Wonderful business and people! Helped us on two different occasions with our neighbor and again with a family member. Both times they came the same day and one of the times they even came out on a Sunday and then the next day on a holiday to help our 82 year old neighbor in the middle of summer with his A/C. Another company wanted to rip off our senior citizen neighbor so we are so happy that we called Sun City heating and Cooling because they bent over backwards to help our senior neighbor. Great company that will always have my business. This is the first time in Las Vegas that I've had a company go above and beyond like that.

I have never written feedback on any company before, but I feel this is has to told. If you don’t use Sun City you risk being overcharged. Tuesday 8/30 my A/C went out. I contacted the first company who worked 24/7. Elite came out, messed around a bit, then said I needed a whole new A/C system. 11k! A co-worker recommended SunCity who came out, on 8/31, very professional, diagnosed that I just needed a new “motherboard’, $589.00!!!! A/C works perfect. If you don’t go with SunCity, you will be very sorry.

Apparently it is VERY RARE for a vegas resident to find some AC experts that are as honest, professional, courteous and genuine as Sun City! I’ve been sold lies from the “big box” AC companies all over town, as soon as I called sun city, I know they care because someone from the office actually picked up the phone instead of some smooth-talking “call center”, and they were able to come out on THAT Friday afternoon within half an hour! Who does amazing things like this?!?! 😱 Aaron, our technician, was able to diagnose and suggest the repairs right away, and truly thinking from a customer’s perspective, and trying to make things work for us, instead of making an unsustainable profit. We were truly impressed by Aaron’s service - boss man if you are reading this, that guy deserves a promo! 😂 Will be sure to consult Sun City for future hearing / AC stuff, and highly recommend Sun City for all my friendly neighbors if you don’t wanna be out 20k replacing some AC units you don’t need to. 10 stars! ⭐️🤩

“Ray and all the other Techs arrived on time. When I first called with no A/C, they sent a tech out right away and got it started and let me know I will need a new unit. It went out over the July 4th and on July 5th they were out putting in a new system. They were able to replace the A/C and furnace quickly in one day. Before they left they verified that cool air was once coming through the vents along with cleaning up.

I am so grateful that Cameron Wilding from Sun City Heating and cooling which I highly recommend figured out the reason why my unit wasn't blowing cold Air. The First tech from another company Air Supply tried to scam me. He put too much refrigerant in my AC that caused a weird sound, he said my compressor was not functioning properly that I need to replace the AC and furnace which will cost me $11,000. He did not mention in the invoice that he added refrigerant Thank goodness for Ring Cams it shows he added way too much refrigerant that caused my AC to make that loud grinding sound . A second tech came out from a referral. This tech took out some of the refrigerant out . The temperature inside my house was from 78 to 90 during the course of two days.He replace the txv valve and still no cold Air. I even mentioned to him that perhaps it needed more refrigerant and possibly he took more out. He ignored my plea. 6 days of living in 90 degree temp inside my home we had to purchase a portable AC in one of the rooms. I already spent $400 hiring two incompetent techs, and spent $380 for a portable AC . We had to stay in one room just to cool off using that portable AC. I finally called Sun City Heating and Cooling. They sent Cameron Wilding one of their Techs. He figured out what was wrong base on what Air Supply tech did and the second tech did. My AC was under 100PSI The first tech put too much refrigerant , the second tech took out a lot of refrigerant . Both recommended to replace my unit. According to Cameron from SunCity my AC and Furnace are fine. All it needed was the right amount of refrigerant. Now the temperature inside my home was from 90deg to now 78. Thank you Sun City and thank you Cameron. I was only charged $267.00 way less than the first tech quoted me $11k and the second tech quoted me $3800 to replace the unit. SunCity Heating and Air have amazing 5 star reviews. They have great work ethics, honest business practices, professional, and knowledgeable.

Great company who installed a full ac system at my house in a little more than half a day. No bs or haggling about prices. The owner picked up the phone on a Sunday and came out Monday and was a straight shooter with prices and when. Ive called multiple companies around the area and they would refuse to at least give me a guestimate. Also I respect that they do not work with lower end brands such as Goodman. Installed a Trane system and it works great in this 100 degree heat. The workers were professional when Installing and didn't leave my place a mess. 5 stars for sure and I would highly recommend. Found this company after numerous phone calls with many HVAC companies in Vegas.

We are SO HAPPY that we contracted with Sun Country (Sun City) HVAC to install our completely new Trane HVAC system. Their sales consultant, Mike X. was very helpful and their install technicians were like a surgical team-highly organized, professional and cleaned before leaving. We replaced our 21year old Carrier home builder installed system because it could not maintain a comfortable temperature in the summer heat any longer, the condenser and furnace blower made noise and the compressor was ready to fail. After getting quotes from several competitors it was crystal clear who I was going to choose, the company who answered their phone calls, came out to visit the site and actually enter the attic to review the system, and suggested ideas to make it work even better than before. We had a poorly designed plenum box that had so many connections it was impossible to provide proper air flow. Sun Country designed and installed a new plenum box, redirected some flex ducts and made the air flow 10x better than before. We even selected the Trane CleanEffects electronic air cleaner and my house smells fresh every day with no lingering food odors or musty/dusty smell. I can honestly say they were the best price for the quality of equipment, labor and customer service I received. Great job team Sun Country (Sun City)!

It was Christmas Day day and I was in Texas. Our roommate was at the house. She Sent me a message that the heat was not working in the house. I did not know who to call. I went online and looked up top rated HVAC repair.. This is how I came across Sun Country. They have great reviews and they are family owned so I went ahead and took my chances. The next Day After Christmas which happened to be a Sunday. I called and was able to get a repairman that same day. The repair man did an excellent job and was very professional I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.

After 3 weeks of having no ac and dealing with my home owner's warranty to no avail I called Sun Country heating and ac. All I can say is Wow. Alexis had Mike come out the same day I called and I decided to purchase my ac from them. The tech Cameron even came back to offer me a cooling unit to use until install. Two days later Brian and his crew were at my home first thing to install my unit. From the first call to the install this company was professional and efficient and friendly. Used Sun City Heating & cooling to replace the air conditioning/heating systems in both my house and casita. I can’t recommend them enough; they arrived on time with a very professional crew of about eight and got right to work. They worked diligently and were very respectful of my property. When they finished working in the attic, they replaced the moulding they had to remove around the entry space, caulked it AND painted it! That’s what I call “going above and beyond”. We are very happy with Sun Country. Ray, the owner, was very knowledgeable about his products, deals, and the time line needed and was able to fit into our schedule. He came out on a Friday, gave us an great estimate, and was able to line up top of the line parts, and labor in one day and showed up on time Tuesday morning. His crew were professional, skilled and friendly. They had a couple of temporary issues and Ray sent more of his team to the rescue. They finished the whole installation of an entire new heating and cooling system in one day as promised, and their estimate was not one penney more than stated. The work areas were left cleaner than they found them. They earned their 5 stars.

I don’t usually review my experiences with contractors, but the exceptional service I received from Ray and his sun city heating and cooling business deserves documenting. The initial visit from Ray was friendly, straight forward, and covered all the bases. I needed two complete systems using the new 410r r22 Freon replacement. In about an hour I knew the equipment options available and an exact price for each. It was amazing. I chose the systems I wanted and made the order right at my kitchen table. That might seem a bit rash, but my previous experience talking to my neighbors who had already had the same work done gave me a good idea of the costs. Don’t think I could have made a better deal. Now comes the real cool part of my experience. About a week later his crew pulled up to my house. Talk about an organized crew. Almost without any hesitation they went into action. After some very polite introductions, they went at it. Almost like machines. 61/2 hours later they were starting up the two new systems. Truly amazing. In my years of construction I’ve been a member of and in charges of many crews. I know I can’t remember them all, but I’m hard pressed to remember one that was any better than Rays bunch. We met with Mike, and he gave us several options to choose from with no hard sell. He explained the process of what they would do and answered all of our questions. Sun City is awesome! Our air conditioning went out last night and we knew we would be miserable this afternoon so I called expecting to get an answering machine this morning at 5:30. To my surprise Ray, the owner of Sun City, answered my call and I agreed to send someone out by 10 AM Sunday morning. To my surprise Ray himself came to service our air conditioning at 8:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue quickly and and cost effectively. He also recommended some easy monthly maintenance to keep our HVAC system at peak performance. Our house was back to being nice and cool before lunchtime. Thank you Ray and Sun City. I encourage everyone two use this local family-based business for all your HVAC needs.

I used Sun City for maintenance on my two home air conditioning systems. Their dispatcher was fantastic and they were able to schedule me for the following day and arrived promptly on time. Cameron and Carlos did a great job. They identified a few small repairs and quoted them, but were not a hard sell at all. They were very aware of the current health concerns and did a total “clean call”. I paid a very fair price for maintenance on two systems. I will use Sun City again for any of my HVAC needs and I will be getting a replacement quote for my units soon as well since they are at that age to start to plan for replacement (17 years).

Sun City Heating & Cooling have been great!! I did not have AC the weekend it was 115 degrees.. Contacted the warranty company and they requested Chilly Willys and Ideal Services to come out as a priority. This was Sunday morning and on Tuesday never received a call from either one. Sun City was recommended to me by a friend and they were so concerned that I didnt have air conditioning for 3 days already that someone from Sun City had come out within 3 hours.
