We finally pulled the trigger and got 2 new AC units installed. I did a lot of research and got multiple estimates. I’m so happy with the price and so impressed with the crew. It was a BIG job. First off, Coel (best tech ever) installed our Trane hvac; CleanEffects air filter, and wi-fi enabled thermostat in August 2022. Coel was as professional and personable, as always. It's too bad he left Infinity, they lost a great employee. Secondly, technician Pablo performed our first Winter Seasonal Maintenance today. Pablo did a great job explaining all aspects of our new system, including homeowner know-how's and even personalizing the thermostat to our exact liking. (Shouldn't come as any surprise that top-tier Pablo did training along side Coel) For future service calls, we'll be requesting Pablo as our new tech for complete satisfaction of service.

One of the the AC units at my residence went out Friday evening. I contacted Infinity after 8 PM. They were able to schedule a service technician out at 8 AM the next morning. Coel, the service technician, showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He then fixed the problem with a readily available part from his work van. Coel then came iinside my home to ensure that the AC was working correctly. Infinity was efficient, affordable and reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone having HVAC issues.

Thank God for review apps where you can find great customer service especially in a field where you're completely dependent on the experts to provide what's needed. I highly recommend Infinity. This past year our 17-yo home needed both AC and heating repairs during the hottest and coldest days (of course). Richard and Cole were on it with efficient, expert and honest service AND reasonable prices to boot. I've added Infinity to my contacts list for all my future hvac needs. July 2021 review update: We decided to pull the trigger and replace our AC/furnace using Infinity, and we were not disappointed. The owner, Richard remembered us from before and gave us a thorough estimate and recommendation on the ideal units for our home. The installation crew were expert as well as polite. A furnace issue arose based on original construction causing extra hours of labor. The crew addressed it ensuring quality work and safety measures. A shout-out to Arlo, Jose, Pablo, Thomas, and Will - excellent teamwork and customer service. Please use Infinity Heating and Cooling. July 2021 review update: One of the new units stopped cooling and Infinity made it priority to come out that day to service the unit. I've heard that many AC companies will not prioritize warranty work - but not Infinity - they treat existing customers with the highest respect. Anyway, we were thinking "What?...we just bought brand new units!" After two visits of dedicated and thorough work, Thomas (great tech with a great attitude) found the problem. Turns out it's not the unit itself, but a rodent problem. Thomas repaired the damaged wires, and we are now addressing the rodents (another upcoming company review for another type of service). We continue to be very pleased with Infinity's top-notch customer service.

I am going to start by saying this is the 3rd company we have had come out for ac maintenance, that being said it was by far the best experience. The tech (sorry forgot his name crazy house here) was knowledgeable and fit us in very last minute. While it will be a little bit for our quote and decision on what fix to choose our first appointment was a definite positive change from the other companies. The best in Vegas. Look no further if you need hvac and a/c replacement or repair, these guys are the real deal. They’re friendly, professional and helpful about the whole process. I needed the works- my systems were 30 years old and decided to finally give up in my new place. When the leak source was being stubborn, they made sure to stay until it was found and with the easiest solution to prevent a larger repair disaster (think: dealing with HOA). A previous owner’s flooring & trim contractor nailed through the pipe, causing the leak! I’m now sitting in my cool air and have an upgraded everything- thermostat, hvac, filter, outdoor unit and its bells and whistles & they repaired the drywall from the necessary repairs and did a good job with all of it. Not one of them complained about the long day or being called in as extra reinforcement. A+ service, quality and team at Infinity.

Project was to replace three ancient HVAC units with variable speed high SEER units. Four (4) bids received. During home visits, bidders were carefully watch and inputs noted. Received all kinds of crazy possibilities like ductwork to small, original ACs were too small of tonnage, etc even from the company who has been servicing my HVAC units for years. Infinity rep named Arlo was thorough, professional and did not bring in any crazy ideas or upsells. Received the bid from Office Guru Alex. After selecting Infinity, I added air scrubbers to two units to reduce allergens. Game on for the following Tuesday. A group of six (6) HVAC pros arrived on time and worked their butts off to get all three AC units, three heaters, and three WiFi thermostats installed and completely operational. Each crew member was super polite, professional and courteous. They did a great job finishing up leaving my house clean. Thank you Arlo, Coel, David, Pablo, Will and Thomas for your care and hard work. From start to install, everything was communicated and completed. For the next three years, Infinity will service all units for free, this is in addition to the 10-year warranty on almost everything. So impressive! I am not normally a person who does feedback but I absolutely have to for Infinity. It is so refreshing and rare to find a company like this and look forward to the service in years to come.

Over the summer my unit stopped working. I called Infinity and they came out the very next day (I called about 5 companies with lead times 3 days out). Turns out my compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. My unit is about 15 years old so they gave me an option for repair or replacement which was great. The tech explained to me my best option based off of the price of repair and age of unit. I did the repair which was done right away and my unit was back up and running that evening. The technician let me know how important maintaining a unit is which is why I'm writing this review. After my compressor replacement I didn't want anything else happening to the unit so I called and made an appointment for a tune up. Best $65 I have ever spent. My unit is clean and running good for winter. You can always appreciate a company that doesn't just try to sell you a new unit just because your unit is old and gives you advise on how to keep the unit going a few more years. Thanks Infinity!

Our home has 2 AC units that went completely out. We called a big name, well known company that advertises a lot to come out to repair and replace our upstairs unit and they "took us to the cleaners." We did not do our research like we should've. So when our downstairs unit went out, I priced everything on my own, called family members that were in the heating and AC business, researched heavily by asking my neighbors on Nextdoor social media who they recommended, then got 3 estimates. When Infinity Heating and Air called I told them that I had made my choice but he said that he would like to come over anyway and didn't even charge me for the estimate (most places will charge you for their time to come out and give you an estimate)!! I was impressed!! Like I said, I already did some heavy research so I would know if he was BSing me. The rep from Infinity Heating and Air was extremely patient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and extremely thorough. I wanted a Trane unit installed and knew they had a sale plus a rebate online and I wanted to see if he knew about it too and he did!!! I didn't even have to mention it!! I knew I could trust this guy because a lot of times these companies will purchase the units at cost and can cash in on the rebates for themselves. When I received my estimate it was the lowest out of all the other estimates and thousands less then when we had our upstairs unit installed!!! I also knew that they gave me a good price because our family member who works in the industry (lives out of state) told us what we should be paying and they came very close to that price. I was blown away and knew that I could trust these guys to do honest work at a fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they called me a yr later to service my unit which is probably included with our purchase. They went through everything thoroughly and did service checks that I have never seen other companies do before. I have recommended Infinity to my neighbors and they too have been very pleased. Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday evening. We had no idea who to call and our neighbor had told us about Infinity Heating and Cooling. We called them at about 830 PM and they were here at 800 AM. Justin was the tech worker and he found the problem right away. Our air conditioner was 22 years old so we decided to replace the unit instead or repairing it. They started on the work and finished it in less than 8 hrs. Both he and Dave worked under extremely tough conditions, as it was well over a 100 degrees outside. We were very pleased with them and the installation and we would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing or repairing an AC unit.

I replaced a 23 year old HVAC system (original to the house) with a Trane system. I interviewed 3 companies to do the work. I chose Infinity based on positive feedback from my neighbors/reviews, but the main reason was due to the owner. The owner is 100% focused on a quality install and customer service. The estimates are very detailed and they complete all warranty registration! My install was done this past Thursday and it was clear the owner has hired like minded people to do HVAC installs. The attention to detail was outstanding! When looking to replace or repair your HVAC system this company should be your first and only call!

During an electric outage half our power was out including both a/c units. The Infinity Tech arrived at our house within an hour of our phone call, checked and diagnosed the problem that the outage caused us to have low voltage and this could not be fixed until the outage was repaired. If you are looking for a reputable company that treats you like a valued client from the first visit, you came to the right place. It is especially challenging to find ethical, reasonably priced, and quality service in Las Vegas. From the efficient lady who books and schedules appointments, to Joey and Evan (technicians who worked on my unit) as well as the owner Richard who I spoke extensively with on the phone, this company operates at the most impressive capacity I have seen through my 12+ years here in Vegas. From the first phone call, they worked with my very demanding work schedule to make sure the appointments were set up in the fastest time possible. They quoted a 2 hour window, but every single time the technician showed a couple minutes earlier or at the exact quote time. They also send out text messages when they are on their way that gives you time to make sure you're home for the arrival. Joey was customer focused. It was very obvious that he really cared about the client and was incredibly respectful. He answered all my questions and was very considerate with my time. Evan was direct and thorough in being extremely realistic in my situation. He gave me all pros and cons in regards to my options. I have a 17 year old system that will be going out at anytime. He provided me several options and walked me through each one. He also took the initiative to talk to the owner about my situation. He showed true compassion and his customer service was above and beyond what you would typically expect. The owner, Richard then followed up with Evan several times in regards to the work. He called during the visit for updates and went over the options. I also had the privilege to speak directly to Richard and to thank him for all the service his technicians and scheduling agent had provided. I was privileged to hear Richard's philosophy on not only how he strives to keep an ethical and client relationship service, but also how he is committed to take care of his employees from providing them the proper tools, transportation, uniform, and overall a place where they can feel proud to work. He is also very proud of his staff and feels very lucky to have them as representatives in delivering his same values and core ethics. This is obvious when you interact with the technicians. I have never met Richard, but I can tell from the way his technicians are that it is very clear that his message to deliver quality work and building customer relations is very important to him. This is so hard to find these days and really makes a noticeable difference to a client. They already have highly rated reviews on several social media platforms that I have found, but I had to make sure I also wrote a review in hopes to help others who are having trouble finding an HVAC company that is reliable, ethical, and treats the client like intelligent human beings instead of an opportunity to overcharge. You WILL NOT regret choosing their services. They went above and beyond what was expected on my 17+ year system. It's only a matter of time before I will be calling them for a full replacement and new system and I know that I will have a peace of mind and full faith in knowing that I made the right decision in choosing Infinity Heating and Cooling for any and all services. Don't sleep on this. These guys are a hidden gem and are about to take over Las Vegas with their excellence in customer service and quality of work. Being a single female condo owner, I didn't know the first place to start on finding services for HVAC and I thank all the other reviewers who didn't steer me wrong. Last night our A/C froze up, so I disconnected it from power, because I knew from previous experiences it had to be thawed... my wife searched for a Maintenance company to call first thing this morning. She called these guys, and they had us scheduled for later in the day... since my wife works from home, she called them a little bit later to ask if there was anyway for them to come earlier as it was getting very uncomfortable for her to continue working. Richard happened to be in the dispatch area and had the dispatcher immediately send him to us. He showed up, and thoroughly went through our system trying to find why it was not cooling the house. He tested the pressures, the voltages, and verified all the fans, and compressors were getting enough power. He cleaned up after himself, unlike some of the previous maintenance people we've had come into the house. He found a screw from the previous maintenance done and replaced it. He didn't try to upsell and provided advice on how to avoid freeze ups in the future. I can't more highly recommend Infinity Heating and Cooling for any of your HVAC maintenance or installation needs.

Fantastic people/company. Showed up on time, wore booties when entering the house, spent a full hour doing a checkup, and in the end told me the only thing I MIGHT need is cheap capacitor IF I have trouble down the road. The next day they called me to say they had overcharged me five dollars (forgot I had a coupon). Seriously, they were going to send me a check for five dollars. I have a Master's degree in electrical engineering, and it's amazing how some of these company reps try to snow you, or oversell you! Infinity Heating & Cooling was by far the best company, from the office staff, to the technicians, right up to Richard who is a 3rd generation A/C tech turned owner. Their skill sets, integrity & service are true differentiators. I can't say enough good things about them!

Our air conditioning went out and we called them late in the evening. They said they would try and get someone out the next day but would contact us in the morning to see what was available. All of the technicians were booked for the day, so Coel (who was scheduled to be off) said that he would come out on his day off to help us out. He came on time and fully equipped for anything that might arise in his inspection of our AC unit. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it with ease. Coel was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had with confidence. The company provided us with a new thermostat, installed it and checked that it was working properly before heading out the door. They were quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The owner Rich even stopped by while Coel was working to make sure we were satisfied with the service and aid Coel. We are looking to expand a room in our home and will 100% use them to extend the AC/heat into the new room. Would recommend to anyone who is having trouble with their AC.

Literally the best company you could ask for. They show up in the summer to help cool your house down, and show up when your heater breaks. Every tech I've met was nice and knowledgeable. Super cool group of people. Highly recommend.

Great service. I heard a "funny" noise coming from the AC unit. Kyle showed up on time and checked everything out only to find one of the outside panels was the cause. A little magic and it was silent again. Good to know it wasnt the unit but everything was checked just to be sure.

Quick and excellent service by Infinity (my memory for names is terrible, but I think the technician's name was Dave/David) for a non-working A/C. The problem was immediately identified as a capacitor gone bad and replaced. Refrigerant levels / efficiency checked, and cool air was blowing again! This is a brutal week of heat and humidity in Las Vegas, and I still got an appointment and a fix within two days -- outstanding. Thanks, Infinity -- I'll be sure to call you back the next time my A/C goes out!

After they completed the job I was so happy of the job I went on google and gave them a great review, and they deserved every acalade I gave them. I goofed and put out a review for another infinity air company.
