Zen Air was assigned by our warranty co to take care of our heating issue that another company had been assigned to previously. We had issues with the other company worth not completing the job and it went on for 2 months. Our warranty finally reassigned it over to Zen Air and the office assistant was courteous and very willing to help. The technician was amazing! He was very professional and explained everything. I would recommend Zen Air and will definitely use them again.

Our a/c unit went out during the weekend. I contacted my home warranty, and they contacted Zen Aire. Zen Aire followed up with me immediately to ask what was wrong, and then provided me with a service time and date. They followed up the phone call with a text message, and then called the following day to confirm the date again. Originally, they were going to come on Tuesday, but were able to come 1 day earlier. Eric and David arrived on time, immediately found the issue, fixed it, and also helped fix a small rattle I was having with my second a/c unit. Very professional, fast service and nice guys. And for those who are interested, yes, they showed up wearing masks. I would happily use them again!

This service was AMAZING! After 2 months of not having air conditioning and having 2 different AC companies come out and check my system 5+ times these guys got it right immediately! I called and made an appointment at 930 and by noon they were at my house and fixing my AC. I’m so grateful that they were able to quickly find the issue and provide me and my 3 year old such much needed relief! I would highly recommend this company!

I have an evaporative cooler, I like to use it as long as I can before having to switch to AC, both for the energy saving and because it humidifies instead of drying out the air. Zen Aire knows how to maintain it and keeps it in top running condition. Very glad i found this service, if they expand into other areas, you can bet I will use them for those too.

Zen Aire is a fantastic service provider. We were 10 days without heat because of another company that did not seem to know what they were doing from a repair perspective, and let us drop through the cracks, day after day. We called Ryan at Zen Aire and he was here within a few hours. He diagnosed the issues and made the repairs right away. We finally have heat again. My home warranty company referred me to another company who never called back and would never answer their phone for me to schedule an appointment after 4 days of waiting with no heat. I contacted my home warranty company and requested another HVAC company. I was then referred to this company ZEN AIRE...what a HUGE difference!! Christine from ZEN AIRE called me the moment I got off the phone with my home warranty company. She set me up with an appointment for the following morning but then said she was going to check with the tech in my area and see if he could fit me in for today. Within 5 minutes Christine called back and said the tech would be right over TODAY..AMAZING!! The service tech was very polite, courteous, clean, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it up and running within 30 minutes. The tech even offered to reset my new, previously installed smart thermostat for me. I would highly recommend this FRIENDLY, QUICK, EFFICIENT, RELIABLE COMPANY!!! Thank you ZEN AIRE FOR TAKING SUCH GREAT CARE OF ME. T

Very happy with the service. My heating system wouldn't come on during this cold winter. Contacted Zen-zaire and a tech came out. He was able to fix the problem quickly in a professional and nice manner. The thermostat was malfunctioning so he replaced it and was able to get the heat back on. Based on this experience, I'd recommend Zen Aire.

Kristine went out of her way to support our concerns with e cells to follow up, she did what she said she would do and went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received so far. After hiring a a/c company that told me how bad condition my units were in and having the home warranty send a company that didn't want to do anything. These guys were awesome. From the office manager who answered my call to David & Eric who came out, listened to my issues - thoroughly looked at my units (inside and out), tested them and came back with the TRUTH of it! They weren't just trying to make a quick dollar and actually addressed all my needs! I will be using these guys when I opt to do a replacements on the units. In the meantime shout out to these 2 techs, the office manager -they took the stress out of my a/c issue and not robbing me blind!!

Ryan is very knowledgeable to explain a malfunctioning furnace gas valve. He came back very fast from a warehouse to bring a different gas valve. The price for a gas valve replacement was very competitive after having multiple quotes. I highly recommend Zen Aire for HVAC issues.

After getting a $1,223 quote for an inducer motor from Goettl for a nonfunctional furnace, I called Matt and Zen Aire. He was at my house within a couple hours. He spent exactly SIX MINUTES in my attic and five of them were spent with him and I talking. The repair took a minute. No exaggeration. A minute. Sixty seconds. Matt is a breath of fresh air in an industry that tries to maximize dollars on the backs of their customers under the guise of “service.” PT Barnum once said, “a fool and his money are soon parted.” If you call anybody other than Matt at Zen Aire for your HVAC needs, you’re a fool and you will soon be parted from more of your money than necessary.

Amazing work! I had been having problems with my heating/dealing with other companies, and I decided to give ZenAire a try. The office manager was very sympathetic with my situation and was able to get someone out in a few hours. The two guys that came were very nice and professional. Trevor especially was extremely helpful and was able to fix the issue in under an hour! Would definitely recommend working with them!
