This company was so awesome. No hidden fees. Efficient as the workers never stopped until the job was done. Crane was schedule for 1p and the came at like 9/10a. Showed me how to use my thermostat with my new system. Went through several companies for quotes, loved the quality of work I received. Honest people are rare in the city of sin but not with this company. Wish they offered more services, so I know someone reliable and efficient would be getting the jobs done ! Thank you guys Lauren

Called them up very early on a Monday morning (today) and someone was here within forty minutes. Very professional and he is very knowledgeable - he knew what was wrong with the AC unit after a few words of description about what it did. The consultation was free, and he gave a very competitive price estimate. He had it fixed shortly and now we won't have to worry about being baked in our own house for the summer. The service comes with a terrific warranty as well! Not to mention that our AC now runs so smooth, you can barely hear it. Plus he was great to talk to and he was very personable and chatted with my dad about his questions regarding air conditioners. Would highly recommend them to anyone, and thanks so much for fixing our unit!

It was 90 degrees in my house and my a/c was blowing hot air. The second floor was like an oven. So, my husband checked around and had Snow Frosty guys come out. Not only did they come out that same day, they came even though it was after their business hours. We were so desperate for our a/c to work, we were thrilled when they showed up. They were thorough and very informative. We told them we might need a new unit but they said it just needed to be cleaned and recharged with freon. Wow! I am so shocked to find a company that actually cares about service! It is unheard of these days. I feel the cold air now...thank goodness! Oh and to top it off, he serviced the heater as well and did not increase his price quote. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Don't get scammed by anyone else. We are so thankful that we used Snow Frosty! :) Thank you very much!

My air was blowing hot. One company had a no availability for 4 days So then i called Snow Frosty and they had me scheduled for the next morning. Junior is the tech that came over. He was friendly and got right to work. In 5 min he told me it was a capacitor that went out. Fixed it and was out of here in about 30 min. I'm going to call these guys next I have an hvac problem

Living in California its hard to maintain your rental property, also when you have a rental home and can't trust someone for advice you need to look on your own. Google did not let me down, Snow Frosty has a very good word of mouth and reviews that paint them as very honest. We had them come out and I was only charged a wiring fee of $60.00, for some loose wires that had come loose. I am surprised and shocked that I was not taken advantage of in my hour of need especially being in another state and relying on that technician to be your eyes and ears since no one is home.

Earlier this week, I had what I thought was a major issue with my air conditioning. I called afterhours for an emergency appointment and Junior was there within 30 minutes. He was quick and efficient in diagnosing where the issue was. I will admit that I was panicing about the siutation but Junior calmed me down and didn't make me feel stupid about my overall lack of knowlede on my air conditioning needs. The fee to come out afterhours was very reasonable. This is the only company that I will use for my Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

We had them out here three times to fix the problem but in the end Junior the Tech was Great and finally fixed the problem! As usual it was our Home Warranty that was a part of the problem also. But all in all Junior tech is the one you need to help you out! Now are A/C is blowing a Frosty 57 degrees at 106 Degrees outside! Got to love Las Vegas Weather!

To start, I'm not certain that ALL Home Warranty companies are charlatans, but American Home Shield IS. DON'T give them your business. SO - after being jacked around by AHS for 2 days (A/C down - Las Vegas - JULY - say no more), I was despondent. Booked a cheezy hotel room for me & my 3 dogs for the whole weekend. Before heading out the door, hit Google with "NLV A/C REPAIR." Blindly chose Snow Frosty. Called. Within TWO HOURS of that call (including the techs having to run off to find the correct blower motor), we were blowing COLD again, and I cancelled the hotel. KUDOS to phone-guy Daniel, who calmed my panic and had someone to me in MINUTES; and especially to that 'someone,' their tech RAUL (or 'The Wizard Of Air,' as I now call him), who had the problem & solution NAILED upon arrival, and zipped thru the repair while spouting charm & wit. Whatever you guys are paying him. he's worth DOUBLE that. And I should add that their price beat the next best estimate by a couple hundred. You made a friend today, Snow Frosty. My prayer is that I'll never need to call you again, but if I do....ONE call, that's all! (sorry, Glen)

Five stars for anyone who is able to be honest enough to fix thermostat wiring without charging! I am amazed they could have sold me a unit, but instead they were honest and upfront.
