Wonderful experience and absolutely recommend this business! Appointment was easy to schedule and the office was courteous. Our technician Grant was outstanding! He was very professional and friendly and called to give an accurate timeframe for arrival. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem efficiently and effectively. We are so grateful because if gone unfixed we would have sustained damage to the AC unit and water damage in the attack. Thank you Grant and Precise!

I can’t say enough about these two young men.. they were professional, knowledgeable and actually cared about us as the customer. Always a pleasurable experience when having work done by this company. No run around ever. They provide quality, straightforward, affordable service. Jake took care of us this time but Kevin was the one who installed our new HVAC unit in 2020. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and any problem is properly taken care of. 10/10 service. Won’t be using anyone else as long as we live within their service area.

My sister has been without air for 4 weeks. (She stayed at my home).She contacted her home warranty to get her a/c repaired. Warranty company sent out a HVC company that I will not name. They tried to sell her a brand new system which she did not need. So they stopped communicating with her after she declined. Still no air in my sister's home. Precise was a God-sent. I called one day and they came out the next day. Evaluated the problem and repaired it. It only needed a valve replaced! Billy was the technician who came out and repaired it. Thank you Precise and Billy for being professional, efficient and on time.

Two months ago I called to find out who could install a tankless hot water heater and the manufacturer gave me several names. Without them being trained, the warranty is not valid. This was the first one I called and Carter was patient and answered all of my questions before they even came out. I decided not to call the other contacts. My situation had some problems which they figured an answer with it costing me much less than I nervously anticipated. Every single person who came out was conscientious and polite. Their price was reasonable and I felt like I was being taken care of properly. I thought I had a problem a couple of weeks later and someone came right out and addressed my issue to my satisfaction at no cost. This could not have gone any smoother and I am so glad that I put in a tankless hot water heater and especially with this company.

They did wonderful! Two people (Grant and Chase) came to replace the AC unit. We were without AC for a week and not only were they timely, but incredibly friendly and quadruple checked their work to be sure they did everything correctly and cleaned up afterwards. I definitely recommend them!

Danny Perkins was the man who came out here today . I have never had a service call done so timely , and it was actually fixed !!!!!! 5 star experience with this guy!!!!!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. All employees should take notes from this hire , employees like him should be recognized & it’s rare to find someone who shows kindness ,actually listens to concerns & addresses the problem immediately. They were very responsive when our air conditioning unit went out on a Sunday afternoon. Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our issue and we ultimately decided to replace the system because it was basically worn out. The price quoted for the new install was very reasonable and we are extremely satisfied with everything. Highly recommend.

100/10 Travis did great. Took about 1 hour for everything. Price was the best of all the companies I called and he found the issue in the first 5mins here. Didn't leave any mess i even saw him wipe his feet each time he came in (I dont even do that) will definitely use again.

These guys did an amazing job. They replaced my entire AC system in just a few hours. They were a little messy and left the inside work area dirty but it was raining outside but they still got it done. It’s only been a couple days but the AC seems to be working perfectly. The new unit is much quieter too! I had several bids for the new system and Precise was very competitive and won our business. I highly recommend this place for any of your air conditioning needs.
