Felt like Ricardo really cared. He did great work and he was the only one to figure out what my problem was all four plumbers said it was a leak Ricardo scene the water heater and seen the tank that the pressure valve just needed to be released. He saved us a lot of money. Would recommend them to anyone. Friendly and nice and felt very comfortable

I called R&R at about 3:30 requesting someone to come check out our broken AC unit and they were able to have someone there by 5 PM the same day! I was very impressed with their quick service. Luis came to see what was the problem and he was professional, kind, and attentive. He checked everything possible to find the problem with out AC and was able to resolve the issue. We had our heater leaking on a Saturday night with calling other companies Roy was the only one who picked up the phone and was kind enough to guide us through shutting off our main valve. He came out first thing next morning to diagnose the problem. After diagnosing the issue he was able to fit us in the next morning (Monday). Roy & His team were impeccable and did an amazing job! Had everything done in one day! We HIGHLY recommend Roy and his team!

R&R has been doing all our electrical work at our shop since we started doing business a couple years ago. He's wired in all our heavy equipment in our shop. The work is always done correctly, looks good, and they are very professional when they come in to do work. I appreciate all the work he has done for us and will continue to use him as we expand our business! He first came in to wire in two of our lifts two years ago and have had no issues. Very glad to find a company who is reliable and does quality work.

Roy, Angel, Raul and the young guy (sorry i forgot your name) all were excellent for the past few days. They were very helpful and professional. We had a main water line break in our new home that we've been at for less than a month. Things are very expensive as usual during moves, it's a very busy time of year and it's 112 degree out and these guys worked nonstop. R&R has been in constant contact and has let us know from the beginning of what we could all expect for repairs costs and what would be most ideal. We are very happy with their honesty, hard work, and fair pricing. We've been here in Vegas for 18 years and we've used all kinds of fly by night, short term fix or just shoddy take as much money as they could businesses in the past. I can not recommend R&R high enough. Absolutely fantastic and we will not use anyone else for the future!

Finding a quality company and someone you can trust for home repairs can be tough but R&R is definitely the company you can trust for A/C repair and installation. I can personally say I have received great service twice and Roy is professional, friendly and very informative with repairs needed and work done. Chris and his crew were fantastic! I had a leaking pipe that was hard to access. He worked with me when I did not want him to cut open one side of the wall. R & R installed all my air ducts, technician John A. Was very nice, and a hard worker. I recommend R & R their prices are very reasonable, and they did a great job I'm very happy. When I’m positing this they have 120 5-star reviews and I now know why. Roy was outstanding when he arrived at the house to fix my broken AC unit. A real class act and super helpful. He was also super fast and efficient and I lingered over his shoulder while he worked so I could understand what was needed. After the first call I made I was sent text confirmations about the appt and updates on show time the day off my appt. Overall, it’s tough spending money on broken household items but I had no issues with this because of how professional they were and how quickly they showed up when I was melting in my house. My experience with R&R mechanical has been excellent. They did the Spring and Fall maintenance on my two zone system at my former home for many years. They are very competent, reasonably priced and reliable. They will troubleshoot and identify performance issues with your mechanical system to keep it running efficiently.

They get three stars for communication and being on time, which was great. They lose two stars because the price was very high. The tech was there for 30 minutes total and it cost $300 to fix a garbage disposal. I couldn’t say no to the $300 charge because they would have charged $80 just to come out and not do the repair. Update: Since company responded re labor charges for the half hour. That equates to $320 per hour for labor.

I had Roy @ R&R replace the main water line from the street to the house. They new it was an emergency and water my was shut off. R&R came out the next day and replaced line. They did an excellent job and price was very reasonable. . They had to pull out landscaping and artificial grass to replace the line. I have used R&R's services for many years. They installed a new Air Conditioner and a new water heater, as well a fixing a leaking water valve that is used to fill my swimming pool. When I needed to leave on a trip Sunday morning, I found on Friday that my toilet was no longer firmly mounted to the floor. I called on Friday afternoon and R&R sent a repairman to my house on Saturday. He installed a new flange to replace the broken one and reinstalled the toilet. I was able to take my trip as scheduled knowing my plumbing was in great shape.

I had two units checked and I think they did good on the small one, but the other one is taking way to long to cool the house after being off only 15-30 minutes. Might still be low on coolant. ** Not sure why you say he did not work on it - he did. Also I spoke to a guy at your office and he said they would recheck that unit. After reading your reply - no sense arguing - I immediately setup an appointment with Sierra LLC Air Conditioning and Heating. It's only $55.00 with the Costco discount and I've used them before. ** Reply to R&R's reply - Truth be Told: They checked two a/c units - the little one was 1 pound low on coolant, Salvador told me he adds an extra 3oz because you loose some when you unplug the hoses from the unit. I did not watch the other guy as closely, but noticed he checked the capacitor, Plugged in his hose, tested it and unplugged them. Of course I saw coolant escape both times.

My air conditioner stopped working. A good friend recommended R&R AC Repair. I called and the technician came right away to evaluate the situation and recommended a new unit, which has been working well ever since. Last fall my heater stopped working. Again I called and a minor problem was fixed quickly. My next project is to replace the heater later this year. R&R already has provide me with a quote. Needless to say I'm satisfied with R&R.

Salvador came out on a 2nd opinion because 1st company seemed real shady (slim lol). Got unit working has been 85 degrees for two days . Air is blowing cold now 63degrees. Yay fans off now .I will be sleeping upstairs tonight. Salvador you are them BEST. I have an HVAC system from hell but I’ve chosen to keep it going because a future renovation and expansion will eliminate that whole system. R&R is not the first company to work on it for me, I’ve had others that I’d worked with in the past but we’re bought out by huge companies that overcharged me and damaged my property. That seams to be a thing where big companies that are horrible buy out small companies with a good reputation and hide behind it. I can tell you this isn’t the case with R&R. They are very reasonable in price, scheduling and understanding customers needs without being pushy or heavy on sales. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use their services for as long as ownership stays in place.
