Not a good thing when water is coming out of the wall at 9:20 on a Friday night. Emailed Rebel from their website. Yes I turned the water main off. 9:45pm, same night Amanda calls to schedule for Saturday! Wow. Their tech named D came out and in about two hours work is done. At that point I joined their club membership as he was out prior for a different job that they won the bid for. We now use Rebel for our home AC as well. I hope you make the right decision like me and use them. Non paid endorsement lol.

Joe Johnson and his team of pro techs at Rebel Refrigeration AC and Plumbing are just the best! My entire HVAC system had to be replaced when the 22 year old AC finally died. They had me up and running with a new RUUD system in two days from initial contact. On installation day they ( 4 techs) arrived at 6:30 am sharp and were finished at precisely noon. They were fast, efficient, courteous, knowledgable, informative and very professional from start to finish. They have a new customer for life!

Rebel Refrigeration & Air Conditioning has all around been our trusted go to for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. As a medium sized management company it is important for us to have reliable, professional and knowledgeable vendors that we send into our clients homes. They have an amazing staff that is always ready and available to assist from their technicians to their customer service department...They are truly top notch. Not to mention their response time is unbeatable, as soon as I submit a work order usually within the hour they have reached out to our tenant to schedule for repair. In most cases they are same day service! The Rebel Team is great at communicating and keeping us up-to-date not only as the appointments are being scheduled but in the field as their team is diagnosing the issue/s at hand. This is one company I have no problem giving my highest recommendation to they certainly are not a fly by the night company and take their professionalism and customer service to the next level.

We have been pleased with service from Rebel Refrigeration. We use them for our preventative maintenance which is so important. We have also had repair work done. Our tech, Hector, is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, and what needs to be done. He explains the pros and cons of a specific repair if we have questions. The office staff is polite and helpful. They give you a time frame for expected arrival, and call when the tech is on his way. I have also spoken with Chris on the phone about a job in progress, and he has also been friendly and helpful. We would recommend Rebel Refrigeration as being reliable and trustworthy.

Full disclosure we have used Rebel Refrigeration before, but just saying that would be enough for an excellent endorsement. But I must say that the service was excellent, they arrived in a timely matter to see what our air conditioning issue was. finding that replacment with new units was what we decided to do. Then we dealt with a friendly office staff who set our appointment to have our three units replaced. We don't need to be reminded of our scheduled appointment but it was nice that within that reminder call we were given additional information and my question was answered. The crew of four men arrive on time, worked professionally and finished early. We will call on Rebel again when the need arises.

Super company to do business with! We had 2 of our central air systems replaced this spring. We are so happy our new Rudd 14 seer units. Before we were constantly having to turn the thermostat up or down as it was always too hot or too cold. These new units keep us very comfortable and are so quite you don’t even know they are running. Joe and his crew, including the office staff are top notch professionals. They came when they said they would, prepped the area to keep walls and floors from getting damaged and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. Then there was even follow up on their part to make sure everything was in order and we were happy. They made this big job stress free for us. I appreciate the Rebel Team!

Never a doubt in my mind on who to call for my home's plumbing, heating or a/c issues...it's always Rebel (since 1996)! Not only do they fix the problem the first time, they are on time! From the initial call for the service request to the follow up after the work has been completed each employee is knowledgeable and professional. The owner (Joe) treats you like you are his family and expects nothing less from his employees. My most recent call for service was a "new toilet install". A complication due to a toilet flange needing replaced in my floor was handled with ease (definitely wouldn't have been easy for me!). The technician, "D", diagnosed the problem, handled the replacement, installed the new bowl and was out the door in less than 75 minutes. Great job D!! Don't hesitate calling Rebel...you won't be sorry. :)

I called Rebel for information and advice about issues that I was having with my a/c system. I recently purchased a home and am very unsatisfied with the company that my homeowners insurance is sending out. The employees at Rebel were very kind and patient with my questions and told me what could be some of the causes. Which I then relayed that info to the insurance providers company. I know who I will be calling once my insurance policy has ended! For them to put that kind of time into answering my questions even though I wasn't currently a paying customer, tells me that customer service is important to them.

I currently use the AC Bi-Annual service and also have the plumbing service as well. You never now when you are going to be in a bid. When my upstairs AC stopped cooling over the weekend I called Rebel. I couldn’t have them out right away due to working 12 shifts. I had to reschedule my appointment last minute, which they accommodated, due to working an extra shift in my ICU. This was a FANTASTIC experience! My high-efficiency furnace was having issues. I initially used someone else to try and repair it, but to no avail. I contacted Rebel Refrigeration, and was told that they would be sending over two of their technicians, to make sure the job would be done right the first time. And sure enough, it was. Alan and Tony were very professional, contacting me throughout the process, letting me know what they found and what needed to be done. When I got home from work, the problem was fixed, the attic left clean, and the furnace works GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend Rebel Refrigeration!

I needed to find out information about warranty service for my York A/C, purchased in December 2006. The company I have a contract with for annual service, YES Air conditioning and Plumbing suggested I contact the company I made the original purchase with and that they couldn't help me.Unfortunately that company had their license revoked and did not respond to my phone calls. I felt lost and abandoned. I randomly made calls to like companies that I found on the Internet and spoke with a person who suggested I call Chris at Rebel who he said "were good guys". Encouraged, I called Chris who offered immediate help and through him I found out that the Condenser Fan motor, for which I was trying to find out if it was still under warranty, was unfortunately no longer under warranty. When I told Chris that "Yes" had found the motor to be leaking and for me to consider replacing it ($567.00),he offered to inspect the item and give his professional opinion on my dilemma. He dispatched his technician Allan to assess the situation who after a physical inspection gave me his conclusion that there was no need to have the motor replaced.He gave me a detailed explanation to support his findings.In addition, Allan gave me a lot of information on related subjects such as transitioning from all electric to electric/gas combos, getting access to gas on the roof, size of heat pump units.After having had this interaction with Rebel Refrigeration I am thankful that I happened to find them.

Rebel Refrigeration evaluated a "non-working" AC unit for me at a property in Henderson, Nevada; late July 2021 during a blistering "heat wave" where two elderly people live who are medically challenged. These people cannot live without AC, period. They determined the unit was non-repairable due to "age" and "usage". Their work was superb !!! From the front office, to the evaluation technician to the installation team members All Work was coordinated flawlessly with skill, professionalism and concern for the elderly people living in that home. Had main water line leak called Rebel late Saturday night , they are Very responsive, came out next early Sunday Morning Dee got here and got to work right away, figured out the solution to main water line leak let me know every step he was going through , put me at ease, changed out the water valve and pressure regulator in the garage it wouldn’t close or open, once utilities came out to mark the front yard he got to work on it on Tuesday morning, Rebel Refrigeration and Plumbing got it done. D is very hard worker. Not one bit scared to get dirty. Gets right into it, the dirt is no joke to dig out specially with all the heat outside. By the way I had gone to home advisor about 4 hours earlier waiting to get a response, nothing, until Dee was working on it had one company see if they could come out Monday to give me an estimate, Monday I had another see if they could out out Tuesday, then had another on Tuesday to see if could schedule an appointment to have someone come out I told all of them it’s O.K Rebel Refrigeration and Plumbing is here.

First off five stars when Alan walked up to my front door already pulling shoe covers out of his pocket! I ask for no shoes in my home & was so happy to not have to ask him. Second off five stars for being so nice & telling me what he was doing every step of the way. Started experiencing heater issues the previous day that turned into a Gas concern. Alan immediately explained to me why that happened & fixed the problem. Quick response, which was so great as I had my young grand daughter with me. Was happy to have the house back to normal when my kids got home from school. Ashley was very kind over the phone & gave me a call before Alan arrived. Excellent customer service that seemed to care, quick response time & fixed the problem right away.
