We used Pro Zone because our fan wasn’t turning off on our AC. Our technician, David was amazing. He was in time, so very honest & ended up saving us thousands of dollars. We had originally called One Hour Air who told us that we needed a complete new AC & quoted us at 12,000 bucks. David fixed our problems for under 1,000. We will definitely be lifetime customers of Pro Zone. Two thumbs up & 5 stars in our opinion!

This company is SO responsive! I called in the evening and they were able to come out the next day. Narek was awesome! AC quit working overnight, called in the morning and got a 5pm to 8pm window for that day. The tech arrived just before 6, after troubleshooting and finding the problem he had the parts and got it up and running within the time he said it would take, about an hour and a half. It was 100° and a rooftop unit on a 2 story house without easy access. Good experience and good communication throughout. Much appreciated.

I just had my AC install yesterday, And what a great experience it was. Verdant the owner was amazing. He was so honest, reliable, He answered all my questions and explain to me whatever I didn’t understand. His Price for my AC was The lowest price from four other companies. All his workers that came were very nice and friendly I felt very comfortable with them. They all wore their face masks and foot covering.After they were done they did a great job cleaning up. I definitely will be using this company again. If you ever need to replace your AC, Pro Zone is the best place to go.

I initially got a quote from another company that I was unsure about. Contacted ProZone for a second opinion and Vardan scheduled me that night to come out the following morning. Not only did I receive a much better quote, Vardan was able to explain in detail exactly what was wrong. He even showed me pictures, and took the time to answer any questions and concerns. I decided to go with them, and am thrilled I did. The install was on time and very professional. Inspection was conducted soon after with zero issues. The AC works great and WiFi thermostats were a great addition. I will only go with ProZone from here on out!!!

Last week I called and got a quote of 99 dollars for an air conditioning tune up service. When I called today Mario was very quick to get me set up for a same day service and quoted me 59 dollars because of a spring special! However, the one issue I did have was I was told 59 dollars for the service, he wasn’t completely clear that it was per unit. At the same time I realize it may seem like a common sense thing so I didn’t get to upset. David was my technician and he arrived about 15 minutes early. David was super informative took pictures of everything and showed me what the pressure and electrical readings were and what they’re supposed to be. After it was all said and done he explained to me that I need a few parts for my AC but was super laid back about it (not pushy at all) and explained that while the parts aren’t in dire need of replacement, they could in-fact cause problems down the road. Again I didn’t feel pressured. David spent about three hours at my house taking apart the units, cleaning them, checking to make sure it was all working perfectly the replaced the parts he mentioned to me all while having polite conversation, and taking a few seconds here and there to make sure that my family, myself and even my dog felt comfortable with him being in our home! 100 percent would recommend this company. I’m not sure what average prices are for these types of services, but if they’re a little higher, the customer service makes it worth it and if they’re a little lower, then this company is way above and beyond! Thank you David and Mario for making me feel more like a person to you all rather than just another job!

Scheduled an a/c system tuneup. We do this every year prior to the summer heat. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He performed the most extensive service I have seen in years. Tested the components, cleaned the coils and checked for proper operation when he was done. We will use ProZone every time.

I have dealt with two other HVAC companies in the past 5 months, and ProZone was the first company that I would hire again. David was prompt, informative, and knowledgable. After getting the unit to turn on again, he performed a reading of the airflow and temperature of the main vents. That is true quality control. I feel that the pricing was fair. David made recommendations without hard-selling, and even gave a maintenance tip. Even though CoVid-19 mask mandates have been lifted, he asked if I preferred he wore one. That was really appreciated. Also, we got same-day service! Amazing! ProZone appears to be a company that cares. Thank you! On a second call, David came out to service the air conditioner and install a hard start kit. He went beyond what I thought he would do, which meant spending more time to ensure that all was well, on a hot day at that. It shows that ProZone is customer service oriented. Vardan is always a pleasure to talk with, and does an amazing job of scheduling ASAP. Out of the four HVAC professionals that have worked on this house, only ProZone checks off all of the boxes. Our Technician Narek let us know what he was doing through the whole process. He told us the costs as well throughout the process, which I was pleased about. Very knowledgeable and professional. ProZone is a rare combination of honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. After 8 years in Las Vegas and trying multiple AC/HVAC companies, I'm so happy to have found Vardan at ProZone. Was having some issues with my AC, I contacted him, set a time, he showed up as agreed, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts needed in his truck, and repaired the issue. Cost was less than expected. All I can say is I was very pleased. I'm now using ProZone for maintenance service as well. I have three units for about 3600 sq ft. ProZone pricing was better than other quotes I received and again done professionally and at the time we agreed to.

Vardan is very professional. He is honest, attentive to detail, and very responsive to any concerns and questions we had. Our 25 year old heater/AC system broke down in the middle of the freezing December, right before Christmas time. He came by quickly to help us, tried his best to fix the broken compressor, explained our options to us, didn’t pressure us into any decision, provided us with a quote by email, and gave us the date the new system would be installed, which was only a week later even with the busy Christmas time. He was very punctual on the installation date and time. They finished the work efficiently. He and his workers even vacuumed the work area before they left. The new system works great. Vardan at ProZone replaced one of the HVAC systems installed when the house was originally built with a new and more-efficient unit. He gave me several options based on price, but he allowed for more customization of the option we chose. ProZone installed a new AC unit in our house. We were so happy with the price and service that we ased them to install a second unit in the mater bedroom. There was a miscommunication with the second install and we were not happy with it. We asked ProZone to come back out and fix it and they did. I think that says a lot about how professional they are. Anyone can provide a product or service but it is hard to know who will stand behind their work. We will definately use ProZone again in the future.

The service was great. Vardan, showed up wearing his mask. He wore booties in my house. Checked the temperature of multiple rooms. Asked when the AC has its last service. He had his repair bag with him. After assessing the situation he provided several options. Additionally, he had the parts in his vehicle. After completing the work, he came back in the house to check the temperature in multiple rooms. The service was efficient and extremely effective. By far the best A.C. service we've had in 10 years. Two different companies immediately told me I would need to replace the compressor and couldn’t use Freon any longer. They told me I needed to plan to replace the units. This company did not try to sell me a new compressor but fixed the problem immediately. I really am happ with the company and will use them again.

I am so grateful that ProZone was able to service our ac unit. After our home warranty service wasn’t able to get anyone out to our house for two weeks (in the middle of July in Las Vegas) I called ProZone and they provided me with a same day appointment. Two hours later I got a text that Narek was en route and about 15 minutes later he was here. He quickly diagnosed that our capacitor went out and provided me with info on how much it would be to replace it. Which I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. All in all it took less than hour to fix and we once again are cool! . Narek also checked my filters and sent me all of the photos of everything that was done. I am so thankful for ProZone!

Pro Zone Vardan is an absolute vip in Las Vegas. After my AC shown trouble I didnt know where to turn to fix it. I had received this referral from a work associate of mine a few years ago. It is always good to get referrals from someone you trust. I had no need for A/C work at the time, but put the contact in my phone just in case. Vegas seems to have more than its fair share of flakes, so if I hear of a good A/C tech referral, I'm storing it. Well, my HOA guard shack had need for a replacement mini-split unit. The management group dragged their feet for a few weeks, getting overpriced repair estimates (for repair of a very old unit) and also new MS installs. I had heard enough after hearing the high prices, so I reached out directly to Vardin (owner of Pro-Zone). He quickly responded to an on-site survey and gave us what I thought was a very fair price for a 1 ton mini-split (Daikin) that included a 2 year labor and 10 year parts warranty. He and his assistant showed up a few days later with the product for install, and had it up and running in a couple hours (obviously the lines/power was already run). So, I can most strongly recommend Pro-Zone. I am already looking for an install of a mini-split at my house (they are so efficient and quiet!).

The York A/C had been in our house for almost 25 years. So when it broken, we compared a lot of brands and prices around for two days, and finally decided to pick the same brand as before. Vardan is the owner of ProZone, he's very professional and super nice. He answers his phone or calls back very quick, and gave us a really good deal. The installment took about 5 hours and 3 guys hard working. Thanks to them, otherwise we cann't survive in Vegas' summer. ProZone is Awesome! I just bought an older home built in 1976 and right away knew I needed help with the HVAC system! There were no filters to be found and the furnace would run non stop. I called them around 6 PM. Two guys showed up on my doorstep at 10 AM the next day they were great! They were professional, they were polite. Apparently, my AC/heater unit was completely broke. It took them about six hours to fix it but they did not leave my house until it was fixed. So my family and I are grateful for that. Need more businesses with such a high quality of service.
