Always Quick service time, VERY professional, knowledgeable and kind . Had an emergency today my thermostat was OFF . And the heat was 75 and climbing! We keep out heat low at 67 or so and it was HOT in this house , they worked us in replaced the thermostat and checked our unit ! You cannot go wrong with Bert Black! And as a bonus my cats loved him!lol

WOW! The plumber that came for diagnostics, plumbing pipe repair and to install a HW heater was THE BEST, I’ve ever worked with!! 👏🙌👍. After assessment, knew exactly what work and materials were needed. Focused on completing the work, which took 3-4 hours. Zero personal phone calls incoming or outgoing. Gotta love that!!! I was His only customer during this time. What a nice and talented person. HIGHLY recommend Milan for ANY plumbing needs. They called back that day when our heating system quit even though it was Sunday. The repairman was knowledgeable even about our unusual dual system and repaired the initial problem. When an electrical problem in the system derailed the repair two days later, they came back immediately and fixed the problem at NO extra charge. Definitely 5 stars!

Not happy with this company at all. Had outside faucet leaking. Plumber who showed up had never heard of brand of faucet I had. Was told would need to replace entire faucet. He gave me estimate of job which I agreed to. Was told he was going to try to find this brand of faucet to save me several hundreds of dollars and would call Me in "a couple days" or I should call them if I didn't hear from him. Was also told I would not be charged another service fee if they did job. I waited a week to give him plenty of time. He didn't contact me so I called, was told the plumber would call me, he never did. Guess he just wanted the service fee and not the job. Called different company today and job completed 2 hours later. Will not use or recommend this company. Edit to update. I was contacted by Jason the general manager today and was pleased with his response and apology. Great customer service by management. I will consider using this company again in future when/if needed. Thank you Jason for reaching out!!

Ex. confirming my service request, reminder a couple of days in advance of my appt and the morning of AND I was really impressed when I received a notification informing me of which technician would be coming out to evaluate my HVAC with HIS photo! Update June 22, 2022. Excellent! One call does it all! Same day service !!! for plumber to check and replace 17 yr old gas hot water heater which konked out this morning. After discussion with service technician, Kenneth, it was an easy decision to replace it. He got us all the information in advance & worked up the cost so that we could make an educated decision. Then he confirmed the order and got us taken care of ASAP. Kenneth was the same guy who had done some other plumbing work for us, knew his stuff, professional & knowledgeable. They had a Rheem (like we’d had before) in stock, could get it & install Today! The other guy who worked with him was also knowledgeable and a straight-shooter, which we so appreciate. And the hot water heater is in the attic - asking them to go up there on a 100 degree summer day was torture! Thanks Once Again, BB. Previous post: Same day service for plumber to diagnose & repair gas hot water tank. Judy in office was so nice, caring and professional. Service guy was great, really knew his stuff. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I had a massive water leak that flooded my entire downstairs. Because of this freeze, I know they were slammed but they managed to come out and get the job done. In fact, one of the owners came out help on the job, which speaks volumes about the company’s ethic on the whole. Three burst pipes in a wall, fixed. Now we have ice for cocktails and I can take a shower, for which my fiancée is surely grateful.

I got home late Friday night and my house was 80 degrees while set at 70.. Not knowing a lot about AC units, I started googling hoping to find an easy fix. Going on 2 am and it is still hot as heck and the battery on my headlamp was going dead and decided rather than continuing to try I would call it a night and continue the battle in the morning. Next morning in the daylight same problem with what I ran into the night before. It is Memorial day weekend and with family members in the real estate business I called them to see what they thought the issue maybe and who they recommended to call. I got a call back from Bob and he was great to speak with off the start, he walked me thru every step or solution I had tried the night before without any hesitation. He explained stuff so that it actually made sense, and seemed more like a help line or like I had called a friend. I have never dealt with any service company who's job is to service try and walk a client thru solving the problem the way he did, much less on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Not sure on his position with the company and he does not know me from Adam, but hands down the experience was one that has me writing a review which I don't . They have my business and I will refer them to anyone who needs something done.

Bert Black Service Company came and quoted me on a new HVAC system. Their price was less than the 3 other well known names in the area. The installation went flawlessly and the two men that installed the system where very polite and courteous. They also were very clean. After the installation, they took the extra time needed to clean up behind themselves. Have called them since to help with other small jobs, such as plumbing and tree trimming. Would definetly use again and have recommended to friends and family.

My air conditioning was a sorry contractor-grade 6-seer system that likely would have died this year. I had Bert Black Companies install a new Amana heating/cooling unit in April, 2018. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! This is the first time since we have lived in this house (since 2006) that MY HOUSE STAYS AT THE TEMP I SET IT in the full heat of an Arkansas summer! Most summer days until now, my house would be set at 72 and it would run 100% of the time and only fall behind (usually getting to 78 before finally...possibly... getting back to 73 overnight). I set my new unit at 72, and it STAYS at 72. I am literally amazed. Kenneth did a great job sizing the system (stayed with a 4-ton but bumped to a 20-seer) and changed my blower from a 2-ton to 5-ton and it is magical. Seriously. THANKS for a great install and a great experience!
