I approached four very reputable firms for pricing. I chose A+Derr based on my opinion of their estimator Bryden. Knowledgeable, straightforward, to the point, no pressure. He asked the right questions and gave the right answers to my questions. He gave me a reasonable quote. I had chosen to request a few options and they too were reasonably priced. The installers were a very pleasant surprise! They were friendly without being intrusive . They kept my home clean as they worked. It took a day a system for total replacement with part of a third day to insulate new interconnecting duct work. The system has been in for two weeks and I am very pleased . The new 2stage system has provided the most even climate we have experienced since living here. I highly recommend A+Derr. Follow up- My system has been in for 6 months and a leak was discovered in one of my systems. No whining or excuses. These folks come out straight away, have addressed the concern and I’m cooling again. Jon is top shelf.

I’m not sure where to start. Our system went out in the middle of the night during the hottest weekend we have had this year. My husband called A+ Derr and spoke with Bryden. From the moment we told him what was going on he was coming up with a solution. The other two companies said we had an issue that would require a system replacement or needed to order expensive parts to repair. Logan, with A+ Derr, took his time to listen to us, thoroughly inspect our system, and find the actual problem with our system. He provided a solution that saved us thousands of dollars by prolonging the life of our AC. Logan was professional, a great listener, humble, and had the heart of a teacher. He walked us through every step of his process and answered my questions in a way I could understand. I cannot praise A+ Derr highly enough! Logan is an asset to your team.

James sat down with me and showed me some options and pricing and showed me what options rated what rebates available at the time and from who. Our service area is vectren and they offer rebates. And federal rebates and how to get those rebates turned in. We discussed the different SEER ac ac units and the furnace units and he even crawled in the crawl space to make sure all my duct work was in good order. We went with the 18 SEER option because its its an investment in the home and our future. He did not push us that route or ask about our money, he just asked what kind of savings and longevity we would like in a system. They do offer financing James was able to kind of guide us on if we would or would not be approved and we were approved. We also got the ionizer installed in the duct work too jist to help with allergies and other air born particles. We are awaiting install due to demand and COVID but we are scheduled and the price was great. Military discount available too!

After hearing about my AC woes (it died) in the middle of Indiana's heat wave in early June, the tech happened to be in the area and dropped by for a quick look even though my appointment was for the next day. He gave me a quote and we chatted a little about the unit, where it came out that I hadn't backed up a previous tech's claim that the compressor was shot. So he took a look and replaced the capacitor - and it works again! I'm soooooo happy that I bought a new unit from them anyway, and can now wait for the installation in peace and comfort!
