My first call into the office to schedule an appoitment was great. I already knew this company was going to be awesome. Front desk was extremely nice and answered all my questions. Tony was our service technician who came out and did just an ac maintenance on our house. He was very knowledgeable and very detailed. Tony was kind, and helpful. We scheduled our annual a/c checkup and Wellington came out to service the 2 units we have. He did an outstanding job being very thorough and honest as if he were working on his own home. We were low on freon on one unit and he topped it off with one pound. He also recommended hard start kits which will help save the compressor and recommended duct cleaning which we knew we needed to do. I have been having issues in my new home AC unit since I moved in. The company the builder uses has been here 6 times in 9 months-same issue. They finally told me they won’t come out to look at it anymore,it’s operating “normally”. Today Chad S. from SoCal Green Hvac looks things over, finds compressor bolts missing and loose, 2 pounds undercharge on Freon, and comes up with possible solutions to the wall buzzing and vibrations that the other company said are “normal”. In a couple hours Chad has my unit running quieter then it’s ever been. Very professional, pleasant technician! I was so impressed I signed up for a 3 year maintenance agreement on the spot! We needed our new sink reconnected to plumbing after the installation of new counters. SoCal Green Hvac plumber came to disconnect prior to the install and gave us a clear assessment of the potential work effort to reconnect because the new sink was a different size. On the second visit to reconnect and replace the old copper pipes, SoCal Green Hvac plumbing team were patient and diligent in minimizing any damage because they needed to replace part of a pipe that was partially plastered into the back wall of an older house. Totally professional and pleasant. Will always trust SoCal Green Hvac’s with my plumbing needs.

Since then we have used them to maintain our AC systems and to make some adjustments to our duct work. One of the units they service is over 20 years old and they have never told us it needs replacing due to performance issues. Very successful experience!! Emailed them Sunday evening and received a response back within 10 minutes, which is outstanding! One of the air conditioning units had shutdown so house was uncomfortable but we could manage. Scheduled them to come out on Monday and Tom arrived right on time. I am finishing my second year of a preventive maintenance contract with SoCal Green Hvac and I couldn't be more pleased. We have three units, which they thoroughly checks out every six months. They are extremely good at reminding me when it's time which I appreciate. They have just completed their first follow up work, cleaning the condensing coils in all units, and replacing a capacitor in the biggest one. All was very professionally done. During the current labor shortage of skilled technicians, it is good to know SoCal Green Hvac is there.

Everything started off great. Ron called me to let me know he was on his way.. When he got here immediately checked out the furnace and then went outside to work on the air conditioning unit. He didn't have the part that needed to be replaced but found a supply house near where I live. He wasted no time going to get the part and coming back and doing the work on the AC unit. The total service including the time going to pick up the part took less than 2 and a 1/2 hours. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I’d say I’m satisfied over all with the job they did. Only had a couple of minor issues. Honestly for what I paid there shouldn’t have been any issues. I don’t mind paying for good service. I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for”. First issue I had was they were supposed to be here at 9:30 am. Didn’t get here till 3:30 pm because they didn’t finish a job from the day before. A little inconvenient for me but not too big of a deal. When they finally got here they were a good crew and did 99% of what they were supposed to do. But when finished cleaning and servicing the ducts and the unit they neglected to test run the system before they left. I had to run it myself and go around opening all the vents they left closed and clean up all the residual dust and dirt that blew out after the cleaning. Again, they did a decent job but I paid top dollar. Just don’t feel like I got top dollar service. I’d use them again but would watch a little closer to make sure I get what I pay for.

5 stars "ABSOLUTELY " Our HVAC system was very old and finally stopped working. Unfortunately, it had found the bad time to break. It happened in the hot summer Friday, and the heat at that day was 108 degrees. We found this company through the internet after reading multiple reviews and calling some other companies. Everybody had been so busy those days and we were told to wait till next week for a technician to check on our HVAC. When we called SoCal Green company and talked to Ben, their manager, he also said about a very busy time, but he would make his best to send somebody right away to see what’s wrong. I was amazed how quickly they responded. We did not have to wait until next week. First we met with the project manager Ron, and he told us, what we actually had suspected, that our HVAC had to be replaced with the new one. The next day he called and surprised me again, that his team was coming to do the job. They came early in the morning and worked till late in the evening. Ron was constantly controlling their work, making sure, that everything was perfectly done. These guys were perfection to the max. We’ve got our new HVAC. I had locked my thermostat so he figured that out and fixed it. Then he offered to change the filter and it really needed it. No extra charge. Chris explained their maintenance plan options but no pressure. He also gave me a contact for household services that include fire alarm battery changes. So so helpful!

After deciding on a variable speed unit the process was simple to confirm through emails and text. Our install date was scheduled within 2 weeks.
