Marissa and her team have been amazing, thorough, and helpful throughout the process of obtaining and installing an evaporative cooling system at my facility. There were a couple of mishaps with one of the evaporative coolers; however, Marissa organized her team to get things checked out and fixed within 48-72 hours of me emailing her. I sincerely appreciate their services, their responsiveness, the value of their services, and the thoroughness in explanation from all the techs that have came out and helped! I’d highly recommend! 🤝🙌🙏

We had our warehouse swamp coolers serviced before starting them up for the 2022 summer season. Our mechanic was super excited because they are putting out more cold air than previous years. The only problem is that they get BUSY. We waited 2 months for our appointment because multiple wind days kept pushing their work days back. They were alyways helpful when I called.

My AC went out late on a Saturday and King Cooling and Heating was responsive and got me back up and running by 9am on Monday morning. They came out and were able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes and had the complete repair done in under 1 hour. Both techs were professional and very friendly. I couldn't be more pleased!
