We had the pleasure of using The AC Guys on a couple of occasions and the service and quick remedy to our problems were exceptional. The customer service we received from the office was very pleasant Taylor and the technician that came to our home was a gentleman Tony and extremely thorough. He took the time out of his busy schedule to clearly explain the issues we were having and what he did to repair them. We were so happy with the experiences we had with the AC Guys we scheduled them to inspect and evaluate the Heating and Cooling units that gave us the confidence to move forward with another Home Purchase. Taylor in the office is absolutely the best!!!

When I called I spoke with Taylor and she was able to get me in right away, she was awesome, very friendly! I was having some issues with my AC and also my refrigerator. The technicians name was Tony, he was so polite when he arrived and he explained everything thoroughly. He was able to fix both same day and it works better than ever now! My AC had went out yesterday evening. It just so happened that The A/C Guys were installing a new unit at my neighbors house. I walked over there and asked if they would perhaps be able to come over and take a look at my AC. I had spoken to Troy, who as it turns out is their Field Supervisor. He said that they would stop by as soon as they had things squared away at my neighbors house. I swear it must have been only 30 minutes later, when there was a knock at my door. The first thing i noticed was how tired Troy looked. I told him if he would rather come back another time, I would understand. He said that they had just completed a 12 hour install of a high efficiency unit, but that he would be happy to take a look at my AC. He even said that worst case scenario, if he wasn't able to fix it last night, he had some portable AC's in his van that he could leave with me, until he was able to come back to service my unit!!! Troy had showed us a cost/benefit analysis of repairing vs replacing our unit. With our unit being an older model, it didn't make a whole lot of sense to repair it when it will inevitably need another repair, after repair, after repair. He was so very knowledgeable, detailed, and honest, doing what he could to work within our budget. We opted to go with the 18 Seer High Efficiency unit. The unit is scheduled to be installed tomorrow, ON THE FOURTH OF JULY. In the meanwhile we are nice and comfortable with temporary AC. I am so incredibly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic of this company, and would highly recommend!!!

I called The AC Guys by recommendation from a friend. My mothers unit was not working properly. I contacted the AC guys and they took care of the problem with in hours. besides fixing the problem they also service the the unit. That was very nice of them. This company has very nice office staff (Jasmine) that are sweet on the phone and they try to accommodate you in any way. The technician guys are also nice and polite. They clean after them self when the job is completed. Keep up the good work. I will recommend them to friends and family. Stay away from The Residential Service Company! You guys are the BEST

I was concerned when I had looked at the reviews, but my experience began with a courteous office staff that scheduled my appointment quickly after receiving my repair order from my warranty company. Jasmin set a timeframe that would work for my schedule and the service tech arrived promptly within the frame and called in advance to verify that I was available. Art quickly found the problem and was able to complete a repair within 45min as he had parts on his truck to do the repair on site. Thanks AC Guys for a painless, pleasant experience.

In a time where everywhere you go, the true art of great customer service is lost, the AC Guys have it figured out. It is no fluke as we have used their services twice now. We had used them previously when our heater went out. They were able to quickly identify issues with our heater, ordered the parts in record time and made the repairs necessary. Then we had them come out to a new home that we were purchasing to look at the units. The technicians Tony and Danny were prompt, knowledgeable and beyond courteous. This AC company is by far the BEST one in vegas.. not only do they genuinely care about their customers! They go above and beyond to make sure that my family and I had heat this winter! Danny and Christopher the owners are the most polite and professional business owners I have ever come in contact with! The gals at the office are so helpful and patient when I tried to explain what was going on with my unit, and when they sent Ty out he called me in advance to let me know when he would be arriving and he explained everything throughly and made sure to let me know EXACTLY what was going on and walked me through the repair so I knew exactly what I was replacing why and for how much! This is going to sound a bit biased but this is a great company, they won't try to oversell you on something you don't need, they will give you a new unit purchase as a recommendation, but they 99% of the time push the repairs you need over a new unit. I personally know they try not to leave a call until they figured out everything they can and did everything in their power to get your AC back to running to almost new spec conditions. They work long hours and barely see their families so the residents of Las Vegas can have cold air in the summer and hot air in the winter.

So my heat went out and through my warranty they referred me to the A/C guys. They sent someone out the next day and they guy diagnosed the issues quickly and said that a part would have to be ordered. Ok great. By Wednesday I called to see if there was any update on the part. The lady that answered to phone put me on hold and then came back on to then tell me that the part in fact was never ordered. But they just got a large shipment in and that the part that was needed should be in whatever shipment came in. She then stated that she would call me later on in the evening to set up a time on Thursday schedule to come out. Ok great. Thursday morning came and went not phone call so I called on my lunch and had to leave a message. 10 min later I got the call from the tech that he was heading to my home. He insisted that they called me. I called the office and spoke with Taylor and she stated that she was the one to call and she did speak with me and I confirmed. I looked at my call history and not call ever came into my phone between 4-5 and just because you read my number back to me correctly doesn't mean you dialed it correctly or even at all. Techs are awesome. But the office staff needs serious work and to sit and argue with me and ask me what would you like me to do about it? well nothing since you cant even get my part ordered in the timely manner and just got lucky that it came in with whatever shipment you received.

My appt was accidentally cancelled, so the next appt 2 days later with ac guys. Tony was his name. He came as early as he could change my compressor everything was covered by warranty. He was nice, efficient, and quick. I will definitely want Tony for service if I need it (hope not)everytime.

Okay, I don't like giving out 5-star reviews to just any service business (especially those who deal with heating/cooling), but the AC Guys really do deserve high marks. I ran into an issue where I needed to have one of my AC units on the roof replaced and I went out to a number of different AC companies to get some quotes. Well, needless to say, most of the companies I contacted (particularly one that rhymes with "Ghetto") gave me really astronomical quotes on units that would have easily put me in the poor house. When I spoke with Chris at the AC Guys, he not only took the time to walk me through my different unit options (as in what I would need for a house my size, what the different terminology of the units meant, etc.), but he also gave me an amazing deal on a new AC unit - WAY cheaper than any of the other companies I got quotes from. And it wasn't a generic unit either - it was a Trane unit, which is one of the best AC units you can get. The AC Guys took care of scheduling a crane and getting the proper permits and all that stuff. And when they came out to install the unit, they did it quickly and efficiently, and were able to not damage my pigeon netting I have covering the units on the roof either! So the installers were very knowledgeable and professional, and it was a pretty painless install. In addition to that, I had an issue the next day after the installation where the new unit wasn't working for some reason. When I called up the AC Guys about the issue, they sent someone out that day and he fixed the issue at no charge (there was a loose wire in the unit that caused it to trip a breaker and shut off). They also fixed a broken disconnect box in my 2nd AC unit at no charge while they were up there, even though they could have easily charged me for such a thing. Over-all, the quality of service and the professionalism I received from this company was above and beyond compare. I'll definitely use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs in the future. I can't recommend these guys strongly enough. Not only are they good at what they do, but they have a great deal of integrity and won't milk you for every penny they can squeeze out of you. I saved close to $8,000 by going with them as opposed to other companies who seemed more interested in upselling me stuff than actually fixing my issue and treating me fairly. You can't go wrong with the AC Guys. If you have heating or cooling needs in the Vegas area, contact them first!

My AC went out not long after my baby was first born at the end of the hot Vegas summer - the same AC that had been "fixed" by three different companies over the last couple of months. The AC Guys came out, found the problem, and got us up and running. I waited a while before reviewing because we had thought the problem had been solved before just to run into the same issue. It has been running smooth ever since though! The tech who was here was really nice and personable, I think his name was Arthur. And Taylor handled all the coordinating and was helpful getting us in right away.

I am very happy with the service. They first came and gave me a honest assessment along with reasonable estimate. And he showed me pictures. Aquote from Hawthrown i received before The AC Guys, That tech wanted to replace the whole unit $3000 to $4000 even though the unit appeared fairly new and was only a year old. " Dont call them they will lie and try to rip you off!" It did take of bit of rescheduling to get the work done. And they still haven't cashed the check I gave them over to weeks ago., Otherwise my tech Trey was friendly, professional and got my swamp cooler working. I will recommend them to everyone,

Called the ac guys spoke with jasmine and was pleased with the way she handled the call as I was upset due to another company coming out and Have supposably ordered my parts. So I call the ac guys questioning why they are now calling and jasmine took the time to explain to me what the issue was and why they were sent out as a second opinion. The A/C Guys are amazing!! Our fridge went out over 2 weeks ago. When we called our warranty company, they sent out All Desert Appliances which they were a total joke! Technician came out with one screw driver, said he needed to order parts and would be back. After not hearing from them for a few days I called our warranty company again, apparently All Desert Appliances had no knowledge of the type of fridge we have and said they could not fix it. Warranty company had now set up for The A/C Guys to come out. From the very first phone call we received from the receptionist, she was polite and curtious, to Ron the technician that came out. Thanks to Ron working his magic, he got the part in town and was back in our home the very next day to fix our fridge. Needless to say I am be on happy with the service and customer care The A/C Guys have provided to us.

My A/C suddenly stopped cooling! I have two dogs waiting at home. I called A/C guys at 7am. She was very friendly. I had to go to work and told her that I would like to make an appointment after 5:30p. She made an arrangement. Technician James came on time and he checked everything for half an hour. My AC at least waited until summer was fading to fail, but it is still a necessity with a 2 story home that gets hot on the 2nd floor. I ha d two other companies out to provide estimates and was told my 9 year old system was falling apart and needed replaced versus being repaired. The AC Guys sent Tony out and my "falling apart" system was quickly repaired with a simple capacitor...less then $200 repair versus the $8000+ estimates I was given by those other guys. Thankful for an honest company that provided me a quick repair and no scare tactics to try and sell me on an unnecessary home expense.

i was referred to the " ac guys " from a close friend of mine due to my ac unit not working . i called them first thing in the morning & thdy had a technician come out the same day to come diagnose & let me know my options of what to do next . arther was my technician & before he was even on his way he called to let me know is eta & even called again when he was on his way . he was very helpful with any questions or concerns i had . definately a call worth making ! i will definately refer other friends & family members to the ac guys .
