This is an excellent company to do business with. Their communication is outstanding. Laura, the representative on the phone, was kind, caring and professional. She kept me informed through every step of the process. Nick, the repair technician, was knowledgeable and correctly identified the problem. My heating system needed a major part replaced and it was necessary to order it. Once the part was available, Nick was on time and repaired my system in a matter of minutes. I'm grateful to these folks for their professionalism and great customer service.

Great company, went above and beyond. Me and my family went on vacation and came back to a hot house. AC was busted and I have a 9 month old. I fought with the warranty company for a day to send me someone and after much arguing and dealing with other company's that couldn't do the job these guys were assigned and the lady who answers the phone went above and beyond to get me seen asap. She scheduled something for the next day but then called back and said someone's in my neighborhood and could be here in 10 mins. He came and an hour later I had cold air. What they did was awesome but what really puts them off the charts was the lady understood my frustration, was nice and felt bad my 9 month old would have to suffer if the problem wasn't fix. I will def use them for any future repairs.

This company was sent out with my home warranty company. Albert showed up on time and was professional. My heater wouldn't turn on. It was the thermostat. They installed a new one, although it wasn't a smart thermostat like I had because my home warranty company will only install a manual one.

Nick the technician arrived in time, introduced himself then preceeded to inspect the heating unit. He found the problem and fixed it fairly fast. He informed me that the work is guaranteed and if I experience the same problem again in the next 30 days, he'll come back and fix the problem for free.

UPDATE Well true to his word, Pro Price Heating and Cooling, LLC the new furnace on Tuesday morning at 8am. They did a great job, and mom has her warm house back. I was very pleased with this experience and I would recommend Pro Price Heating and Cooling, LLC to all.

Pro Price heating and cooling saved my family. Our a/c went out in the middle of the day (110°). I was panicking. Called Pro Price and they sent someone right out. They ended up replacing the fan motor and now it's blowing better than it ever has. Life savers. I highly recommend this company.

First of all this company Pro Price heating and cooling LLC acknowledged the needs of their customers especially at this time of hot hot weather! My home warranty insurance called this company on Monday , And they send me email and text for appointment scheduled for the next day Tuesday! Oh wow what a great customer service! On the day of our appointment Nick Lopata, technician called before 0800 and ask if it is ok to come now to my house!! Again another WoW service! Very respectful, courteous and good listener! In a few minutes I feel the cool breeze from my vent and I said thank you lord! What an excellent customer service provided by this company and of course from Nick Lopata! The first company our Home Warranty elected to use (Absolute Comfort) didn’t even respond to my request. I’m glad our home warranty company decided to use Pro Price. They called me right after I had hung up with the home warranty people. They were very concerned that I had gone 4 days without air. Should I in-cure any other issues, you know who I’m calling, Pro Price. They do what they say. That’s for sure:) Thanks Nick & company:)

Will request their services if needed again and will recommend them to all my friends. I also appreciated the office person I felt she really felt my pain and what I was going through. After many rounds with the Home Warrenty company they referred Pro Price because I did not want the first company who they referred to come out because they did absolutely NOTHING. My other HVAC was A and R heating and cooling NEVER use them they are horrible!!!!!

This company Pro Price is what they advertise to be. They where timely professional and cleaned up when they left. I go through a warranty company that was going to send a company with a one stare (CW-A/C) you can guess the name. I said no way then this company became an option I would go with them again. Remember just because one part gets fixed does not mean another might go out. This company stands behind their work and if it was an issue they created they would fix it. I would recommend this company to anyone that ask I hope my warranty company keeps them on.

Tubings another company and they did not repair anything but we called Pro Price and John and they fixed the problem.. good service we could see everything at what time they were and when they finished and in our receipt we received photos and details of the problem.
