Nancy WestonI'm so very pleased that I contacted this company. My Air Conditioner wouldn't turn on and I needed help asap. I called two other companies and they couldn't come out, but then I called Johnny on the Spot, they answered immediately, and quickly sent out Jordon, their technician who was extremely proficient and found the issue in seconds... I am so impressed with the great service and pricing... I will definitely use them again.. Jordan was very professional and respectful towards my property!

Beth NeamanLuis did a great job cleaning the dryer vent. He showed me before and after pictures. He left the job area clean and organized as he found it. He explained very well the high level details of another job I scheduled in 3 weeks. Equally, Gloria was extremely helpful in getting my appointment scheduled. Very expeditious, in getting back to me with questions about Comfy Membership (which I recommend highly). Overall, my first time experience is very positive. Now I know why this company is getting rave reviews.

lint, AND found our daughter’s Sam’s Club card stuffed in the vent- who knew?
I read somewhere that lint accumulation is the second biggest cause of residential fires. I don’t remember the first cause; maybe smoking in a grass skirt, not sure. Anyway, this guy Luis was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. The price was reasonable, they were quick, and nothing is on fire. All good things. Five stars in my book.

Eddie TajimaThree or four years ago, the AC in my rental home went out. I have friends who have paid almost $10,000 to have their system replaced. My townhome is only 2 bed/1 bath and about 1,000 square feet so I wasn't expecting to pay this much - but paying a lot/being overcharged was still a legitimate fear
I found Johnny On The Spot because of their VERY high rating. Called them up and they were very polite and responsive from the get-go. Came on time and delivered what they said they would - they also put all my documents and receipt in a folder. I don't remember how much I ended up paying but it's been running great ever since.
The reason I'm writing a review now is because my tenant's NV Energy bill was $230 this month compared to $150 for the same month last year. I know rates have gone up and she's done good with changing out her air filters so we decided to have the system checked.
I received a confirmation text yesterday afternoon, another text today when the technician was on the way, and a final text when the service was complete. I wasn't there but my tenant said the tech (Jordan Ito) arrived early, was very polite, and was very thorough.

Michelle KJordan came out and was able to repair our A/C after a few others had said it could not be fixed and just tried to sell us a replacement unit. He was honest about the condition and when we discussed options he was knowledgeable and set the process in motion to get us in the right hands for what we need. Jordan was professional and quick. Highly recommend this business.
dawn rodlerExcellent group, if you are in need of repairs or install, give them a call, very professional and work was awesome. I am very happy with my new AC/Furnace installation! Only one thing i wish they hadn't spray painting the insulation line on the back or the unit outside, it sprayed white paint on the unit. I like the black as it was. Other then that I just waiting to see if the credit they set me up with is for 48 months 0%, as they promised.
Is and Melissa DelgadoJose was our tech from Johnny on the spot. Our condenser fan motor went out and the temp was rising quickly! It was a Sunday and was very nervous to find someone. When I called they said they could have someone to me by 8pm. So I took it! Jose ended up calling saying he could be here by 12. He was nice, respectfully and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away and it was fixed within the hour! We will continue to use their services! Thank you to your team!
